This home, which has the capacity to accommodate twelve people, is located directly across the street from public beach access. You’ll be just steps away from the sugar white sands and emerald colored water of the Gulf of Mexico.

This four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home features a large bunk room with two queen-over-queen-size bunk beds that are built for adults as well as children. Additional guests can be accommodated by a queen-size sleeper sofa and a queen-size chest bed located in the living room area. There is also a full-size sleeper sofa located in the downstairs den which is a separate living space. Three of Breezy Blue Cottage’s four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, including the bunk room as well as the primary. The primary bedroom is a perfect place to relax with its plush bed and 55-inch flat-screen TV. The primary bathroom is an oasis of luxury with a spacious walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

Foodies will rejoice at the wide variety of cuisine in Panama City Beach, all just a short drive from Breezy Blue Cottage. Main reason to book this property was the pool and location when we arrived we check the pool kids was excited and ready to use it BUT was so disgusting dirty and green we call to property management and they send a pool company next day after 12pm company tell us not able to use it after 3 hrs, we change our plan and wait over 4 hours then we call back because poool was on same condition never clean so property management tell us we have to wait 24 hrs before we use it, pool was able to use the morning when we are ready to check out., we went so disappointed, I can tell you after that property is so clean but you have to bring your own trash bags soap for kitchen and bathrooms and toilet paper because wasn’t in stock

Our ALL Adult travel group really enjoyed our stay. We have an annual beach trip, and this location ranks at the very top. We were all comfortable in our respective and shared spaces. It seems the location was recently renovated. The location was great. You are able to have an ocean view, although this property is not oceanfront. The location was close to the action but not too close. We are planning on going back next year but for a longer stay. Also, the pool was wonderful. I would suggest that additional tools be made available to skim the pool. I would also suggest bringing your hair dryer. There was not one available. The beach is only steps away. You will not regret choosing this location.

This house was SO NICE! Very clean when we came in, a VERY short walk to the beach, and the pool was perfect! The one and only “bad” thing was the lack of shade around the pool, but we positioned our beach umbrellas and made it work. The check in was so easy and we had everything we needed in the kitchen.

We had a great stay! Loved the private pool and close location to the beach. There was still a lot of run down houses/under developed houses and businesses around us so that was a bummer. Also I felt like the house could have been cleaned a bit better. The kitchen was also less equipped than other houses we have stayed in. The space was great and rooms were very spacious! The upstairs was a nice open concept. Overall we had a great stay!

We had a crew of adults and children. The property was overall very good! I would stay here again if the price wasn't going up so much next year. It was great! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars from me was because when we arrived, the master bedroom door handle was broken, the towel rack in the downstairs bathroom was broken, the dishes were not the clean. We fixed the door handle and didn't use the towel rack. The dishwasher may have some issues not getting dishes clean, maybe. Either way, it wasn't enough to deter me from this property. It was a beautiful home, And having a PRIVATE pool was worth it! The beach access is literally across the road. I have had longer walks staying on the beach in a condo. The beds were also very comfortable. I love that each bedroom has it's own bathroom and closet. There was a foldout bed in the living room as well as this really neat bed that I thought was a dresser in the living room. Everything was very spacious! We would book this property again.

Great location! Across the street from the ocean and out of the way of pier park traffic! The code to the door did not work originally, but guest services was right on it and got us in. The house had enough space for the 4 families that stayed. Kids camped out in living room with the Murphy bed and pull out sofa. Each family had their own bed room and bathroom. We enjoyed the view from the living porch every day. The kids had fun playing in the warm pool. Was nice to throw a load of laundry in at night and have clean beach towels in the morning. The only compliant i would have is that the sheets on the sofa bed were not clean and the floor in living room looks like it wasn’t cleaned either. All in all- we all would totally stay here again! Thank you for allowing us to make memories with our family!

The location of the house to the beach access is wonderful. Also having a private pool in the fenced backyard to help youngsters burn excess energy was a big bonus. The location has a beach souvenir shop within easy walking distance and a grocery/donut shop just a little further walk the opposite direction. The kitchen, living room balcony, balcony and master being on a floor alone helped keep those early risers from waking everyone else up.

This property location is amazing! It is across the street from a beach access entrance. The house layout is great! There are lots of bathrooms. We had two families and could have easily had another family with us. We loved how short of a walk it was to the beach. That part of the beach is beautiful and uncrowded. There were some minor issues with cleaning that were addressed immediately but overall a great stay.

We loved this house and definitely will stay again. The location is perfect, the house beautiful. The beds where comfy. The pool was dirty with cigarette's butts and wet wipes in the bottom of the pool. The kitchen needs an appliances refreshments. Some things didn't work and some things were broken. But in general the house was perfect and we can't wait to be back.

Property was clean, location was great. The only complaint was you could not access the poolFrom the house. You have to go around to the back and open the gate to get to the pool. Our air went out the last day and property manager was prompt in bringing ac tech to come look. Unfortunately the unit could not be fixed until the next day after checkout so we slept on couches in 81 degree house. They did, however, refund is one night for the inconvenience. Overall a good stay!
