great location, good value for money , needs improving .

great location

we had issues with the boiler and hot water but the just give us a key to a second apartment when they couldn’t fix the problem. it wasn’t particularly clean and items from previous stays were found in the bedroom. total luck of a full length mirror is difficult when preparing to attend an event.

Nice place with charm.

Location, cleanliness, access to the property.

- Parking not available. When we arrived we were able to park on street, but it would be better if property would facilitate information about parking in Laval Center, how to pay for that parking, and nearby options. - No freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped, but if you can‘t buy frozen food (ice, icecream, …) - Bed not done. We informed we would arrive late, but the bed on the coach was not done.

Perfect stay in Laval

Great location. Nice and quiet. Modern apartment with blinds so great for a good night's sleep. Easy access with key safe.

Road parking was payable outside the flat but luckily we found a free car park.

Very good

I liked the central location and that there was a terrace. Also, the unit was comfortable, well laid out and the kitchen was well equiped

There were no bathroom amenities at all which is unusual. Plenty of good towels but no soap or shower products. (it was not an issue because I usually carry my own just in case, but it is a little unusual)

A good modern apartment, great shower, easy walking distance to all local amenities.

The location of this property is brilliant - once you find it! Our Satnav could not locate the street - we have never had this problem before. We were beginning to panic as we didn't get to the apartment until 9.30pm We found a local French guy who was brilliant and helped us find the apartment block. He also phoned the owner so we could get access to the apartment! All this would not have been possible without his help.

It stated on the website that there is parking on the street - that is correct but you have to pay daily by meter which is not mentioned. Also, some basic groceries would have been appreciated i.e. milk, butter, ketchup, etc., and perhaps more than 2 mugs could have been supplied. There were only 2 towels too. The bathroom floor didn't look clean, you could clearly see where some objects had been on the floor as they had left a mark.

Exceptional

Comfortable and convenient. We nearly decided against booking the apartment because the description showed no parking. Luckily our friends in Laval correctly told us that there was plentiful street parking for very little money all along the street. I’m not sure why you said that there was no parking.

If you do decide on street parking and are not familiar with the machines to buy the parking ticket I suggest that you ask the apartment manager. We had quite a struggle. It’s easy enough once one has worked it all out but the instructions are impressionistic and anti-intuitive.

Excellent stay at residence solferino!!

Lovely apartment. Very modern. Great location. Very clean. The host was very helpful with any help we needed. I wish everywhere I stayed was as nice as this!!
