The location was amazing in a lovely village. The property was clean and had every facility you could want. The beds were very comfy. Dog-friendly too. So lovely. We had a little trouble finding it, but that wasn't the host's fault. Unfortunately we travelled late at night and by the time we arrived it was 11pm. There was a large van parked outside hiding the door. We got there in the end! No complaints at all.
It was all fine. We have no complaints.

It is a small cottage, however that was clear from the advert, and we were looking for a base to stay rather than a building to spend much time in. It had all the facilities needed in a simple, no fuss way. The location is very good for the Yorkshire Dales, both the village itself and surroundings, and the direct routes along the south side of the Dales and northwards to Hawes etc. We also made an easy trip to the west to Lancaster and the coast.
The only thing missing was somewhere to sit and eat properly; with three of us (couple + 1 child), we ended up eating on our laps on the armchairs/sofa because there were only two upright chairs for the little table. We had good weather so were out and about mostly, and I think if there had been bad weather then the lack of a bit more space in the sitting room would have been an issue. Otherwise all good.

Location was perfect! Ingleton is beautiful and the bed was comfy.
Sadly we were met with a number of issues, I did attempt to seek further information before arriving but was left unanswered. The cleanliness was basic, deep cleaning wasn’t a thing. Second bedroom has a hole in the floor boards which my ankles feel into and little feet can certainly be injured by. The bathroom was a huge issue for me with mould in the bath mat and shower seal, ceramic has worn in areas like the plug hole and even the shower head was mouldy. We didn’t use the bathroom and left early because of it. My daughter met with carpet grippers on numbers of occasions coming down the stairs and I feel the space between the stairs and boiler set up was a concern for little heads and further injuries. An ok cottage as we did enjoy being in Ingleton but important details like cleaning and safety means we weren’t as comfortable as should of been at the cottage.

Super location
The cottage wasn't very clean - lots of dust and cobwebs. There was a dead moth under the curtains in the main bedroom and under the bed was really dusty. One of the bedside lamps didn't work the bath mat was mouldy.

The location was superb. I travel to the Dale's frequently, and this cottage is perfectly located for exploring the area. Overall very clean and tidy (just a couple of minor issues I've detailed below), and the kitchen was well equipped. There was tea and coffee supplied, although we chose to use our own, but the gesture was very nice. Cleaning products were available should we wish to use them, and there was plenty of extra bedding and towels. The neighbours are also very friendly. It was a real home from home experience. We felt comfortable and at ease during our stay.
Kitchen didn't have any oven trays for cooking, so had to improvise with the grill tray.
There was food left in the freezer from previous guests.
Coffee machine had not been cleaned.
Water left in the kettle and coffee machine.
An old sock found in the drawers of the master bedroom.
Staining around bath plug hole and shower screen.
None of these things will stop me from staying again, I just thought they were worth bringing up.

Really well furnished- everything you could possibly need. Could walk from the door (if there wasn’t a storm!).

Perfect location. Cozy and comfortable cottage. Everything we needed
Would have enjoyed some outdoor space to sit
