Fabulous apartment, clean, spacious and well equipped. The view from balcony was amazing. My only slight complaint was the fan constantly running in the bathroom, very noisy in the bedroom next door!

This is the second time we have stayed in this block at Torquay and we are planning a third.
This is the second time we have stayed in this block at Torquay and we are planning a third.
I would have scored cleanliness higher if the en-suite bin had been emptied. However, no big deal.
Please also note that the score of 5 for local amenities is simply because we didn't go local. There were a fair few people around which under normal circumstances would be great but not at the moment.
We traveled a little further out for food and sight seeing. Beautiful. She who must be obeyed now wants to move to Devon.
Some might say the place is expensive but I say you get what you pay for. Excellent.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Masts B9.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Masts B9. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the view of the marina and harbour from the balcony, allowing us to benefit from some late autumn sunshine.
We had chosen the apartment because of the step free access from the underground car park, via the lift, to our apartment on the 5th floor, as I had taken my 86 year old mother.
However, I had not appreciated that there were over 100 steps from the garden to the sea front itself. My mother managed the trip down, but we needed to use taxis to get back up the hill. This was a small inconvenience, but didn't spoil our holiday, and gave us a sense of achievement!

Excellent quality apartment in outstanding location.
The overall rating might have been 10/10 except for the road noise at night and the near inaccessible parking spot in the parking bay.
The view from the balcony is stunning.
We will return to MASTS - but perhaps not to this apartment.

A very well equipped apartment with amazing views from the lounge and balcony.
A very well equipped apartment with amazing views from the lounge and balcony. Great to have secure underground parking as the road can be difficult to park on at times.
The beds were all comfortable and the showers were very powerful which was good.
Storage was a little limited for us as the wardrobe in the second bedroom was unusable throughout our stay, we were advised on the morning of our arrival by the property manager there had been a water leak which had been fixed prior to our stay. Unfortunately it had left a bad damp smell in the wardrobe so we couldnt put any clean clothes in this particular wardrobe.
Whilst the apartment is well equipped with quality appliances, I would suggest the ironing board needs attention as it can't be moved whilst up without the legs collapsing which could result in an accident with a hot iron.
Overall an excellent modern apartment with the best views in Torquay.

B9 is a great place for a short break...we loved the small touches milk and biscuits on arrival. The easy arrival process and parking meant we settled in very quickly. The beds were comfortable and plenty of room for storage.
Really enjoyed our stay there and will return again.
