Staff were friendly and the property overall was beautiful. I enjoyed the room.
The birds coming around during breakfast/lunch but that’s beyond the staff’s control.
The food was good but I did wish there were other restaurant options nearby as this property is far from everything else.

Welcome was lovely with decorated room and bottle of fizz…. Beautiful view from plunge pool. Quiet restful location away from it all.
Mosquitos a big problem - rooms need nets and spray / plug ins.
Restaurant service slow, forgetful, hit and miss.
Pool area a bit tired.

Breakfast was good, staff were wonderful. The room was lovely. Food was great too.
Bar staff made lovely drinks. Thank you so much for my birthday treats. It was quiet and a relaxing atmosphere. The panoramic views were awesome. Would defo come again. Shout out naisha, Genia, Ronaldo & the staff who worked on my birthday 12/08/24
But as a hotel, you need to do more concerning the birds in the morning. I found this off putting and experienced bird poop on my clothes and my dinner table. The constant flying on to tables and taking of food was annoying. No floor mats in rooms. Floor can become quite wet from the shower or if it rains outside. Plunge pool states 1.5 my partner is above 6ft and was able to use the plunge pool more than myself as I was too short to use it, effectively. Slightly disappointed about it as it the focus point of why we choose the hotel.

Cleanliness, very nice staff, plunge pool and views.
Food could have been better.

Once you understand that it is not your typical AI experience, you're able to NOT compare the facility with any other AI. 95% of the team were very welcoming and accommodating. Most of the meals were delicious; however, breakfast was repetitive and had no creativity. Bartendars were excellent EXCEPT one!!
Leston (bartender) requires customer service training. There is not much to NOT like once you do your research and understand how the facility operates. Whenever you travel outside of your country, you SHOULD do your research to set your expectations and have a great time.

Food was excellent.
Service a bit slow, there didn't seem to be much supervision going on

Location was a little far from town but everything else about my stay was over exceeded my expectations!!!

Absolutely loved every part of this property - loved the plunge pool, the staff, food, decor
Not much at all - the only thing is that more could be more things to do and put on for the hotel guests

The hotel was exactly like pictured, the room was beautiful and a nice temperature. Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were lovely and always ready to help. The food was great and varied for each day. We had a really relaxing time.
I would say be prepared to hire a car or take taxis everywhere because it is remote, which is the premise of the resort.
Also the beach at the resort which is fine to walk to/ shuttle to wasn't my absolute favourite. It's a man made bay, so the water is not clear as the rest of the beached on the island.

Absolutely beautiful, secluded location. Very safe private and tranquil. Staff are amazingly helpful and friendly.
The lack of food options. The one restaurant had an amazing view but no protection from wild birds.

Loved the private plunge pool suites. Loved the quality of the food it was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful
There was no resort store for necessities or unexpected needs, including personal items or snacks, meals were delicious but not a lot of choices on the menu, and limited snacks in between meals.
Location was very removed from everything,so any necessities which were ordered from delivery services took HOURS to arrive.
The beach was more like a cove, and full of seaweed.
No resort planned activities for guests to enjoy, music playlist was repetitive, and only 2/5 nights had a band playing through dinner.
Limited towels in room.
Biggest complaint would be lack of store for necessities and snacks and more food options available any time.

The staff was amazing. Though i was a solo traveler i did not feel left out. Andre and Keirah were great……
No flavor in the food.

Liked how chilled it felt and most of the staff we so friendly and accommodating.
In room pool was dirty with green algae. Needs a good clean.
Main pool was shut for a whole day without any warning given.
Was rudely asked to not wear flip flops to dinner on our first night when I was never told this beforehand. The rules I was referred to stated no hats or t-shirts which other people wore every night. I was wearing a shirt and dress shorts so what’s the problem…
They could have given you more information about the surroundings and what was available on check-in.
Restaurant food was good but not outstanding.
Bar tender could have been nicer by keeping it to himself that he didn’t like where we lived.

Amazing property, great views, tasty drinks, love the pool in the room.
I spoke to the front desk about this but there were bugs in the room. I understand it is the Caribbean after all and some bugs are expected. However there was an at least a 1 inch gap on both sides of the sliding doors from floor to ceiling because the doors were not flush to the wall. This most likely allowed bugs in the room: (Ants, mosquitoes, cockroaches)
The sliding doors are great for aesthetics but if they are not installed properly flush against the wall to close the gaps between the floor and wall, then I would prefer a regular door to stop the bugs.

Staff were nice and attentive. Drinks were nice, food was good quality.
A bit remote, not a lot of opportunity for walking.

Actually very clean spacious and light really brings you closer too nature with a five star setting. Staff friendly enough but all very busy and hit in restrictive clothes in such hot conditions they looked tired out by then ends of the shifts but still high spirits and worked with us to make our break the best.
Only one restaurant and menu very small no Apple Juice for the whole stay! You had choose from only 2 juices one day there was only one sweet choice Cinnamon Donuts or not! Dissatisfied and Disappointing at this location that the food held back the Resort well it’s was more like a guest house nothing was ready available at all times 3 meals a day quite restrictive !

The private pool in the room was a vibe!
So many ants in the room. Don’t leave food or snacks around (opened).

I liked that is was a small facility and you were able to get to know the people taking care of you.
It was missing a gift shop to get late night snacks, over the counter medication or incidentals you forgot.

Room..particularly the personal pool
The food options at the beach could have been broader and on our last day there were no fresh beach towels.

Staff were friendly and the food even though very small was delicious. Rooms were very private and the resort was tranquil, relaxing, peaceful and quiet.
Not your usual expectation of an ALL INCLUSIVE resort. Room service is at an additional cost and you can not take canned beverages to your room unless you pay an additional cost.. Meal serving size was extremely small, more like tatting samples, but tasty. The restaurant was located near mangroves so naturally there was the natural smell of a mangrove swamp which can be unpleasant.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The bar men were entertaining every night and got everyone chatting - Daniel in particular was a great host. The food changed every meal and was too class.

The pool in the room was awesome, along with the ocean view. The staff was friendly and extremely welcoming & personable. We loved talking with everyone!!
The room had a lot of small bugs the size of fruit flies. They were so small that they didn’t really annoy us, but eliminating them will help.

Absolutely LOVED this place. The staff were so friendly and lovely, nothing too much trouble - particularly the bar staff who made fabulous cocktails! Our room was heavenly with a beautiful view and our very own plunge pool which was amazing - some others have said the water is too cold in the pools but it was perfect for me - and we loved sitting out and watching all the humming birds darting through the trees just inches away. The food is very good - not outstanding but really good for the all inclusive price. I also liked the fact that it genuinely is ALL inclusive - no hidden or surprise costs - every drink and mouthful of food was included in the price. Lots of nice things to do too - we had such fun taking the kayaks out and exploring the coastline. We had a wonderful time and hope to come back soon!

Breakfast was prompt, excellent service and friendly. Slight problem with the smell from the mangrove area, and Sagossa seaweed issue.

Beautiful room that lived up to the pictures. Room well maintained and staff was very attentive in restocking. Nearby beach was effected by the rare seaweed Antigua is currently experiencing. However, Half Moon Bay is a 10min drive and one of the best beaches. Food is well thought out, menu is sustainable, seemingly locally sourced, and delicious at every course. You also have freedom to choose from menu selections and customize certain things (our offshore picnic meal i.e.). We participated in the excursions of offshore picnic (were I later proposed to my longtime girlfriend and couldn’t have pictured a more perfect experience), massage (the best I’ve ever received), and the floating sushi boat (delectable and filling, very good dipping sauces) all to our delight. I would recommend carefully renting a car like we did if you’re interested in exploring all the island has to offer. Those looking to stay in and enjoy delicious food and drink, romantic views and comfort, and a very welcoming, lovely staff, Escape at Nonsuch Bay is for you! 10/10
Not as buggy as I’ve read. Though it was March. The birds are more intrusive but they are actually pleasant and add to the sounds and scenery. As for the property itself, it’s very secluded and private. Roads are quite difficult to drive on. However, once you are at your location of the resort, nothing to complain about at all.

This location was the perfect relaxation resort for us. We needed a great romantic get-a-way to relax! I loved the scenic views and absolutely adored the staff. They were so accommodating and very patient! The staff treated us as if we were family.
Please pay attention to where this resort is located on the map! The property was beautiful but it is located about 30 minutes away from the west side and northern beaches. Its definitely a resort far away from noise but if you want to get into some attractions you will have to travel a quite a bit.
