Room was nice and staff was friendly but the hotel would need a good refurbish outside and inside...

The room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning. There was even an umbrella which came in quite handy.

Very friendly and helpfull staff close to train station and close to the city centre

Very convenient location less than 5 minutes from the train station and about 10 minute walk toward Königsallee. Accommodating and helpful staff that could assist travelers in several languages. Breakfast buffet included Japanese style options as well eggs, cheeses and different meats.
Hotel was clean from the outside but rooms and hallways were dated and you could see the wear and tear on floors, walls and bathtubs.
Room did not include an air conditioner (was given a standing fan) and only real option to cool the room was to open the window.

Staff were good, room was to good. Including with iron and toilet was also good. Only one thing should be that coffe would be free for all time in reception.
Coffe would be free for all time in reception.

Reasonable prices at the bar.
Breakfast was too expensive.

The location is amazing and the size of the room is exceptional especially for the price that you pay. It’s very comfortable and the staff was very attentive and friendly.

Excellent WiFi speed - 300Mbits, big room, a dozen of japanese restaurants nearby
It would be really nice to have a room service, at least with some partnership with nearby restaurants, so I don't have to manually search for a food delivery.

8.0
The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The service was also good. For us the location was perfect as it was close to many restaurants and shops. We could also park in front of the hotel, which was very convenient.
Some of the facilities were a bit outdated, like the kitchen faucet that would sometimes drip. The bathroom was also on the smaller side.

Maja at Reception always had a big smile and was helpful.
Rooms were simple, yet homely.
Good to have kitchen facilities on request.
Not quite the centre of town.

food is good
the facility in the appartment is a bit old, needs to be renewed
6.0
Very friendly staff. Big room and super comfortable bed. Plenty of space for luggage. Location is very central with lots of restaurants around. Train station is 5min walk away.
Room and equipment was a bit old. Not certain if some surfaces and areas weren't properly cleaned or just scratched and old (stain won't come out anymore, etc...). No proper light. Just don't think the price reflects the quality.
