This property and location satisfied all the needs of our group!
It is located in a quiet neighborhood for the most part. There was some neighborhood construction at the time. The pool was well maintained and the dock perfect for the rental kayaks. The kitchen is perfectly situated between the two living rooms so no one is ever left out. The property offers an abundance of towels, chairs and accessories for the beach and pool. The only issue we had was that both sleeper sofas could not be used at the same time because they are in the same living room. Overall, everyone agreed it was a wonderful place and we would love to return next year

Nice house. Lots of room for a big family. Great fishing off the dock b

This property was all we looked for and more! Very clean and comfortable. Saw dolphins daily. Can't wait to return!

We choose this house based on location which was wonderful, beautiful view and great boat dock that we kept our boat at. We saw dolphin and manatee out there everyday which was so nice! We came with another family and there kids so the layout was great for that separation and space.
Upon arrival though we could tell this house needed work and the pictures looked alot better than what we showed up to.
Definitely needs a deep clean. We found food and wrappers all over, game pieces dumped out behind furniture, dirty base boards and our kids found pills on the floor in there bedroom. The pullout bed is broken as well as outside screen doors and broken patio furniture laying around.
Unfortunately our vacation was over a week were it rained and stormed most of the days which made the ceiling in the kitchen start to leak significantly. We contacted property management and was told they would call the following day and send someone out and we never heard anything back. We’ve rented many homes on Marco and even though this location was best we unfortunately wouldn’t stay here again unless it was better taken care of.

Was a great place to stay. Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Saw plenty of wildlife out back and caught plenty of fish from the docks. Will stay here again when we come back to Marco Island.

This house was in a beautiful setting among the mansions and pristine gardens of the Caxambas Pass neighborhood. The bedrooms were spacious and the layout of the house allowed for privacy even with larger families. We watched the dolphins pass by the dock every morning and the pelicans fish all day. The pool was always the right temperature no matter the weather with the heater. The kitchen was well suited for our family of 8 with a waffle maker, blender, and 2 different coffee makers, and a large comfortable dining table. The home is also situated only a few miles from Publix for every need you could have. It was well worth being off the beaten tourst row of hotels to have our own lawn, sand bar, a unbeatable view of the water, palm trees with a hammock hanging between. The owners have thought of every need with sand toys, fishing rods, beach towels, even a cooler.

It is an older house but set up beautiful. We had plenty of room, and lots of extra towels and blankets. We paid to have the pool heated and it was perfect. We had a boat delivered to the house and the dock was great. We saw dolphins daily, and gopher turtles when the sun was out. On one walk we saw a bobcat. The views of the Gulf of Mexico were incredible. The property manager was great and efficient. Would recommend this place for sure

What a perfect layout and view! We find a new city every year and the view and feel of the home already has us wanting to come back next year. Truly a great and well thought out set up! A+++!

Great location and super easy check in process. Their were several items that needs to be addressed. Broken beds, broken patio furniture, beach towels are old, kitchen pots/pans are in need of replacement, one of the bathrooms need water pressure fix (also should consider updating it) and dryer takes almost 2 hrs to dry for a medium size load.

Huge spacious accomodations. It was great having our boat so close and the brand new deck accomodated the tides. Everything was fine except the back bathroom had no water pressure so we all used the master bath. I believe the bathroom could be fixed with a new shower head (drillled out). The pool was delightful. It seems that the birds like it when no one is there. It would be helpful if the management checked the deck before guests arrived. (Not a pretty sight). The kitchen was fine but could use more glasses. No whisks. Otherwise very nice.

We rented this house for a family getaway. The view of the bay was amazing. We had dock access for a boat which we rented from a local boat rental place. The house had a pool as well which looked over the bay so it was nice to sit in the pool and enjoy the view. The layout of the house was perfect with views of the ocean from almost all rooms. The house is split with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on either side of the home which was perfect for 2 families to be in. The kitchen was located in the middle with a huge windows overlooking the bay. Our only complaint is that we felt as if the house was not cleaned properly before our arrival. We found someone’s underwear under the dresser in a bedroom, a sock in another room, and water bottle as well. The windows sills had dust and dead bugs on them. We don’t fault the owners of the home for this however they need to ensure that the property manager is hiring the right cleaning people. Other than that we would rent this house again.

Property was great. 14 of us and everyone had their privacy.

We loved this house and location. The house is comfortable. The fishing was amazing. It’s quiet. No one drives by. We caught grouper, sharks, snook, and snapper. We hooked tarpon. We have manatee and dolphin swim by. It was an absolute paradise.

Enjoyed the screened in porch, pool, and Beautiful views. We had a wonderful time.

Our family vacation was spent with this lovely VRBO in Marco Island and what a great week we had. We have already booked it for next year because of the location that we loved along the water as well as the pool. My kids loved that it was a heated pool. We loved walking the neighborhood in the evening and we especially loved the wildlife along the way. We did see dolphin…But were hoping to catch a glimpse of the Manatee. We love the layout of the home for our family need and having the washer and dryer was a bonus. The property manager was very professional and courteous and easy to work with. We are looking forward to next year with more family fun!

Wonderful Water Views
We loved the view of Caxambas Pass and watched the birds fly in and out of the 10,000 Islands from the dock each morning and evening. The house is adequate, a bit tired, and doesn't take advantage of the view. Scraggly shrubs block the view from the house.

This beautiful property has a marvelous view… the property could use some updating but overall the location and views makes it beautiful. The pool is not caged in so make sure to bring bug spray. The beds in the rooms could use some updating because they do make lots of noise and have old mattresses…. The management company was fabulous, any issues they resolved very quickly, even on a holiday weekend.

We enjoyed our time at this house.
3 wks of paradise. The property is directly on the bay with easy access to the gulf. We caught lots fish and very much enjoyed fishing in the 10,000 islands. We had a boat and the dock was a big plus. We shark fished nightly off the dock. The house could use some deep cleaning of the tile floors, base boards and paint but over all it was nice. The agency was very responsive to my emails and my request for a vacuum cleaner was dropped off that day. I would recommend this property especially if you love fishing!! We will be back.

The place needs a lot of work. Quite a bit of water damage along baseboards. The bedding in one of the bedrooms was not clean when we arrived. Daughter went to get in bed and there was hair and what looked like mulch on the sheets. Advertised that a grill was available-two grills but one didn’t work and the other was not fit to use. General cleanliness and maintenance of house left a lot to be desired. Owners need to spend some money on repairs/maintenance. Great location but wouldn’t return to this house.

Nice Vacation
We stayed for a week with our adult children, spouses and 2 infants. The inside of the house is very nice with lovely colors. The master bedroom and bath is extremely spacious and has a most comfortable bed. Other beds were comfy, one was noisy whenever you turned over lol. The house could use new paint inside and out as some areas are a bit grimy. The outside of the property could use a little love as well. We used the pool every day and enjoyed the water views from the pool. The screened lanai right off the pool was extremely nice for those that needed to be out of the sun but wanted to be near those in the pool. We would see dolphins during the day and hear them occasionally in the evening. The dock was really nice as we had rented kayaks for the week, entering and exiting the water was extremely easy with the dock. Overall it was a very nice vacation and we enjoyed ourselves.

The outside of the house needs to be cleaned up.
The dishwasher was loose and not connected to the cabinet. The back door slider didn’t have a lock. Other than that very nice property .

The location was perfect. Right on the bay with the dolphins and manatees swimming right by the dock. Beautiful setting for morning coffee. 2 living spaces gave room to spread out. The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped for 8 people for the week(flatware and measuring cups). We needed extra towels snd on Monday Christian dropped off the extra towels we needed. We rented our own personal captain, Christian, who was fabulous with our tour of the dome houses and shelling. 5 stars. Delivery of the kayaks were a great convenience but beware the tide is swift on the bay. The heated pool was great but it wasn’t turned on til Monday and we arrived Saturday.
Some maintenance is needed on the house; dock lights snd pool light, etc.
We had a great week and would definitely return to this house.

Simply gorgeous 💝
The home was probably one of the first in the area, featuring mature palms and tropical fruit trees. It’s beautiful and situated in a perfect spot with stunning views. The pool is amazing and the layout of the house works perfectly to host kids in one living area and adults in another, while still being able to see what’s going on. We rented a golf cart for the week and easily accessed every part of the island from this home in under 15 minutes.

This property was amazing, from the beautiful sunsets to the dolphin and manatee sightings. The kids loved the pool and the sand box area.

Beautiful Waterfront Rental
Overall, this house was pretty perfect for our needs for our group of 8. We loved the views from the dock and all the wildlife we were able to see daily (rays, dolphins, sea hares, osprey, pelicans, egrets, and more!) The pool was used every day and paying the upcharge for the pool to be heated was key since it was end of February/start of March. We thoroughly enjoyed all the floaties provided as well. Note that the little beach on the property does not meet the water. If you don't pay close attention to the pictures it can be misleading. There is a seawall along the property, so the only way to get into the water is off the dock. We also utilized the canoe the home provides and it took it out multiple times during our stay. As far as space, for 8 people we were very comfortable. We did end up moving a couch from one of the two living areas to the other so that we could all sit together and hang out. The table seats 6 and then there is bar seating for meals. Not quite sure how a larger group would make this rental work. The listing states it can sleep up to 14. I don't know how that would work ideally since our group of 8 was just about right. 2.5 baths for 14 people would be a bit tricky, and meals would not be able to be eaten together. We also found that the kitchen was a bit understocked. There was not enough silverware or cereal bowls for even 8 of us, so a larger group would not have enough dishware to eat all together. There were no condiments or other basic staples provided. Each bath had 1 backup roll of toilet paper, so a large group would also have to buy more toilet paper for sure. We did with a group of 8. Had a few other issues during our stay- ice machine not working, shower curtain broke, faucet making loud noises, washer not spinning clothing dry, etc. The maintenance man was awesome though, overly friendly and attentive and did get things fixed or at least addressed the situations if not able to be fixed immediately (brought us bags of ice since fridge ice-maker didn't work). We did notify the property management of all the issued we encountered during our stay so that hopefully they are taken care of prior to the next renters. Again, overall the home was lovely and clean and the yard was well taken care of. For our group it was a good size and met the majority of our needs!

Good but not great
Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. The size was perfect for our group of 10 and the home is as listed on the website. Views are wonderful. Our children spent countless hours in the pool and sand area. The locks around the pool area made us feel safe given our young children. Staying on the intercoastal with children, however, made us feel less comfortable. We encountered a few frustrations: 1. The cleaning crew was still at the home for ~1 additional hour when we tried to check-in making a long travel day with small children even longer. 2. There is a policy to have the majority of the bedding and towels washed prior to check-out. We started laundry at 6am and did so non-stop until check-out at 10am to fulfill this requirement. An impossible task if we would have had an earlier flight and frustrating given the price of cleaning fee. The drier quality is not poor but could use an upgrade given the multiple cycles it needs to dry an avg. sized load of sheets/towels. 3. Poor communication from the rental company. I had to reach out to them to pay our 2nd deposit when I realized I wasn't charged >30days after its due date and I wanted to confirm our reservation was still valid. They sounded disorganized on my call. They had offered to send tourist info about the area but then failed to do so. I did not reach out during our stay as none of "issues" warranted immediate action.
Overall we enjoyed our stay but would probably consider other properties if we returned to the area.

Great vacation spot for families
Beautiful location and nice place for large families with kids. Heated pool is good. Backyard is nice overlooking the water and large deck great for fishing and watching dolphins swim. Overall a great vacation for us for a Saturday to Saturday vacation the week after Christmas.

Fabulous Family Vacation Home
This home exceeded our expectations! Everything we needed for a family getaway. House was spotless, kitchen had everything needed and the view! Saw dolphins every day and a manatee once, Pool was great to relax and swim in (pay for the heat, it's worth it!) Dock was great but fishing was so so unless you like to catch catfish, lots and lots of catfish.. Fire pit in the backyard was a nice touch, enjoyed a beautiful night! Only complaint we have (which is really minor) is the guest bath shower. If your over 5 feet tall you have to duck low to wash your hair. Highly recommend this home if you want a place to kick back and relax.

Gorgeous house and location
This home was perfect for our 2 families. Watching the sunrise each day while seeing dolphins swim by was amazing!! The property manager’s service was impeccable. Upon our arrival we noticed some of the amenities were lacking, for ex lack of washcloths, the cooler was broken and the kitchen pans were old and unusable. Within a few hours of contacting the property manager, a new cooler, set of washcloths and pan set was on our doorstep.
The property was at a convenient location, located a few minutes from the beach and restaurants. Our young boys loved going fishing off the dock each day and swimming in the heated pool. We would most definitely rent this home again!

Did not want to leave!
This property was above and beyond our expectations. We have been coming to Florida for 35 years and have never witnessed the amount of wildlife that we encountered at this house. Daily manatee, dolphin, iguanas, turtles, crabs, and tons of species of birds visited. The sunrises and sunsets were like nothing we have ever experienced. The house was perfect! The layout was great. We had myself, my husband, and our 4 children. The lanai was safely screened and protected and gave us such peace of mind with our toddler and the pool. We enjoyed fishing off the dock and watching the animals play. The beds were all comfortable and the views were breathtaking. It was secluded but close to so many activities. Short trip to the beaches on the island and really close to Naples for outlet malls and activities for the kids. House is fully stocked and had awesome pool and beach accessories. I could talk for hours about how great this property is. Not one single complaint! We will definitely be back!
