The room had everything we needed. A king size bed for my husband and I and queen sized bunk beds for the kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and it was great to have a washer and dryer to wash our clothes. The place is directly across from Zion NP entrance. We were able to walk to the park and eateries daily.

We stayed here as we visited Zion National Park. The location makes it so easy to visit Zion, just a short drive or shuttle ride to the park made it super easy. When it got too hot to hike in the afternoons, it was easy to come back here for lunch and a brief rest. The kitchen worked well for us. It was a great place to stay.

This rental was perfect for our family of 4, and would have accommodated 5 of us. Location across from the visitor center was convenient. Close to food and shopping options. Apartment was clean and updated.

The location was perfect for proximity to Zion National Park, we never had to worry about parking at Zion which was great. It is super close to a lot of great restaurants too. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen met our needs with a big refrigerator, and the communication was excellent for our family of 4. It was super hot while we were there and we appreciated the extra space and air conditioning during the day.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment directly across the street from Zion park entrance. Very clean and comfortable. Great home base for Zion and Bryce. We would stay again!

Great location with reserved parking spot in premium location.
Space was clean and as presented online-a studio apartment that is larger than a standard hotel room with the benefit of a kitchen.
Host was responsive to questions.

Literally across the street from Zion. Beside park lodging, you are the first property.
The Subway downstairs has great coffee and a really, really nice staff.
30 minutes from Davis supermarket and 40 from a Walmart.
The owner was on site almost every day- very friendly and helpful.
I will be recommending this place to everyone I know traveling to Zion

If you're hitting up Zion, you couldn't ask for a better location! Immaculately maintained. Appreciated that the microwave also doubled as a convection oven.

Exactly as advertised: clean, well appointed, nice decor, ideally located. Easiest checking and best, most succinct, efficient communication process I have experienced. Excellent property. Thank you!

Studio apartment behind Subway, just across the street from the area to walk into Zion National Park. Shuttle available or walk. Comfortable and clean. King size bed. Plus a double bunk bed-which would be nice for families but for the two of us it was an eye sore(unmade beds) that took up room that could make the space feel more spacious and increase a comfortable seating area. Leather sofa. Counter height table with four stools. Adequate area for cooking. Induction hot plate and microwave that has ability to be an oven available. They have adequate pots and pans. Walls are a little thin, we could hear people in the next room. But nighttime was quiet and we wouldn't know we were on the main road nor that the cars were backed up past the plaza unless we looked out the windows. We would stay again.

If you are planning a trip to Zion this is the place to stay for sure. You can walk 5 minutes to the entrance don’t have to deal with parking at Zion and you are close enough to come back midday to rest than go again. Would definitely stay here again….you can hope on the Springdale shuttle right out the door to go eat or take a nice walk about .5 mile to food.

This was a great place to stay - location location location!!! Close to the town shuttle stop. So close to the Zion Park entrance we just walked there. The King bed was super comfortable. Convenient to go downstairs and get Subway, pizza, ice cream or smoothies. Only challenge was adjusting the shower temperature. We met the owner Jack in the Subway our first night, it was fun to hear several local stories as well! Thanks Jack!

Kind of noisy with the store next door and could hear people talking.

The property has absolutely everything you need. Toiletries, sunblock, bug spray, detergent, full kitchen, etc. It was very clean and the sheets smelled fresh. It’s located as close to Zion’s entrance as you can get. There’s even a parking spot included. We were able to walk and bike everywhere.
Jack was the best host ever. He met us at the property even though flight delays put us there at 10pm. He took the time to explain how to use the e-bikes and made sure they were charged throughout the stay. We had some noise scare us in the middle of the night from the Subway downstairs. Jack responded immediately to our text and checked outside cameras for the noise source. (It turned out to be nothing). He made us feel very safe. We will definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay! It is literally steps away from the trolley to Zion in one direction and tons of restaurants/shops in the other. If your not a walker, the trolley can take you to the park or to the town. The downtown area is charming and all of the restaurants we stayed at were delicious. As for the apartment, the bed was the most comfortable thing I have ever slept on! The space was perfect for my partner and I as well as our two kids. The kitchenette was the perfect size to keep leftovers or reheat food (we didn’t cook at all during the trip). The only complaint I have is the water temperature. The shower is was really difficult to regulate. It was either way too hot or way too cold, but never just right. The water in the kitchen also never actually got cold. However, I wonder if this is just an issue in this area because the refill stations at the park also had warm water. I would highly recommend this place to stay! The price was right for the quality of the apartment and the convenience of the area. While in the parking lot, we met Jack, the manager of the property. He was very kind and willing to do anything we needed to help make our stay a good one. We were so pleased with this booking!

We spent a short couple days in Zion and this apartment was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Walking distance in town and literally across the street from the village shuttles.
The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. On a rainy day we enjoyed the space and relaxed with a window open listening to the rain fall.

We absolutely loved this place! We spent a week exploring Zion, Bryce, and Antelope Canyon/Horseshoe Bend. You simply cannot beat the ease of walking into the park, food and drinks from here. Park and you’re done!
After a long day hiking, coming back to a comfy apartment with all the amenities was fantastic! We will stay here again!

A lovely apartment overlooking the entrance to Zion NP. Coffee shops and restaurants you can walk to. It was a big help being able to walk to the park's entrance/visitor center in 5 minutes, and the father-son team who host the apartment were both very helpful ahead of and during my stay!

This small but very nicely appointed studio apartment had everything we needed for our 4 day visit to Zion and Bryce. The entrance to the park and availability of shuttles is right across the street. Although there was no stove top or oven, we were still able to fix several meals with the electric hot plate and the microwave. Great stop!

Great stay, perfect for the four of us. Right at entrance of zion, and across from shops, brewery, market. Loved this place. It is a studio, so king and bunk beds are next to each other, unit is spacious though.

Perfect location, great place!
This was such a great find. You could see the entrance to Zion from the parking lot. It was super helpful to have a reserved, free parking spot and to be able to go back mid day to get out of the sun without wasting too much time. The hosts were super responsive and even showed up with cookies to welcome us after we arrived! The apartment was super clean, had everything we needed, and was walking distance to restaurants, rental locations for gear/bikes, coffee shops, ice cream, and the brewery. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Zion!

Nice Place to Stay Just Outside National Park
A great location just across the street from the Visitor Center (park entrance), the Zion shuttle, a market, Zion Outfitter (for rentals) and upstairs from a Subway and ice cream. Walking distance from several restaurants as well. A nice studio type apartment (no separate bedrooms) that was comfortable for our family of 4.

Can’t beat the location, space or price!
Surprisingly spacious, very clean, walking distance to all Zion attractions and necessities. We never needed to drive for anything. Best part, 3 minute walking distance to the pedestrian entrance of the National Park!

Excellent location if looking to visit Zion
Nice studio apartment! It was sufficient for our family of 4. There is a king bed and bunk beds that are doubles, so they were spacious for the kids. There is a kitchenette and washer and dryer. We were able to make our own meals. Soap, laundry detergent, garbage bags, paper towels, linens were all provided. It was about a 5 minute walk to the Zion National Park visitor center and shuttle. Very convenient to visit Zion. Springdale is a very cute little town and has nice shopping and places to eat. Would definitely recommend this location of you want to visit Zion National Park!

Perfect place for hiking in Zion
It was a little challenging at first to find because we could not figure out how the place could be behind Subway. Once we realized it was behind the gate, we were home free. There was no cell service so we could not call for instructions from owner or manager. The place was great once we got settled in.

Great Location
Overall it’s a nice place. The location is excellent, it’s right across the street from Zion so you can walk into the park. It was very clean. The only downside is the hot water wasn’t working well when we stayed. The shower wouldn’t stay a consistent temperature. Without touching the shower it would change temperature back and forth from boiling hot to ice cold. It would constantly change temperature every 30 seconds. We were not running any other water. We tried to wait it out in case it was an adjustment issue but it would constantly change temperature without touching it. I reached out to the owner and did their suggestion of turning the heat fully on and slowly backing off the heat but it still didn’t make a difference. It might not bother everyone but we had a 12 month old and we couldn’t bath her bc the water temperature wasn’t safe for her. We had planned to stay for a week but we had to leave early for a hotel so we could bath her. If the water heater was working I would rate it 5/5. Also side note the listing says dishwasher but there isn’t a dishwasher. Not a big deal but worth noting if you plan to use a lot of dishes.

Close to Zion
The following is my opinion of my stay. We stayed here for three nights at around $400 plus each night. With all the fees it was over $1200. Thought it would be nicer for being that expensive. With that on the table here are my pros and cons.
Pros
1. Very close to the entrance to Zion. We walked across the street and into the park. About five minutes of walking.
2. Room is updated and clean.
3. The kitchen has pans and Utensils.
4. Washer and dryer.
5. K cup coffee maker.
Cons
1. The room is above a sandwich and pizza shop. I did not like the view of the back of a restaurant. Every time the air conditioning unit for the sandwich shop came on, the buzzing noise was audible in the room.
2. The room is a studio with one king bed and a bunk bed within reaching distance next to it. Wouldn’t want to stay in it with more than two people.
3. A bedroom door is all that separated it from the other apartment. The next door renters had a small child that kept crying and you can hear everything.
4. You pay a cleaning fee, but you still have to haul the trash to a dumpster before you leave.
I did not feel that it was worth the value.

Zion/Bryce Hiking Stay
I can’t say enough about how ideal this property was for our stay! The location was nothing less than fabulous. We walked to the Zion entrance for hiking. The parking was included. The unit was not only extremely clean, but it also included K cups for coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap…
Jack met us upon arrival and couldn’t have been more friendly. I would love to return some day!

Great studio
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The entrance was a little hidden behind subway but very convenient location right outside the park. There was a long line for the Springdale shuttle at 5pm and we were very happy we could walk across the street instead of having to take it back.
The king bed was very comfy. High end appliances such as washer/dryer, microwave/oven combo, and pivoting flat screen tv were appreciated. Would definitely stay here again when we come back.

Best location!
Can't beat this location right across the street from the Zion pedestrian entrance, a market, gear outfitter, cafe, and grill. We had a great visit to the park and being able to walk right over to our bike rentals and into the park made out trip even easier and more enjoyable. It was very easy to get in touch with the property managers too.

Right by the park entrance
The location of this property is its best asset, but it is great overall. Everything is in one room, with an attached bathroom, but there room is large and includes anything you might need. The kitchen is well-stocked and the refrigerator is large. My kids enjoyed the large bunk beds, and the main bed is comfortable. Still, the best part is being able to easily walk across the street to the market, or to the bridge accessing the park. The location cannot be beat!

Walked Into Park Everyday
Best location for Zion Park, literally right across the street. We noticed that parking filled up very early so was great to not have to deal with that. Great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Brewery across the street had excellent food and beer. The place itself was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.
