This luxury 4 bedroom villa is located in one of the best locations in Cape Coral. The 15028 Sq. Ft lot is located right on the wide canal and the lanai has perfect south exposure where you can enjoy both the sun and the beautiful view ALL day. You're only 10 minutes away from enjoying some of the world's most beautiful beaches like Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva. The big lanai has a lovely pool, a hot tub, and a spacious dining area.
The Villa offers in total 5606 sq. ft., 2746 sq. ft. with A/C, four bedrooms, three bathrooms a, big living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a fully equipped office and a complete gym.
The master bedroom has a King size bed with remote control for your comfort. The master bathroom has a shower, double sinks, a Jacuzzi and a walk-in closet. The toilet is separate. Was a wonderful place and the pool was great. Great location to sanibel. Would definitely stay there again. Only issue was the trash hadn't been taken out to the curb for a while, but everything else was great....

The property was amazing and most everything was fantastic. It was pretty much furnished with all daily necessities. The bed/mattress in bedroom 3 was hard and rolled when you moved, and the TVs did not have any channels in the 2nd master and 3rd bedroom, so they were unusable for watching TV. Other than those couple of issues, the stay was wonderful.

Smashed bugs on bathroom floor so it clearly hadn't been cleaned. Master bedroom doesn't cool down like the rest of the house and smells like rubber from the attached gym. Remotes didn't have batteries, patio light didn't work, most of the dock lights were out. Location was great to get to several beaches and grocery stores.

The house was very nice, spacious and clean Pool area is very nice and a beautiful view The pool instructions were confusing and i had to call the property manager and she very nicely walked through the instructions We did not see any kayaks as it said on the site when i booked it Also there are 2 very small tv's in 2 of the bedrooms that hardly work There is no cable on them and we were short remotes in them also It was annoying We also felt that there were not enough towels in the house and there was only one beach chair for 7 people There is also a broken cabinet in the kitchen If you are going to stay here bring towels and your own beach supplies with you The home itself is roomy and there was plenty of space for 7 people

The house was exactly as described and offered us plenty of space for our group of 6. The pool and spa were well maintained and easy to operate.

Location was great if you don’t mind driving everywhere. No transit systems to speak of therefore everyone drives everywhere! Neighbourhood was quiet, house was clean, fridge wasn’t fully useable due to lack of shelves and non functioning drawer in the freezer. All in all a great place for a quiet getaway. Drove times were too long though.

This home was beautiful! Lots of extras like a garage for the car, pool toys, plenty of extra towels, extra garbage bags, an extremely well appointed kitchen. And much more. It was very clean as well. And had plenty to do - gorgeous pool, bikes, fishing off deck, ping pong, work out room and more. Our host was responsive and very accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

This home exceeded our expectations. The view, lanai and pool were the highlights. Large wide canal view will have you in awe.
Plenty of room for 8. The management company was helpful and attentive. If you want a classy, quiet, elegant neighborhood then this rental is for you. Beautiful tree lined or shall I say palm tree lined streets. The house was very roomy and clean. Some minor noticings was that the patio furniture needs some updating due to rips on the seats by the dock chairs and lounge chairs. The bbq did not work for us. The management company attempted to fix it but they were not able to fix it so we were not able to bbq. Also, bike tire was flat so we were only left to use two bicycles.
These issues did not interfere with our stay and did not deter from enjoying this wonderful accommodation.

We loved the amount of space for 5 people in bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces. Kitchen was stocked with adequate pans/utensils/plates for cooking. Pool was clean and maintained with a sealed screen room, lots of supplies in the garage, outer deck was nice. TVs had cable in master and living room only. Other three rooms did nothing unless you connect to WIFI and use your own services. Manager was responsive to issues. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors.
1. Master- fine but shower handle was broken off, door wont really close on shower- reported it
2. Second master- apparently two twins but they were pushed together to appear as a king but would not stay together for sleeping, no cable on tv but remote and box were present
3. Freezer did not make ice for 2 days even after checking and adjusting. Fridge did not get very cold and temp kept rising up even after adjusting.
4. Spa has air bubbles only but no jets so that was disappointing. Takes about 30 minutes to get warm and stays warm.
Overall we liked it for the space but it is very dated with some minor issues.

A pleasant trip
Did our family trip this year to the house and absolutely enjoyed it. The house was beautiful- the kids loved the pool. Everything you needed to entertain the family was at the house.
The only downfall (but had nothing to do with the house) was the traffic and the beach is a good drive. When you go to the beach be prepared to pay a good amount for parking

Great stay in the sunshine state
I’m going to start by saying this home is exactly as advertised. The reviews are pretty spot on. The positives outweigh any of the negatives by 100%. The house itself is a great setup in a quiet very nice neighborhood. Close to plenty of great restaurants and right around the corner from the Westin. Publix is close by as well. The furnishings are exactly as advertised. Kitchen is stocked adequately with decent dishes and cookware. The lanai is a perfect spot to hang out even on rainy days. The large table and chairs are perfect for any meal. We saw manatees almost every day and caught snapper and snook right off the dock. ( Caught and released )
The deck down by the water is fantastic. The table and chairs are older and weathered. We simply carried a few of the loungers down to enjoy some much needed vitamin D.
We had a burrowing owl perched on the security camera out front every day. We enjoyed observing him.
We had communication with the property manager a few times and every item was addressed in a timely fashion. My only complaint would be we were never able to get the hot tub warm. I called the property manager and she sent over the pool people. He came out… fiddled with a few things and left without saying anything. I suspect he’s been called often based on previous reviews. I would’ve preferred the listing state that it doesn’t work vs wasting my time trying to get it going. It didn’t ruin anything for us… but can see that people would be disappointed. Pool was nice. We only used it a day or two due to cool weather. Yes, there were some loose pavers in the lanai. Again.. not that big of a deal. The shower door in the master does not close right and the grout could use a deep clean. We did have some teeny tiny ants get into some food left on the counter. I suggest not leaving any food on the kitchen counters. Pest control people came while we were there just for regular maintenance. A couple days later, we saw the ants. It’s Florida…..lots of creepy crawlys. I don’t believe it’s because of any neglect by the property owner. Overall, we had a great month and would definitely consider renting again.

Girls Week
Nice property in a beautiful neighborhood with a wonderful canal view. Plenty of space for our group of six women. Spacious kitchen and living room, with two large tables for us to sit at and enjoy meals and games together. The beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms for all of us to share. We enjoyed the pool but the hot tub never got warm enough to sit in. Furnishes and a little tired and could use some updating, particularly the set down on the dock. Pool area needed a good power washing and some of the tiles were loose. None of that deterred us from having a wonderful time and the property manager , Erin, was very attentive to anything we needed. We would return here again.

Nice property, poorly maintained. Beds poor and lazy boys broken. House needs TLC and deep clean. Master bath shower head adhered with scotch tape and shower door does not close.

As advertised......
Overall this home was as advertised. It could use some updating but not horribly outdated. We did have a few (2-3) roaches staying with us throughout the week. The pool area is wonderful as well as the dock area. There are a lot of beach toys in the garage as well as bicycles, skateboards & ping pong. The access to the gulf is wonderful. We rented a boat for 3 days as the boat at the home was unavailable. It only took 15 minutes to go through the canal to the open waters. I would have given this a 5 star but the roaches kept me from that. Something should be done about that. Property manager was prompt on all responses. Overall I would recommend and would come back.

Great Family Vacation House
The living area space is awesome for large groups, they have a lot of extras in the garage which is convenient. The hot tub did not get hot during our stay which was disappointing but the overall pool was enjoyable. The pictures of the dock do not do it justice, great space to enjoy the views and store a boat. Location and proximity to Sanibel Island by boat is amazing. Overall great space for family vacations.

Nice location, spacious home, dated
We rented the house with another family (8 people total) We enjoyed a week at the property, spending most of the time outside, by the pool or hot tub. We rented a boat, which was delivered and picked up from the house. That was extremely convenient, and easy access to the gulf. Unfortunately the boat in the pictures is not working/available. The layout of the house is nice and spread out. It is dated, and could use some updating. I've stayed in several VRBOs, and the provided supply here was the least of them. We weren't even provided extra toilet paper (with the pandemic, can't find either...thankfully we had brought some) or garbage bags. Provided us 4 dishwasher pods, and 4 laundry soaps, and a few dryer sheets. Once again, not enough for 8 people, 1 week, including Thanksgiving. There were no spices or cooking spray, except for salt & pepper. Those could easily be provided. Kitchen could also include - muffin tins, or more plates. We had to run the dishwasher after every meal. Overall, it's a good place, and I would suggest you pack more supply, if staying here, so you're not shopping for everything.

This was our first time booking with VRBO so we were a little nervous about the whole process, but everything was very streamlined, and we had no trouble at all.
The house is very nice, and is just as described in the listing. The pool and hot tub are nice, especially for the kids, and the hot tub heats up very quickly. (did not try the pool heater)

Very Nice property
The house accommodated my family very well - everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. We really enjoyed the open main living space and all the doors out to the lanai. It was clean upon arrival and was equipped with everything that we needed. The dock area was quite large, well kept and excellent place to watch sunrises and sunsets. The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star review is that some the floor tiles and grout around the pool need attention and there were weeds growing between tiles on one end of the lanai. Other than that, this was a wonderful property.

Very Nice !
The property was perfect for our entire family of 7. The house is large and mostly maintained. We loved the dock and pool areas as well as the large open living spaces inside the house. The only negative was the pool deck maintenance. There were some loose tiles and some weeds growing up between the tiles on one end of the deck.

Wonderful and relaxing trip!!
Our family of five came to this home along with our poodle. Questions were always answered in a very timely manner. The view is really lovely. The lanai was our favorite spot. Pool was clean and warm. Kids had a blast swimming.
Plenty of towels!
Dryer smells a bit funny/-couldn’t figure that out. I think Florida is just wet and humid and we weren’t used to that!
Gym was lovely. Couch was enormous and great for all five of us.
A little dated, but I care more about the view and experience. It was super nice and it was awesome to soend a month with you!

A wonderful water retreat
This is a beautiful home on a large canal with a southern exposed pool, what's not to love. We enjoyed opening the virtual wall of sliding glass doors in the living room. This opened the entire home to the pool and spa area.
We opted to rent the boat offered at the property which could not be more convenient. Access to the main river and then to the Gulf was a short and pleasant ride.
Lots of room in this home in a quite neighborhood with great bike lanes on all the surrounding roadways. Dining options are many within a short drive. Suggest getting a SunPass toll transponder for driving the toll bridges.
The Vacanza management staff were second to none, lightning fast in responding to any question or concern.
The home was wonderful although the only reason I did not give it an overall 5 star rating is because it needs a few upgrades to make it perfect.

Bring your Fishing Rods
I really wanted to do a review for anyone that was considering this property, some of the other reviews leave you questioning. First off this place was VERY CLEAN when we checked in, the cleaning crew did an amazing job (no mold). On the property being dated, ok some of the fixtures are a LITTLE dated, this did not impact our vacation one bit. And the beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever stayed in
The location of this property was absolutely perfect. We decided we wanted to go to four different beaches, all were within a short easy drive (We did buy the mini sun pass for the tolls). Located very close to several grocery stores, made picking up things we forgot very easy.
We absolutely loved the pool, our kids wouldn't get out! The patio furniture was great and enough to accommodate our family of six plus some.
The view of the I guess you would call it a canal, was stunning. We could sit and just look out at the view while our kids swam for days! So peaceful
The condo was well stocked, plenty of bath and pool towels. We did bring our own beach towels. They even had drying racks outside to hang our wet pool clothing on. There were pool floats and some beach chairs in the garage to borrow.
I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again if we decided to visit Cape Coral again.

Beware. Not as described.
There were 8 of us that stayed at Villa Dolphin. We also rented the boat. Overall, we had an amazing trip but.....beware!
The boat is junk. Gas gauge is not in working order, the steering is in need of repair, the engine has issues and it will not start without a lot of messing around.
The house I’d very run down and dated. We took tons of pics. Pool/outdoor furniture is torn, rusty, broken and some is completely unusable. One of us sat in the lounge chair fell through it! She was hurt! Bruises on her arm and leg.
Rotted base boards in bathroom off kitchen, moldy showers, the leather recliner inside is broken, the stereo inside is broken....the on/off switch is missin, I got my finger caught in the hole! pool heater did not work properly, outdoor furniture pictured on listing doesn’t even exist, no table with umbrella as shown.
The walls are scuffed and dirty, decor is dated, house is very worn, no protectors on pillows, switch plate covers are cracked.
With so many other options out there, this one may not be for you. Just beware.

A Nice place to relax and kick back
This home was a casual place to relax on the sun deck, kick back and enjoy watching the boats go by. We loved the pool and the jacuzzi. The space was good for our family of 5. The boat was a nice add and we highly recommend spending the extra money for the watercraft. The family room was great for watching the basketball tournament and binging on our favorite Netflix shows! The only thing I would recommend is updating the bedding and pillows. Adding new linens and pillows would have been nice but wasn’t a deal breaker! Also, an additional refrigerator would have offered the additional space needed for our beverages. Thanks for the memories!

Property has potential but lots of issues
. Beautiful views and large house.
. Seriously dated. Many things not working.
. We stayed for two weeks but the pool heater did not work for the first week. The issue was finally resolved after several complaints by us. We did not get a refund sadly.
. Dryer vent plugged so could not use.
. Three bikes offered. Only one there and it did not work. They dropped off two bikes when we called about this but the third bike needs to be repaired.
. BBQ cover ripped and the BBQ does not work well. Needs repair.
. Many door handles need to be replaced. We got locked in the garage once.
. Mold in the master bathroom shower and shower door is broken.

Most relaxing vacation our family has ever taken!
The house was wonderful! The kitchen was well equip to handle cooking for 8 guests, we even BBQed a couple nights. There is plenty of comfortable space, we never felt like we were crowded. We rented the boat and took day trips to beaches in the area, we also explored the canals, so relaxing. Coffee on the canal dock in the mornings was extra special, watching the dolphins and manatees while the kids fished. I would rent this property again for sure!

It started out a bit bumpy as our door code didn’t work, but after that it was great. The house was perfect and my family and I had the best time. The beaches aren’t too far away and the canal view was gorgeous.

All Good! Had a wonderful and uneventful family vacation w/o any problems. As previously noted, some daytime noise from construction next door, and the house was minimally stocked with the usual supplies (tp/paper towels/soaps/garbage bags/etc).

The villa was clean and views were beautiful. The area was also beautiful.
Unfortunately, the house construction next door woke us up very early.
It also seemed rather odd that there were no additional necessities, (toilet paper, detergent, paper towels). We did not know that we would have to purchase until we got there and read the house rules. I think there should have been some available.
