Kaffee for free.

The spot is incredible. The set up in front of the lagoon with the long chairs and pic nick tables is perfect for a nice relaxing day. The access to paddle boards and kayaks is very nice. Cute dogs walk around the place.

Close to the lake
Extremely dirty , full of bugs. Food was not very good and over priced. Bugs in bed and all over bedroom walls.

beautiful quiet place to stay at the Laguna! friendly staff, able to use water sports equipment for free too.
there are quite a lot of day guests that come by which makes it loud. service from restaurant slow, we ordered a sandwich and it took nearly an hour to arrive

The location was cool (heard howler monkeys and swam in the lake) but overrated. It's more of a day trip for local families to come and BBQ at the weekend. Free coffee.
Expensive for what you get. Very small dorm room with too many bunks. Very very hot at night, no Aircon and the fans don't do enough. No room for bags, only very small lockers that were right on top of the beds. The kitchen was very dirty.

The location is amazing. A series of terraces leading down to one of the most beautiful lakes in the world. The water is just incredible. Really comfy private room, wildlife to observe, wasn't too busy (February)
Awful mosquito infestation in the ensuite bathroom
Really expensive, bad quality food

Great value for money with great staff. Rodrigo, in particular was lovely, he went out of his way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Great facilities and all very clean, good kitchen to use, free coffee. Not really a beach club, more of a hostel with access to the beach and day visitors, which was perfect for us. Monkeys and interesting birds everywhere.
Could do with more sun loungers as day visitors took them all up.

The people working there were really nice and the atmosphere is relaxing
The general setup of the building is very open to
the outside so there were mosquitoes everywhere. Some of the furniture could be better suited for a laying back and being comfortable in the sunshine. More sunbeds needed

Super nice staff, all speak english one even german, its very good build place and defenitly worth the money, next to the lake with many tables, hangmocks, benches and other places for chilling, the dog of the property "Kika" is very social and can swim quite good, also probably is smarter than some of the visitors 😁
In afternoon day trip buses with big groups of US teenager come, leaving lot of rubish and shouting around very loud, very annoying and destroying the harmony of the place, one time I couldnt flee from them cause it was raining, at least they stayed only a few hours!

The resort is right on the Laguna. The views are amazing and you can just walk down and jump in. Staying at the resort you can use the kayaks for free. It was a great spot to relax. Although the resort does sell day passes for people to use their facilities, there were no day visitors the two days we were there (it was weekdays) and we basically had the place to ourselves. :)
The restaurant and bar shuts at 6, but you can find food a short taxi ride away.

Extremely friendly people, beautiful setting, free use of kayaks. Possibility to store food in the kitchen, free coffee, ... We enjoyed a lot!

Access to the lake. Staff were friendly
No dinner or breakfast options available. Only fan and terrible pillows so bed/room uncomfortable. Bathroom was communal with moldy shower curtains and clogged shower head so little water pressure. Not worth the price.

good location and beautiful garden.
Has a private beach.
the staff was great and helpful and offered to clean our room.
The room was very small had no ventilation so it was hot and no air in the room, we had to pay extra for A/C.
the kitchen wasn’t equipped at all and the restaurant didn’t have any variety or any vegetarian option.
Also there is not hot water in the shower.

Good location on the edge of the lagoon.
Family room was fairly comfortable with air conditioning available (for an extra charge) and the shared bathrooms were regularly cleaned.
Free water sports activities (kayaks and paddle boards available).
Food was terrible and there were also no breakfast options, so we were perpetually hungry until a hostel down the road opened to non-resident customers (at midday).
The kayaks and paddle boards could do with better maintenance.

the location is great, they had 2 docks and lake access
it could be very loud at night, and a bit crowded in the beach.

The staff was well trained in customer service, friendly and helpful!
it has a great location and tranquil vibe, the owner is passionate about making all things related to your stay better, just needs a bit of cleaning and spiffing up

location is gorgeous, the laguna is magical
the receptionist was not very helpful and refused to sell me a drop of milk for the unlimited coffee (which comes with no milk or sugar), after 3 nights there and paying for our consumption, we were led to have to have breakfast elsewhere because there was no button on their cash to charge me for a drop of milk, not a very professional or business minded approach to hospitality

The location is amazing! Like a little paradise in untouched nature, while just chilling in the hammock you will see a lot of animals, like monkeys and special birds etc. It's very relaxed. And it's clean. Kano's are for free
If I have to mention something ; To get here is a bit more difficult with local transportation, but it is possible.
The restaurant and bar closes at 17/18 o'clock, so you have to eat early. But also that is not so bad, you will have a long evening and go to bed early.

The location
The price written on the booking website is a different price from the price the place charges at the hotel. It really annoyed us. They charge additional taxes on the taxes that exist on the booking site.
