Apartment larger than it seemed online - far to hot at night - will be very, very hot in Summer.
Large comfy 4 poster bed.
Excellent location but spoiled by lack of parking space - additional car parking charge £52.00 on public car park.
One toilet roll supplied - no spares, only x2 bath and hand towels - no spares.
No wine glasses - had to buy ×2 straws!
No information of how to dispose of rubbish.

Beautiful and cozy place to stay and in a superb location. I will definitely return!

Had a lovely stay.
Had a lovely stay. It was cosy, warm (if often too warm), the bed was incredibly comfy, everything was clean & modern. The only negative was that there was not enough in the way of cooking materials. Would recommend to anyone for a quiet break away by the sea.

Everything was excellent except for the apartment being too warm.
Everything was excellent except for the apartment being too warm. There was 2 fans in the room which tells me that they were aware of the problem but there wasn't any way to control the heat other than using the fans which were a bit noisy through the night

This is a beautifully decorated apartment within what used to be a hotel, only a stone's throw from the promenade and stunning views of Babbacombe Bay. The main room has high ceilings and is very tastefully designed with a stunning bed. The whole place was spotlessly clean, they must have a brilliant housekeeper. We were told it has only just been converted to self-catering accommodation so its a little low on equipment but it's manageable and they're happy to provide anything you need. Be warned the room gets uncomfortably hot at night and you have to run the fans all night to get a wink of sleep, which is a tad counter-productive if you need silence to sleep, like me. The heat at night is the only reason I lowered the value for money score because we really struggled with it. We were lucky enough to book last minute and get a discount, but if I had paid full price I would have been really cross about the lack of sleep. We were told its something to do with a cafe in the basement but not sure why its still generating heat through the night. There is no allocated parking but it never seemed a problem to wait on the double yellow line outside to load and unload but you need to be prepared to drive elsewhere in the town to find roadside parking and walk back to the accommodation if you go out each day as we did. We usually found somewhere within a quarter mile, sometimes less.
