Good stay , convenient location

Superb

Everything about the place was beautiful, and the instructions were helpful! It was a little hard to find in the dark, but very worth it! It was clean, the bathroom was fabulous, and the host seemed very nice. The location was perfect - a very quick walk to Lake Takapo and main food/store area with great views (see pictures). We will definitely stay here again.

The bed was two separate, spring mattresses, which could be more comfortable, but it was still great.

Great facilities, has everything you need and more. Electric blankets were the highlight especially in winter. Beautiful views and nice and close to everything.

BED IS HORRIBLE, zipped together singles, fell down the middle all night, rubbish pillows, no housekeeping, instruction manual for everything, had to load the dishwasher for 200 bucks a night...get a grip folks this isn't queenstown or wanaka!

Drain was bloicked in one of the showers. No coffee grounds for plunger. Larger amount of milk would be nice. Basic spices would be nice.

Good location. Spacious and warm. Underfloor heating in the bathroom although we had to Google how to use it.

simply amazing place to stay, well setup

place was amazing, super clean & comfortable, we will most definitely be back. great facilities if you choose to stay & cook, shower was amazing, the entire setup was perfect

Excellent accommodation for overnighters

Modern, new and very clean. Had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Manager James is based off-site but responds promptly.

Entry key pad is unsatisfactory and should be replaced. The numbers have faded badly in direct sunlight.

Enjoyable stay in a clean, modern and well equipped house.

The spaciousness and cleanliness of the house. Most of the appliances work in the house.

1. The drying function of the washer/dryer machine does not work well. Most of the clothes are still wet after 3 hrs of drying. Need to hang up the clothes for manual drying. 2. There should be a bigger shelf inside the shower area to put toiletries. 3. Will be good to have more hooks inside the bathroom.

Location was excellent.

This was my first time booking in a rental that has no office. I was a little confused when arriving to the location of unit but a quick phone call to the manager and he sorted everything. There was no dislike everything was awesome!!

Great place to stay

Great stay, good location, fully equipped kitchen, clean and tidy, requested the first suite for additional windows which let more sun in. The previous guests had not logged out of Netflix and it was in Korean, but I called and someone was over within minutes to assist. Have stayed at a few of these properties in Tekapo and will stay again!!

Not a major issue but perhaps a shelf In the bathroom as there is enough room for one and would mean we wouldn’t have to put toiletries on the floor :)

A wonderful, self contained and well presented unit.

The cleanest and best equipped unit we have stayed in so far on our journey. A folder of information was supplied with where to eat out, places to go see and instructions on how to operate the washer/dryer and dishwasher. we wish we’d stayed longer.

Really special little spot

We loved the location and modern feel to our unit. We also loved that unlike most every accommodation provider in NZ, we had air conditioning. Well done.

The fold out sofa bed in the lounge was a bit uncomfortable so this configuration is probably more suited to a couple. Also, I think if you are going to have a third person sleeping in the lounge or working at the little desk, maybe provide an extra lamp. Apart from that, everything was simply perfect! We would highly recommend!

upscale amenities & very comfortable place to stay providing once you are checked in & in room .

a bit complicated to check in as no staff on site . Be careful to cal them up prior to arrival as a bit tricky here . it’s not a all time regular motel but are assigned accommodation by owners .

A wonderful and clean little apartment with everything that one might need. I wish I could have stayed longer! The area is very quiet and peaceful.

I could get quite cold, and I wasn't visiting in winter. It is a shame there is to storage possibility for guests that do not travel with their own vehicle (as check-in/check-out times might not always be a matching the public transport times).
