Pretty cottage, Well equipped, Good Location, Doorstop parking
The house was too cold with no way of us turning the central heating on, despite us leaving the house in immaculate condition and stripping all the bedding as requested, it took 10 days & a complaint to get our deposit back.

Cosy cottage. Nice fire. Excellent bath and loads of hot water! River at the back and views of the viaduct.
All good

We loved how comfy the sofas and beds were, perfect after a lot of walking. It was wonderful to have the river flowing at the back. Everything in the village was easily accessible on foot which was great. No need to pack loads of food as lots of availability in the village. The smart TV was a big hit so we could log in to Netflix after a busy day!

The Cottage was very clean and comfortable with thoughtful extras, like leaving us milk, and in a great location. Our host could not have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend and make a return visit!

Lovely, deceivingly spacious cottage. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels. Everything you could need in the kitchen and a spacious dining area inside and out on the wee patio area, with a magical view of the river and viaduct. The neighbours are nice too!
There’s also LOADS to do in the local vicinity and a handy base for day trips driving out and about.

Such a well equipped, cute little cottage. Perfectly placed in Ingleton for the little village centre and the waterfalls.
Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and so peaceful and quiet. Perfect spot for a getaway in North Yorkshire
Nothing to do with the cottage, but so many mosquitos due to heat and being so close to the water so pack insect repellent if going in warm weather

great for 3-4 people, comfortable and clean. Owner is very helpful. Ingleton is a great base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales.
parking can be difficult - no assigned space and if it’s busy you can end up parking far away.

Lovely cottage in a great location.
Large bedroom with modern bathroom.
A few things need to be seen to in order to improve score - a little more attention to detail would help, such as:
Missing light bulbs.
Only 4 knives.
Broken rack in dishwasher.
Bathroom door not shutting properly.
Guest book full.

Excellent location, and very clean property with all facilities and utensils required for our stay.
Did feel the photos showed the property as more modern interior than it seemed in person.

Great location by the river underneath the (disused) railway arches.
Pleasantly decorated throughout & plenty of space for 4 people.
Really comfy sofa & good TV for those cosy nights in!
Only that the table & chairs outside are not enclosed so keep the dogs on a lead!

The cottage was lovely. Very clean and fresh with lots of towels, good bedding, a good kitchen and facilities. Out trip was faultless and the host Gill always responded to queries very quickly and was always very helpful. Thank you Gill !
She even left us some fresh flowers.
The property seemed very quiet, is well furnished and very comfortable - good lighting, comfortable sofas etc. The bathroom has a large bath and shower. There was milk in the fridge when we arrived which is always a bonus.
I wouldnt hesitate to recommend to someone.

Great location in the centre of Ingleton. Cosy and well equipped cottage, especially comfy sitting room. Despite being a mid terraced property, no noise from neighbours. Good comms from Gill the friendly owner.
not much - low ceiling in the kitchen meant some stooping for the larger members of the family. One of the mattresses in the second bedroom was reported to be a little uncomfortable.

Loved being under the viaduct. Really well stocked with good quality pots, pans, hairdryer etc.
The gas stove in the living room was lovely and warming on a cold evening.
Spotlessly clean and lots of homely touches like fresh flowers and artwork.

Great location and unique to be under a non working viaduct. Easy access to the village, waterfalls and facilities by foot and a great base to get to many stunning attractions by car.
Sadly due to the adverse weather the falls were closed but, it gives us an excuse to go again!
Gill was a lovely host leaving fresh milk and mince pies and checking in that everything was ok.

The location was amazing, we loved the scenery and the town within walking distance had lovely bars, restaurants and shops. I liked that checking in was easy and convenient which meant I could arrive at any time using the key code. Fantastic hosts.
Nothing could have been better, I thought it was perfect.

Bed and sofa very comfortable. Property well located for the centre of the village and the Waterfall walk. Property clean on arrival.
Dining room chairs heavy and not very comfortable after a while. Cushions would help.
