Everything!
All was perfect for our stay.

the interior was fabulous! the architecture, the used colours, the tiles, the furniture ... it all created a lovely vintage atmosphere
the noise from the disco/bar on the 10th floor/ We slept in room 909, beautiful room and view but untill late we had to hear the beats ...

Room was fantastic, very spacious and bathroom was magnificent. Great location we travelled By train so very convenient.
Nothing it was all lovely

Overpriced for what you get and special requests ignored
Made two special requests 3 months in advance re room location and restaurant seat location both totally ignored

Fantastic breakfast and excellent coffee!
My room was slightly small - it was a double but I was glad I was alone!

Quite honestly, one of the best hotels. The location couldn’t be better and the staff are falling over themselves to help you from the moment you get there. The room type we had was actually incredible, if you get an opportunity to stay in the Kings of Kings, go for it. Such a unique hotel and they have thought of everything. We will definitely be back.
We really tried to think of something, but there is nothing we would have changed!

Great location and great food options within the hotel. Mexican restaurant on the roof was outstanding. Enjoyed walking across the street to access train station. Great option when arriving in London on the Eurostar.
Gym is pathetic.

Location was perfect. Hotel staff very good and helpful.
Paid for a room upgrade. whilst room was ok, the location was terrible.
Put on the 9th floor and all I could hear into the early hours was music from the upstairs bar.
This hotel isn't really suited for people who want a quiet stay.
On the whole this is a nice hotel but could be so much better.
The room upgrade in my opinion isn't worth it.

tony gave us a great service

Exceptional hotel, great location for the eurostar. We had a very early start so welcomed how quiet the room was for an early night and good sleep. The beds are so comfortable. The staff couldn't do enough to help, all were polite and friendly and the tour at check in was a lovely touch. Will definitely be returning!
Nothing really. We stayed on a Sunday so some of the bar/restaurant facilities were closed and travelling with a child so couldn't use the rooftop bar. All I knew from reading the website before I arrived, so wasn't a problem. The ground floor facilities seemed very busy/crowded (think there was an event on), so we didn't get to explore this time as we might have done, but will be back to do so!

The location was great
The value for money was poor! £377 for a single night in a room without a window. On top of that we were offered an upgrade to a window for a price. I also heard a manager tell another at the reception to make sure they keep pushing the upgrades for commissions, to do this in front of a customer is both arrogant and unacceptable

The vibe and the energy from the staff was great . The location to the Eurostar and the roof top bars and restaurant fabulous . The furnishing was edgy and nice.
