Nice cozy apartment, in the vicinity of the highway (2 minutes driving), next to services and many touristic attractions (gas stations, restaurants, hospital, shopping centers, casinos, skiing, cycling trails, snowmobile trails, botanical garden) and to the University of Moncton-Edmundston Campus, located in a very solid and quiet building, adding to your comfort and good night sleep.
The apartment features one bedroom, furnished with 2 twin beds, a large kitchen area with a comfortable extendable futon (double-sized bed while extended), bath with tub, video surveillance of the property for the safety of the guests, cipher door-lock, cable, high speed wireless internet, continuous access to Netflix and Amazon Prime movies, HDMI connection available for your devices, washer-dryer in the building and pretty much everything you need to feel like home. Host lives 10 minutes away.

Good location and wifi, and free netflix and prime. No central air but portable unit adequate. Stairs challenging for older people.

Beds were uncomfortable, there was dust/crumbs and someone's shirt under the bed. The stairs up to the apartment seemed very dangerous and we're being held to the porch with hinges... Never seen that before! The area was quiet, organizing our stay was easy and the owners allowed us to extend our stay at the last minute. We brought our dogs who also did well given the quiet area.

Very nice and clean, everything was there that we needed. Had a little trouble with the ac, but was able to fix it. Would recommend.

The property looked spacious and crisp in the photos. The reality was a somewhat tired, cramped apartment rather than "cozy". The bedroom was small with an ill fitting AC unit between the beds. The shower was cramped with little space between the window and the shower curtain. On the whole, the accommodation was not up to expectations.

We stayed for one night as a rest stop on our way from Sydney, NS to Toronto. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Good value for the price.

Stayed for one night on my way to PEI. Very clean and well maintained. Snow drifts were almost 10 feet high but the driveway and parking out front were cleared nicely for parking. I stayed up stairs and had to climb the outdoor staircase which was totally cleaned of snow and ice and well lit for my night time arrival. Well equipped kitchen. Clean linen and towels. Would definitely stay again.

Property was exactly as listed. Very clean, close to the highway and had lots of nice little touches like bottled water and fresh bar of soap in the bathroom. Would absolutely recommend.
