Exceptional finding, wonderful for families

The details to attention are exceptional! Comfortable, feeling home, floor heating!!! Oh my god, what a luxury, especially in winter in houses in Portugal, floor heating is the best idea! Pedro the owner was very kind and generous! The playground and toys for kids are absolutely five star bonuses, let alone animals... The garden, the project! You have to see and feel, one of the best stay we had. Definitely will return and already spread the word in my wide community for this gem!

Exceptional

We enjoyed a relaxing time in Casal das Fontainhas, a quiet and green place with a pool, trampoline and more toys for the kids than you can count. The kids made friends with a rabbit, donkey and some goats. And the parents spent most of their time in the hammock. Our host Pedro was especially helpful. Thanks a lot!

Calm, beautiful, relaxing

If you're looking for a holiday property in the calmness of the countryside, yet relatively close to the coast and beaches, and with plenty of space for your children to run around and play, while you can relax and enjoy the quietness, this is it! The hosts have renovated the place and turned it into an accommodating holiday house where you can spend some truly calm and relaxing days with your family. The different trees and animals further make it a pedagogical experience for the children. We were only able to stay for 2 nights, but are already thinking of coming back in the future.

Thanks Pedro for a great stay! For families with children it is difficult to find a better place. Great garden for games with playground, trampoline. Cozy terrace with large sofa. Наmmocks, swimming pool. And most importantly - a separate playroom with toys!

The lack of internet came as a surprise to us.

One of the best weekends at nature's doorstep! Unforgettable experience.

Great attention to detail outside and in. Fantastic garden to discover, even in December! We loved walking in the nearby nature, finding many mushrooms and breathing in the delicious fresh countryside air. The house was very comfortable and pleasant, thanks to the decor and the under-floor heating. We felt like at home and had a wonderful weekend that felt more like a week. It is a perfect little place that we didn't want to leave.

Amazing place to relax with your family or some friends. The garden is stunning, large and perfect for kids (or grown ups) to play. An oasis of peace and beauty of nature.

This is a house in the countryside with a huge garden, which was great for the children to run around and play in. Pedro and Sandra provided board games for the children, which they really liked. Pedro was available for every question or request.

The house is in the countryside, and as such - ants easily get in. Not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. Also, internet is slow at times, based on the connectivity of the mobile router (which Pedro and Sandra were kind enough to provide us).
