Basic kitchenette, room was confortable.
Hotel is ok. Only main problem is that there was a party in Central Park up to 2 am. Could not sleep du to the noise. To add to the problem the power cut out. So no more AC, could not open the window. Dont go there on sunday unless you want to party!

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Bars, restaurants, market, and convenient store very close.
They let me park my motorcycle on the patio, though it was a very tight fit. You GS guys aren't going to get your bike in there.
Guest refrigerator is a nice plus.
As mentioned in other reviews, the music from the nearby bar is quite loud.
Cold water shower.

Friendly staff and lovely place. I'm happy I chose to stay a few nights in Masaya, and not just travel through on my way to Granada.

Safe, clean place to stay. Nice staff!

Perfectly situated near the central square of Masaya near to all conveniences
Noisy air conditioning, and very noisy night club out back (ear plugs solved that), although the music was good!

Location was perfect. Close to the Central Park.
Requested to borrow or rent an iron for ironing our garments and the lady manager said she didn’t have one to facilitate . Other managers in that situation/request could have gone the extra mile to satisfy customer’s needs.

This time we had a cheaper rate for the balcony room and was value for money.

Great little place. Super clean with plenty of space and hooks and drawers in the room (those are rare). Nice little balcony patio. The staff helped with a change in reservation and were very helpful and kind. Right near the market (why we stayed here) and plenty of food and shopping near by. Parking was right out front on the street and seemed as if there was 24 hour security. Felt safe in the area and at the hostal. Really a great little place.
Around the corner is a very lively disco/bar. Luckily I always travel with ear plugs. No fault of the hostal and even with that noise I'd stay here again because of the cleanliness and location.

Central location, clean room and the first place in Nicaragua that I had with air con. Good WiFi.
As per other comments about it being close to a nightclub, a second one had opened next to that one and music from both blares out until around 2/3am. It is as though you are in the club. There was a seating area outside my room and peoples cigarette smoke came through into my room.
The host is nice but I arranged to go to Masaya volcano and I was told the price of the taxi by the hotel. When I got back the taxi tried to charge me much more. If you arrange a trip via the hotel get them to confirm for sure the total price.

Disco tek which played late in to the night even Sundays

The host was absolutely wonderful! Help me get a cab to the volcano and airport for a very reasonable price. Room was comfortable, ac was cold, and the shared kitchen was clean. Everything there was clean. Highly recommend!!!

Centrally located to explore Masaya for the day and the room was impeccably clean. The woman who runs it is very nice and I was able to get my laundry washed overnight. It was a great spot to stay for a night while in Masaya!
Like a few other comments mentioned, the noise from the club nearby (I stayed on a Sunday) was really loud, but I was able to use white noise in my headphones and fall asleep easily.

The only complaint I had was not with the hotel. I stayed on a Saturday and Sunday, and next door is a very loud discotech that only is a problem on Saturday and Sunday.
The lady at the desk was very helpful and friendly.
I was able to get my clothes washed at a very reasonable price.
Honestly, coming back to the hotel felt like coming home after a long day on the town.

Incredible staff!! We asked tons of questions and favors and were pretty annoying guests, but they helped with everything, never losing their smile and patience!
Thank you so much <3

The staff was welcoming and very kind. They always asked how i was feeling about my stay and anything you asked was taken care right away. The night guard agent was very kind too and watched my car every night and answered any questions i asked. There was always fruits, coffew, water , ice avalaible and if not, they would make it for you instantly! Im very pleased and im going back there every time I will go to masaya. Very very clean and confortable rooms!!!
There was an issue with air conditioner but it was fixed and taken care by the owner right away. No other issues during the stay
