The room was very well decorated. The hosts were very nice and helpful, they organized us an amazing trip into the canyon. The breakfast and dinner were also really good in à such a great atmosphere.
Difficulty with the water in the shower and a bit cold.

It was a cosy room very clean, we were picked up at the train station, they have good breakfast (for a price)
We did not get hot water the day we were leaving, and did not like we asked for it. (And it was cold that morning) WI Fi only if you pay.

My daughter & I spent 2 nights at Hotel Jade. What a lovely family & group of people running this hotel in such a beautiful valley. The tour with Alberto to Urique was great as was the walk to the waterfall with Rafael. Francia, her mother & Trinidad were welcoming and took great care of us. We felt safe & well cared for.🙂

Transportation from the train station & meals werr great.
I wish they would have told me about the safety concerns due to narco activity on June 20, as the incident with the padres wqs very serious and not within the normal ramge of dangers in Sinaloa.

The room was exceptionally clean and was cleaned daily (although the bin wasn’t emptied). The area around in beautiful as well as the facilities - there are benches outside the rooms which are nice to sit out in at night. The rooms are also painted beautifully and the pictures are representative.
We felt that the available tours were very expensive and at times pushed down our throat. The food wasn’t very good for Mexican standards and very pricey for what was provided (100 pesos each for a meal - soggy microwaved enchiladas and some tortillas filled with just cheese and a small portion of rice).

My Three favorite things about staying here in October were the staff (especially the owners Francía and Alberto), the decoration and style of the hotel and the location!!! It's directly facing the Cerocahui church. I really can't say enough great things about my stay here. It was a little tricky getting from Chihuahua to Bahuichivo and then Cerocahui on bus, but Mrs. Francía was very helpful and patient getting me from Bahuichivo to the hotel 😁I am an avid fan of Rarámuri culture and i had great conversations with Mr. Alberto who taught me several indigenous words in Bajo Rarámuri. Incredible guide as well if interested in taking a tour from in town to the city!! Alberto speaks English Spanish and a bit of Rarámuri , which is immensely helpful for all backgrounds of common visitors! Incredibly friendly staff, i felt that i was at home my entire stay here. Can't wait to come back next year 🥳🙏😃
i didn't really have any problems, the night after my face the hot water wasn't working, but Señora Francía fixed it right away. The wifi is a little slow, but it was a veryyy busy weekend and I'm sure the motem was overloaded

The owners are amazing and very helpful. They helped me in a difficult situation! The rooms are big and comfy and they pick you up for free from the train station.
