Parfait

Merci à Fabio. Très accueillant et très disponible. L’appartement était très bien placé proche des restaurants et commerces. La literie très confortable. Tout était parfait.

Séjour au cœur de Naples

Très bon accueil de Fabio! Appartement très bien placé pour les lieux touristiques et pour la vie Napolitaine. Nous étions 2 familles avec 4 enfants dont 2 bébés.

It was nice stay during the weekend.

The apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and air-conditioned. Located in the very center of the city, which is an excellent starting point for exploring the city and its surroundings. The owner and the guy at the reception are very friendly and helpful. we were able to arrange to leave our luggage in the suite until our departure in the late afternoon.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is reached by more than 100 stairs. The apartment would need some repairs, such as changing the board on the toilet bowl, the the shower holder... And also better cleaning.

Není vhodně pro vyšší osoby - ložnice v patře a sprochový kout má strop odhadem 190-200cm

Lokalita výborná, hodnocení 10 je vztaženo na ostatní ubytování v dané lokalitě a je hodnoceno podílem ceny za službu.

Bylo by dobré apartmán nově vymalovat. Pouze jedna koupelna.

Very comfortable and convenient

It’s location was ideal. Whilst close to the vibrant areas it was very quiet. The apartment is spacious and has good washing machine and air conditioning. It is also fairly close to the main railway stations for going to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento.

Host was very accommodating, and good location as a base for sightseeing.

Location was good for easy walk to ferries, bus and train station.

Base of shower had pink mildew.

Perfect location. Amazing owner!

Great location!!!! Amazing owner. Fabio, u r an angel on earth! Thank u so much. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and very clean. It has 2 toilettes and one shower but we managed very well the six of us. It is close to all attractions and to great and famous restaurants and pizzerias... Please notice that the only flaw of the apartment is that it is located on the fourth floor and there are many stairs... Otherwise, it is really convenient and safe. Just perfect! Fabio even invited us on our last day to a wonderful breakfast with delicious traditional pastries. He also helped us a lot with the luggage.Grazie mille:)

We enjoyed it very much, the flat was a fine place to base ourselves for Naples and day trips.

The flat is modernised within a traditional courtyard centered building, and quiet local neighbours. Its the historical central and easy walking distance to many places of interest, and also just a short walk to the central rail station with easy access to Sorrento, and Pompeii. It was a comfortable refuge in a busy city, and although October the modern air conditioning/heating was much appreciated. The owner was very helpful on arrival and in assisting us with our departure.

Its Naples, and although a noisy busy city, the flat is sheltered from most of it, and everything suddenly gets very quiet at midnight (a local ordinance ?). The flat is high up with a balcony view along the old narrow streets, but that does involve a lot of steps.

Good apartment and excellent host, but neighbourhood is very run down

Size, air-conditioning, shower, the host – Fabio - excellent, black out blinds

The neighbourhood is really run down and not nice, and the building is grubby (but apartment itself in very good condition). Walls are thin so neighbours tv is loud. There are a lot of stairs so those with families or mobility issues be aware

Superb

The flat is spacious sleeps 8ppl and it was very clean. Its has everything you will need and the hosts were very accommodating.the area is the Old town and there are a lot of bars and cafes and restaurants around.

The description of the flat does state that it is at the top floor of the building which means there are 8 flights of stairs and no lift. We were joined by senior family members and it was very difficult for them. Its a critical detail to not include.

Exceptional

Fabio is an excellent host. He waited for us and explained all the features of the apartment. He is genuinely kind and available. The apartment is new, comfortable and cozy. Equipped kitchen, functional bathrooms, new towels and sheets, air conditioning and television in all rooms. The location is fantastic right in the center of the fantastic city of Naples: a stone's throw from Corso Umberto I and Spacanapoli. I hope to return one day.
