Eccellente

L’esperienza con il BnB Masà è stata eccellente, l’appartamento è fantastico, dotato di ogni comfort e con una splendida vista sul mare. È letteralmente nel centro città e a 10 min a piedi dalla stazione. L’host è stato gentilissimo con noi,rispondendo tempestivamente a tutte le nostre richieste a qualsiasi ora e lasciandoci effettuare il check in e il check out comodamente in base alle nostre esigenze! Sarà sicuramente il nostro primo contatto per il prossimo viaggio a Pescara. Grazie!

Spacious one bed property. Close to the beach.

Air conditioning not working disappointing as it was one of the reasons we chose this place. Only hand held shower available. Building and decor quite tired would benefit from an update.

nice experience

The property is located in a very nice area, near the beach. It has 2 bedrooms with king size bed, a very well equipped kitchen and a balcony with sea view. The host was very nice, she provided a baby cot in a very good shape and allowed us to leave the luggage before check in hour.

We travelled with our baby girl and the fact that we didn’t had acces to the heating, it was a bit unpleasent because during the night the temperature was low

Super but not when is cold outside

The owners were very kind, the location is perfect but we knew that when we choose it. The access system is super (you should have also the keys with you)

It was cold outside and the appartement was cold. The warming system was not working continous and the place became cold again very fast. The sheets, towels and pillows were old. The bed had a good mattresse but it looked bad, old.

Nice apartment, everything like on pictures. Nice bathroom, comfy bed, great kitchen, great sunny terrace, considerate host. My recommendation, I'll be back.

Good location

The location was excellent. Beach is across the road and bars and restaurants are walking distance 50 to 100m. Excellent for a night out or shopping in the area.

We only had 1 bath towel each for the entire 6 nights and the toilet rolls were not replenished either. If you are staying for a longer period, this should be thought about. A check every 2 to 3 days would have been good. A quick freshen up of the apartment and clean linnen would have made our stay exceptional. Parking was also quite far away. The railwaystation parking is cheap but quite a walk. If you are planning on going outside Pescara with your car regularly, it can be a hassle. Contactless check-in and checkout is convenient but doesn't give you warm fuzzies. Also, the 'seating area' advertised was a kitchen table and chairs. Not comfortable for an extended stay.

Exceptional

The apartment has a great location, it´s quite big, location is right in the city center, 2 minutes walking to the beach and about 8 minutes to the main train station, has a view on the beach from the balcony. It is equipped well, has everything what you need. The owner is nice, communicative and ready to help with everything you need. I would definitely come back.

Location: the beach is less than 5 min walk from the apartment; a supermarket is about 5 min walk from the apartment. There is a decent pizzeria just around the corner. It was very nice of the host to provide us some tea, coffee, salt, sugar and a bottle of water in the fridge on our arrival. Much appreciated!

Location: there is quite a busy street between the apartment and the beach. Sometimes there are very noisy parties in the beach area till late night. As for the apartment itself, it would be nice to have some more storage space there (shelves and drawers).

Best location in Pescara

The location of the apartment is just perfect. Very close to the public beach and just few meters to the main square. And there is also a good connection to the airport by bus or 10 minutes to the main train station. Restaurants are around, supermarket 5-10 minutes walking. The apartment itself is very comfortable. The communication with the host was perfect, we even good a tip to a very good restaurant. We also appreciate that there were basic things in the kitchen as salt, oil etc. And there was even an umbrella and a set of beach mats. Thank you for those details!

It would be nice if there was a net in the window against mosquitoes. Other than that nothing :)

Wonderful location right in a city centre.. Easy to communicate with the host. Comfortable and very clean apartment. We really enjoyed our stay!
