We stayed in July.
We stayed in July. The apartment has wonderful views and access to the main strip in Torquay via steep steps. We were aware of the steps before we booked and managed this by my holiday partner dropping me off in front of the property with our luggage. They continued to do so during our stay which worked well. There also didn't seem to be any problem in finding a parking space, albeit a short distance from the property.
The apartment has lovely gardens, where there are a couple of benches to sit out on and a view of the big Torquay wheel. The gardens are shared with the other apartments but didn't seem to be used.
The property does need updating but it is clean and tidy and suited our needs.
However, the silicone and grout around the bath near the shower was mouldy and grubby and it would not have been very costly to redo this area before the season started. Also, there is a note to say rubbish must be in black bin bags otherwise the binmen will not take them. We were provided with only one and there were no others in the apartment. A few more/roll of black sacks would be helpful.
Overall, it was a lovely place to stay.

Great one bedroomed apartment with fantastic view over Torbay and the marina.
Great one bedroomed apartment with fantastic view over Torbay and the marina. The kitchen was well equipped for self catering and the garden and free wifi were a bonus. A little maintenance required but otherwise a great find.
