Soggiorno piacevole, tempo splendido, siamo stati fortunati.

Colazione non prevista. posizione ottima, ottima vista. A ridosso di Piazza Del Plebiscito, a Via Chiaia ed alla galleria. Praticamente tutto il centro storico visitabile a piedi. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità del proprietario rispetto ad un nostro problema poi risolto.

In bagno sarebbe opportuno un punto luce sopra lo specchio.

Posizione Strategica, Appartamento Carino, Può Migliorare

Posizione Strategica, tra Piazza del Plebiscito e l'inizio di via Toledo. La metropolitana è a 10 minuti a piedi (fermata Municipio o Toledo). I taxi sostano sotto l'appartamento. La struttura, che si trova in un palazzo signorile, è stata ristrutturata di recente, è dotata di un'ampia camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale (comodo) e un letto singolo (meno comodo), e di una salotto/cucina dove è presente anche un divano letto. Non abbiamo usato la cucina quindi non possiamo lasciare commenti circa il funzionamento.

Purtroppo al nostro arrivo l'appartamento non era perfettamente pulito: abbiamo trovato diversi capelli sul pavimento del bagno e altra sporcizia in alcuni angoli della camera da letto. Un'altra pecca è il bagno perché, nonostante sia stato ristrutturato di recente, non è ben tenuto (es. l'asta della doccia si stacca dal muro, la ventola poco potente non riesce a far fronte all'umidità). Sono presenti dei flaconi per gli ospiti ma non si capisce se si tratta di sapone, shampoo o di una crema: portateli da casa.

Accoglienza super e location strategica!

La struttura è accogliente, centralissima è strategica. Si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse in pochissimo tempo. Che si voglia fare una passeggiata al mare, un giro nei quartieri spagnoli,shopping in via chiaia o raggiungere il centro storico, è tutto a portata di mano. Nadia, la host, è disponibilissima per qualsiasi domanda o informazione. Sicuramente quando tornerò a Napoli prenoterò qui!

Sempre bellissima Napoli!

La maison Plebiscito ci ha dato l'opportunità di godere di una magnifica vista su Piazza del Plebiscito, uno spicchio del Golfo di Napoli, l'imponente Vesuvio. Immagine incantevole, soprattutto all'alba. Appartamento ampio, luminoso, dotato di ogni comfort.

The apartment was spacious.

The original person who gave us access to the apartment was abrupt and non caring. No lift to the apartment. The staircase leading to the apartment smelt like urine. The area in which the apartment is situated is noisy and dirty.

- good location it terms of distance to attractions

- photos show different buildings which is misleading - some things which were supposed to be provided were not and we needed to ask for them which wasted a bit of time - table and chair were not well assembled or were broken so that they were not stable - bad smell from laundry machine - loud location in night - additional payment for cleaning (25euro), but there was no cleaning during stay

Superb

Excellent location, nice host, nice view.

It is an old building without elevator and it's not easy to climbe everytime a nonergonomics stairecases with or without luggage. Extremely tiny shower.

Exceptional

This is a nice flat for 2 or 3 people at the very centre of the city. It is well equipped and comfortable. Little kitchen and bathroom have everything necessary. There is even a tooth paste and plenty of shampoos and bath gels. My plane was late and the manager was waiting for me in the flat till 1 am to check me in! Taxi stand is at the door.

Be ready to bring your luggage by the staircase to the 2 floor and ask the manager to preheat the apartment before your arrival if you come in winter months.

Excellent location!

Location was excellent for us: Opera Teatro San Carlo with opera, ballet and concerts (8 minutes walk; Cafe Gambrinus; Spanish quarters; Straight metro (10-12 minutes walk) to Acheoligical museum and Main Railway Station Garibaldi; 15-18 minutes walk to boats to Ischia, Sorrento and Capri; Pompei! Also it was nice to follow from the French balcony Neapol life in Piazza di Carolina with the view of Vesuvio and the Mediterranean Sea. The landlord and the neighbors were excellent and helpful, thanks for that!
