Excellent property. Exactly as advertised…clean, tastefully decorated and perfect spaces for our family to gather as well as individual space as to not be on top of each other. Golf cart was a big plus as well as the swimming pool virtually a few steps from the back at the property. Very close walk/golf cart ride to beach. Short drive to restaurants and a variety of entertainment. Our family is already discussing booking again next year!

This is our seventh year to visit Destin. This house was one of our favorites. Very clean and well stocked. Communication was excellent and the golf cart was a wonderful addition to our stay. Loved our family time making memories in your house!

This property was a perfect place for our family. The 3 separate floors with all the necessary needed items were an awesome to be able to separate after a long day of site seeing. I would definitely recommend this property to all my friends and family. It was just off the main stretch of scenic hwy so the noise wasn't bad at all but everything was super close for access. The provided golf cart was perfect for us to get around and just go exploring. Thank you for the hospitality and providing us with a perfect place to stay on a much needed vacation.

The house was good and the area is really nice. Plenty of floors for a big family. The only issue we had was that the beach access area is one of the smallest I’ve ever seen. You are sandwiched between two private spots. We would probably book again, but it’s right at the top of our budget.

We loved the 3 separate living areas - each family could wake up and start the day at their leisure. The 2nd and 3rd floor were large enough for our large group to gather and enjoy dinners together.
The beach was a short walk away. It was easy to bring our little ones back and forth for naps during the day.

The house was located conveniently near the ocean and right behind thw pool. We traveled a little by golf cart but, also, had very responsive Lyft drivers to this house. Would definitely recommend!

9/2/23 Here is a listing of pros and cons relative to our stay at 61 Mira Flores which I hope can be helpful to you.
There were 10 adults in our group so we needed every room and amenity advertised.

Shower at pool not functioning
HVAC was not functioning when the first ones arrived.( Maintenance fixed it promptly)
Water Drip from 3rd to 2nd floor bathroom (Maintenance fixed it promptly)
3rd floor dryer not usable due to broken knob which had to be ordered - thus unusable.
Large sink on 3rd floor not draining properly.
Call buttons on elevator not working - thus elevator was essentially unusable. (elevator was a key amenity for choosing the location)
Golf cart insurance issue was not acceptable, did not use it --It was also one of the key factors for choosing this location.
WE went so far as to contact our auto insurance agent who contacted the underwriters for confirmation and they said that the Slow moving vehicle would not be covered under our Auto policy.
Showers/tubs need grab bars.
Mattresses' on bunk beds were not comfortable for adults.

Nice roomy home, the 3 kitchens were more than we needed, the amenities- pool, golf cart, tennis courts and beach volleyball- were a huge hit with our family, the location near the beach is good, the private beach area is a bit small, the kitchen is stocked great for cooking for a crowd; overall super nice stay!

Everything about this property was awesome! Great location. The golf cart was wonderful to use for transporting all the beach gear and babies. Very clean house. We will be back.

This house was the perfect fit for a large family and family members with physical limitations. The elevator made it easy for all of us to get together for meals on the same floor. The kitchens were well equipped with everything we needed. The golf cart was a great perk and nice to have.
My only complaint, if it’s even a complaint, is the comfort of the beds. The mattresses were old in all the bedrooms and should be replaced. I even went and bought a memory foam topper from Walmart on the 2nd day to give some type of comfort to the 3rd floor master bedroom.
Otherwise, it was a great home and we are looking forward to renting again next year.

Plenty of room
We just spent a week at this property with 2 families. There were 10 of us and plenty of space for everyone! Each family had their own floor and it was so nice! The pool is in the backyard basically. The golf cart was great transporting us back and forth to the beach. The beach is an easy walk as well. There were a few beach chairs in the garage to use. There were plenty of sand toys. We also used a tent that was in the garage that was great for the hot beach days! Property management was quick to respond back to us on any questions or issues. We would rent this property again!

Amazing Vacation Home
This home was so absolutely beautiful beyond what the pictures show!!! It was very clean and smelled good when we arrived. Each floor had more than enough for cooking Items like pots, pans, silverware, plates and cups etc. everything we needed to prepare meals. Our family had the most amazing time in this beautiful home. It was in a perfect location with so many family fun activities at our finger tips… The pool, tennis court & volleyball areas all located just feet away & the pool was very clean and a perfect size…. The tennis court had been newly remodeled & it included a basketball goal which the kids really enjoyed… the volleyball area was also very clean. The home came with a propane grill ,but there are also three charcoal grills for the community just feet away from the home if you prefer charcoal which came in handy for us. The balcony area on each floor was simply amazing especially a night with the cool breeze to end the day. The elevator also came in handy for our mother that has health issues. The staff at the rental company was simply amazing & very responsive when we had any questions ;furthermore, the golf cart company was also just as amazing. All trips with huge families like ours expect bumps in the road ,but the staff from the rental company, cleaning crew, & the golf cart rental company made everything perfect. Our family absolutely loved this home!!!!!!!

Pullout sofa bed broken, unusable; 2nd sofa bed collapsed on day 4; some pots & pans covered in grease & cooking residue;loud squeaky beds; furniture in 2nd level was about sot, very uncomfortable, need to be replaced; HOA decided that pool would not be heated, children & adults not happy. Refund should be in order.

House super location! Garage a disaster. Uneaten food left in beach cart. M&Ms all over floor. Bicycle tires flat. Used my portable compressor,still went flat. Downstairs kitchen fan didn't work. Food processer broke. Upstairs laundry flooded on floor. Outside grill was perfect for us! Too bad other renters don't take care of place as though it was theirs. Overall good vacation spot!

Focus on the details
We had a multiple family/friend trip from Sat-Sat. The welcome email shared all the info which made check in easy. However we had to wait over an hour for the golf cart code to be text to us. When we arrived the 1st floor was uncomfortably warm with no thermostat. The beach code did not work and we never received further communication other than a pic of the codes; even after I was told they would get back with me on Monday. Apparently coming in on the weekend is very inconvenient for the property management. The house was nice and appeared clean. However if you stay a while you notice areas that they just quickly clean and then move on, sink stains, peeling cabinets, dirty dishes put back in drawers, lightswitches stained with fingerprints, random lights out throughout the house, ceiling fans not working, worn out mattresses, broken appliances and broken beach chairs/toys making the garage space unusable yet lists parking for 5. The random dishes on each floor was not a big deal, but the sign telling us to put dishes back on the correct floor was frustrating as there was no way to tell which floor the dishes belonged on (a number system may be helpful) It just seems they do the bare minimum to get the next guest in. This is disappointing considering I chose a house as I didnt want to be in large crowds in a high rise condos; especially with Covid. We are very low maintenance persons so none of this was a deal breaker just disappointing as we have had amazing vrbo experiences in the past.

Perfect for single Family Or multiple families
We ended up booking here last minute and we could not be happier with our choice! The layout of the house is essentially 3 separate condos, but was perfect for our little family on our own as well. It was a short walk to the beach and all of the amenities are within a few steps from the backdoor. The walking paths are easily accessible as well and we enjoyed several family morning walks. Christina was very helpful and extremely prompt in her responses if we needed anything or had questions. We are already planning which favorite and tolerable family members to tell and bring back for our next trip! Thank you!

Ok, All kitchens to small for group. One big kitchen would have been better. Door code to long to remember. TV issues was not fun! Glad we had good weather, it would have been tough with bad weather an no TV. All beds were not comfortable! Lots of back aches during the week.

Amazing!
The house and location was just perfect for our family and friends! The 3 separate living areas couldn’t have been any better, and the location to the beaches and other facilities was perfect as well. The extra parking area was extremely appreciated and so convenient. The beds were very comfortable with big fluffy pillows. The pool was literally out the back yard, and the neighborhood was very well maintained and beautiful! I had never been to Destin before, even after living in Florida for 50 years. I was completely overwhelmed at the beautiful white sand and crystal waters, and there are so many activities from boating to Crab Island, deep sea fishing, to restaurants and shops, and activities for the kids! I can’t wait to come back.

Everything was easy, from booking to finalize if. Donna was great, immediate response to text and phone calls. Only thing we thought we were getting a 8 passenger golf cart, only 4 passengers. Maybe my misunderstanding.

Great stay
Our family had 4 families stay in this home and it was the perfect set up for each family. There was plenty of space and the set up is convenient with a kitchen and living space on each level. The golf cart was a huge hit and was put to good use during the week and made for dropping all of our beach stuff off so easy. We stayed in a different house a few years ago in the same community and this was, by far, a better o stall experience for our family.
