When you first walk in at first glance it’s great. Then you try to sit on sofa it’s like sitting on boards. Cushions were so filthy we had to find sheets to cover it so we would have a place to sit the chairs smelled like pee. There is black mold all over the whole house the beds were like sleeping on rocks. The floors were filthy. The manger was very nice and very accommodating. Who ever owns the property needs to fix and update and the pictures on Vrbo are not true to what the property actually looks like

Lots of room and plenty of beds! No one was cramped! We loved being able to walk right off the deck onto the beach!! Shopping within walking distance! We totally enjoyed our stay!

The VIEW and accessibility to the beach is amazing. The Property manager, Alex (with Bens Beach Homes) was so nice and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and the 4 teenagers liked the queen bunk beds and the adjacent king bedroom. The property is really run down. The beds were so bad and with how reasonable beds like casper and nectar are and how much those owners charge, a few new king sized mattresses would make a world of difference. All 3 of the king sized beds need to be replaced. And the floors downstairs looked like they may have been original to the property. There was so much ground in dirt if you walked thru the house without shoes on, your feet were gross. We tried to mop them but they are so old and in such poor shape, there is almost nothing anyone can do with them! And then there are 4 or 5 tiles that are broken so beware, they will pinch your feet. Again, the view was amazing and a 15 second walk from the deck to get your chair set up at the beach. But the owners need to update it terribly or at a minimum, replace the floors and the mattresses.

Tons of space for 10 people and more with the beach out the back door. Townhouse is in desperate need of a makeover. Floors coming up, patio door very difficult to operate, some ceiling fans inoperable, some lights inoperable and blinds are broken in most windows but none of it would keep us from going back.

Rental was clean when we arrived. There were some problems, but they were quickly fixed. The one real problem is that the pool that was promised in the property description did not exist. This was extremely disappointing for the younger children. They cannot stay on the beach for long. Overall, we enjoyed the vacation very much.

My family enjoyed our stay over the week of July 4th. Great location, close to everything, beach was not crowded. There was an issue with the clothes dryer, management had someone there within 2 hours to fix it. Other than needing some updating Pugsley Paradise was wonderful and would rent again.

There was 10 of us staying in early September 2022. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was in a great location and the beach wasn't crowded. When I had questions, the manager was quick to respond.

An amazing home right on the beach! We've stayed in PCB before but have never seen so much wildlife. Every morning there were dolphins, sea turtles, jellies and all kinds of fish and birds. We watched pelicans dive for fish!! Having my coffee on the deck enjoying the breeze and the views was so relaxing. The evenings on the deck were magical too! With the waves in the background, looking at the stars at night was absolutely beautiful too. This is a vacation I actually felt rested after!

We encountered cockroaches. The place needs to be sprayed. Some of the furniture is in need of repair. The couch in the living room need to be replaced. The dining table is about to collapse. The umbrella on the deck is bent and worn and needs to be replaced. The sliding glass door is almost impossible to open and close.

Location was great!! Pretty sure the floors had not been done. There was a McDonald’s cup in the fridge. The deck was littered with beer cans, bottles, and trash. We had to buy draino to get two drains unclogged. It had plenty of room and was a great spot. However, it definitely needs some TLC.

We had the best vacation here in Panama City Beach. We stayed for a week with friends and family from Louisiana and California. The rental is only 20 minutes from the local airport so super easy pick up for out-of-towners. The house looks small from the street but massive once your inside. Pretty of space for my group of 11, mostly adults. The rooms upstairs were huge with the main room having an awesome beach view. The house was equipped with tons of extra blankets, pillows, linens, and towels. TV in every room. We cooked a lot and there was pretty of utensils and cabinetry space. The only thing we were missing was a cookie sheet to bake with but we made it work. I don't think we could have been closer to the beach. The back porch made for an easy hang out spot. The beach wasn't crowded at all and we literally had no one around our beach area. Your minutes away for Pier Park so you are in yhe hub of all the action, shopping, and eating. And just a couple blocks away was the dog beach. My parents brought there dog and he had a blast. I can't speak any better about this rental. Thanks for a great stay!

It was a great place for our time with family friends. Being right off the beach was perfect, especially with little kids. We did have to wash dishes before we could use them. But, overall, it was a good stay.

Great location, air conditioning, water heater, easy beach semi private access. And the most beautiful sunrises, rainbows, morning dolphin watching and sunsets. Very spacious and wonderful home. For my family of 12!!! Appliances dated but functioning. Could use larger pots and skillets cookware. Beds are date and uncomfortable after a few day in master suite for old bodies… views from the deck are amazing. A few beach chairs and kid toys under deck was a surprise. The key is getting up early and setting your chairs out to reserve your spot on the beach. Made some special memories, And would do it again in a heartbeat….. Thank you!!!!

I was very disappointed in how dirty the condo was. I have stayed at many condos on the beach, so I understand sand gets everywhere, HOWEVER, it wasn't just the sand when we got to this condo, it was dog pee, the bathrooms, the silverware. Just gross. Also, as for the money people pay to stay at the condo, they need to invest in new furniture and regrout the showers (it was black with scum). Great place for space and right on the beach, but gross.

Great vacation home. We lived being Abel to walk straight into the beach and come inside anytime we needed to. Bedrooms were huge and plenty of sleeping space available. The kids loved the bedroom with the two sets of bunk bed made from queen size beds! Townhome was very clean upon arrival and supplied with more then enough bath towels for the 14 people that stayed in the house. I have stayed in a unit four doors down from this one before that was fantastic but in the future I will be looking to rent this unit again.

We love the location of this beach house. Its HUGE! For our family of 4 plus small dog - it was so much room. The view is incredible and its near the grocery store. The property managers are super fast to respond to messages. However - things to know going in. They provided one trash bag. They did bring dishwasher soap when asked. The kitchen is oddly stocked with dull knives, worn cookware, but no measuring cups. The dishtowels had holes in them and were stained from use. There were no wastebaskets in the bathrooms or bedrooms - except the one back room upstairs. There was no broom to sweep sand periodically. The outside shower was not functioning - but a call to the property manager quickly resolved that. The maintenance man was top notch!There was a very large, dead cockroach in the master bath that housekeeping quickly came to retrieve. She was my hero! If you have a chromecast - you should bring it. The TV options are limited - but with our chromecast, we were able to easily watch anything we usually do. They have a Roku. Not every bedroom has the correct remotes for the TV's. They mean it when they say one roll of toilet paper. There was not more than that. There was a partial role of paper towels. We loved this for the size, the location, and the responsiveness of the management. However, it could use a little refresh for the fees they collect.

My overall impression of the property was that it was filthy and in serious need of repair. The A/C was not working when we arrived. The property contact had someone out immediately to fix it. The property was also incredibly dirty- after sending pictures the property contact resolved the situation to my satisfaction. Communication and location were great. The fact that I had to contact them for issues was not. I would not stay here ever again.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this property. It is right on the ocean and near to many great restaurants and places to shop. The property is older and in need of repair, but is a valuable beach home. We look forward to returning!

We loved the property, perfect for our stay, right on the beach. The only thing negative was that their cleaning expectations were no where near ours, floors were nasty, 3 of the showers had mildew in them, it wasn't really bad, just bad for us, the chairs on the deck were full of mildew, so after my wife spent 3 hours cleaning and disinfecting everything, we were good. The place and the stay was wonderful, wished they had more channels on the tv, we had an awesome getaway, caught fish, and relaxed. Perfect location to everything
