很推荐在杜塞需要常驻5天以上的团队和家庭选择。

地理位置非常好，出门就是shopping的地方，展会期间需要买一条裤子，下班回来在家门口就把问题解决了。每天下班回来都能去超市买东西，很方便，基本上买啥吃啥都在附近，妥妥的市中心，属于闹中取静。住宿环境宽敞，配套齐全，我们人很多，都是一起做饭吃，餐具厨具都足够用，房间客厅也足够大能容纳十几个人一起吃晚饭。总体非常好，希望明年房东不要涨价我们继续住上十几天！

唯一不是很满意的，清洁人员不定期出现，整理了客厅不整理卧室，有点摸不准到底是几天来一次。另外取钥匙的地方确实有点距离，白天到的话比较好，步行不会觉得太远。我们晚上去check in 着实麻烦了点。

Mükemmel, harika konum geniş odalar

Otelin konumu harika ötesiydi. 2 çocukla hem çok rahat ettik hem de ana alış veriş caddesine çok yakın olduğu için alış veriş ve market alış verişleri konusunda da çok kolaylık yaşadık. Mutfak eşyaları 4 kişi için yeterliydi. Temizlik görevlisi eksik ya da yedek malzeme konusunda destek sağladı. Ve herşeyden önce eve giriş için şifre konusunda Türk çalışanlar çok yardımcı oldum. Bir daha gelirsem yine burada kalacağım, Herşey ve destekleriniz alakanız için çok teşekkür ederim.

Very good!! Highly recommended to any fam or group.

Very clean facility, the proximity to the shopping district is on point, the staff were very kind to my young children and they truly loved the place. It's an A game!

Spacious apartment to stay in luxury to visit Dusseldorf

We had to collect the keys from a different location/hotel reception but staff was very friendly and it was a breeze to get going (many thanks Halil!). Great location, at the heart of old town next to a shopping street with lots of shops.Short walk to infamous Konigs Allee shopping boulevard and also not far from the river/promenade. Lots of restaurants and bakeries serving great German goodies. Huge bathroom and an ensuite to one of the bedrooms, great lounge with a big dining table and TV along with an open plan kitchen with fridge, hob, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher, great place if you like us don't like eating out three times a day.

Ensuite bathroom did not have a mirror and lift broke on our last day but company offered help to carry suitcases though we did not take up on the offer as we needed to leave early. Two dishwasher tablets are provided which was a nice touch but a couple complimentary coffee pods for the coffee machine would also have been nice at arrival but there's Aldi and Rossman nearby where you can get reasonably priced coffee pods.

Chekin is 15 minutes from the appartement. There's no parking lot, only public parking.

Great location and spacious appartment. Very frindly staff! Quiet too!

First and foremost, cleanliness was a major concern. The apartment was excessively dusty, and it seemed as though the cleaning had been neglected for quite some time. This made our stay uncomfortable and even triggered allergies for some members of our group. The lack of air conditioning was an unfortunate, especially during the hot summer days. While we were aware of this limitation prior to our arrival, we expected the provided fans to be in better condition. Unfortunately, they were covered in dust. Another issue we encountered was the unwelcome presence of ants downstairs. This not only made us feel uneasy but also raised concerns about the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the property. One of the advertised features of the apartment was its ability to accommodate up to 9 people. However, we found that the dishware was sorely lacking, for example with only 3 wine glasses available. This meant we had to constantly wash dishes during our meals, which was inconvenient and time-consuming.

Nice location/staff but lots of ants and not super clean

Nice location and kind staff.

Upon arrival, we discovered a fair amount of ants in the living and kitchen area. We informed the staff who shared that it’s a “known issue” but they’ll take a look. They sprayed outside but it made the issue worse and ants multiplied over our 5 night stay to the point where we were disturbed and had to check out a a day early. On our last day, we found food scraps on the floor in the corner left over from prior guests and likely the ant source, leading us to conclude the cleaning done before our stay wasn’t super thorough. The bedrooms had cobwebs and the bathrooms had dust/grime so I think they don’t clean super thoroughly between guests. We paid almost $3000 for our stay and it was definitely not worth that.

Nice apartment with lots of space

Nice, clean, and spacious with a elevator leading directly into the apartment. Comfortable beds and good location if you enjoy shopping.

The reception is located 15 min from the apartment, something I didn't realize until the last minute. No AC means the apartment gets pretty hot on a summer day.

Super central, quiet apartment. Extremely comfortable.

Very central location but wonderfully quiet luxe apartment. Super comfy beds and pillows. The manager was very helpful bringing us fans, being very responsive and extending our departure time when our flight was cancelled. Shared laundry room was very helpful.

Our apartment wasn't cleaned whilst we were there and should have been. Apartment needs a few bits and pieces but overall it is well equipped.

Simply a great weekend getaway destination, highly recommended accommodation

Location was absolutely brilliant, on the border of Little Tokyo, Schadowstrasse and a 5min walk from the "KÖ" Great restaurants nearby, quality of the food in most places is simply amazing (Vossen is highly recommended) Big apartment, spacious, very clean....

Fix the broken lamp shed and water the dying plants and all would be impeccable :D

The location was great once we figured out the check in was in a separate location. It is within walking distance to the markets and a great coffee shop below it.

We had very rowdy neighbors, which was not the hotel's fault, but the group kept us up all night. We voiced our concerns to management, and they made things right.

the location is excellent

the dish washing is not working. And the hotel didn’t put much effort in fixing it. They ask us to turn it off and on again even after we told them this doesn’t work. There is no coffee or tea. given the price, I think it is fair that hotel gives complementary coffee, tea and water.

the location was central.

it was ridiculously expensive for what it was - over €500 per night so hugely disappointing given the price they did not provide tea or coffee. facilities were there to make it but not a single coffee pod or tea bag. We had to go to a separate location to book in which was a fair way from the apartment and we had luggage. I was told a 10 minute walk but it cost us €10 in a taxi to get there. again given the price this should have been sorted. once we arrived we were given instructions to enter via a key pad which we couldn’t get to work. other residents can to assist eventually the company had to come to let us in. not good. finally I left a white top on the shelf in the bathroom which mysteriously disappeared - I believe it was taken by the cleaners probable thinking it was a towel …. overall very very disappointing stay. customer service was lousy and the little details like being able to make a drink when you arrive late we’re missing.
