Beautiful modern room. Especially nice bathroom with ceiling window. Coffee pods and biscuits in welcome pack. Nice outdoor space for sitting. Very close to station.
Lots of stairs to second floor. Outside property is a building site, lorries etc

The room and the location was perfect. The host Lorenzo was very helpful and always on hand. We were able to use the bicycles that were available free for guests.
Only one small negative, but nothing to worry about. We couldn't operate the safe which could just be us not understanding how to do it. It was just a little complicated.

Room was clean but photos much more appealing than reality. Door code to all doors allows entry at any time with keypad so no worries about losing the key.
Check-in is now " contactless" which makes it completely "mechanical": no humans are involved which undermines one of the main reasons for staying in a b&b. Telling you on the day of arrival that you also have to send photos of an ID document, before you get the code, seems designed to make things more complicated. If you knew beforehand, you could be prepared. All the glowing recommendations about the helpful owner are useless because you never see the owner. Breakfast, often a way for making b&bs to set themselves apart, is now very basic and uninteresting. I gave it a miss after the first day.Air conditioning was a blessing in the heat but it didn't work very effectively so it had to be used for longer to cool the room - not good for the environment or the owner's power bill. There were no toiletries, and worst of all, not even a cup/glass for a drink of water! All-in-all a very disappointing experience. Perhaps Booking.com could require all descriptions in the site to be updated to accurately reflect reality post-Covid. Yes, precautions are still necessary and there are general statements abot Covid-safe practices being in place, but cutting services to the bone and taking away the appeal of a b&b stay, won't encourage travellers to keep coming back.

The fact that I was asked to send pictures of my ID card via Whatsapp in order to be able to check in. That seemed very unprofessional. On-site check-in was not possible due to staff not being present. My refusal to send personal data via Messenger was threatened with canceling the reservation. So I had to contact Booking.com support to find a viable solution.

Ok
Plastic mattress protector.
A mattress topper is better.

Excellent communication and easy check-in. Good location next to train station and within easy walking distance to Pescara beach and centre. Very clean and spacious room. Loved the good sized terrazza.
Plastic mattress protectors are never a good idea, but particularly in the summer heat.

good location, nice terrace, good for one or two nights for Pescara
AC was complicated to use. I didn’t like the curtain in the bathroom, but is a personal thing :)

The room was clean, comfortable bad with fresh good pillows and nice comfortable bathroom.
The room had everything we needed.
The room is walking distance from all the bars and restaurants in the centre
Nothing special, the breakfast is continental so don't expect something fancy.
All fresh though

Room was of good size, very clean, and very quiet.
Parking, only 2 spaces available on first come basis and very difficult to maneuver into. Difficult to find even with GPS and using Google maps (the owner did come out to the street to help us find it). Had to pay for 3rd person (even though the child was only 13 months old).

I liked a lot the closeness and attention from the staff, they are always willing to help and adapt to the needs of the customer so I really appreciate that, said that I will definitely return.
Not much to say really, maybe I would have liked that the shower head could be kept on its place because it was sliding now, but it wasn't that much of a problem really, maybe the room being a bit bigger but I actually liked a lot my stay here.

Newly refurbished, super clean, fast WiFi, great communication from Lorenzo. Excellent value for the money. Two minute walk from the train station but on a secluded, well kept, quiet side street. I’d love to return in summer!
