Good location for what we needed

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful. Decent Breakfast.
Rooms look like they haven't been renovated in the last 20 years.
Overpriced for having such lackluster facilities

the location
The room was very sparse and cheaply finished
there was no head board other than a cheap canvas which was a photo of a head board. No art work
The toilet was so small you had to squeeze between the toilet and the wall to shut the door. the bed mattress was like sleeping on a sack of potatoes. the floor was cheap laminate without any rugs whatsoever. The windows opened in over so they had to be closed to get in to bed.
over all for the extortionate price we paid it really was the worst room we have stayed in in France.
It was clean.

Terrace off the room
No air conditioning and it cost more than we thought

The building is beautiful, the gardens, the swimming pool all beautiful
There is no a/c which is a silly problem that should be fixed. To counter the heat you have to open the windows then you have doors and windows slamming over and over again. Just get the a/c installed. There was also some little beeping noise to do with the security system which seemed a bit silly and an easy fix.

Beautiful hotel inside & out. Lovely room at the back overlooking the pool. Dinner was served on the terrace of the garden which had a little fountain. Loved the scent of the shower gel. The staff were friendly and professional.
The dinner was not a fixed price as expected although it was very good. We accepted the offer of a glass of champagne before we received the price-list stating it was €18 a glass - it was very decent though.

Nothing in particular
A hotel pretending to be something it’s not .. sadly, as the location is good.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful setting. Stunning pool. Peaceful and tranquil. Only problem is no air conditioning…
No air conditioning…a serious problem. Needs to be rectified.

The hotel was lovely and in a central area but quiet
No bar facilities open, restaurant very expensive, rooms not up to standard with no window covering in the bathroom so you pups are right into the shower. A big performance to change rooms and then wanted to charge for upgrade when it was the manager who told his staff to move us!!

beautiful
hotel and gardens and great dinner
The staff were unfriendly. no welcome on arrival. no offer to help with bags. I had explained my father is disabled but he still wasn’t given a room near the lift.

Garden was beautiful
Pay extra just to access the tiny spa room, our room looked old and poor quality especially for the price and no discount despite pool not in use, meal was 98EUR each for three average courses and it took them 3 hours to serve us and all at different times. 3 mins from the centre

the hotel was superb in a good location
clean and comfy
8.0
A litle inexperienced, but very kind, waitress in the restaurant, otherwise a cool place with all desirable.
The breakfast could have been a little more complete, but the range available was very good.
I´m a breakfast guru, so a little bigger variety on what was offered, otherwise all great.

Excellent all round
