Exceptional place to be! Highly recommended with both hand!

Everything was perfect. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Beds are mega comfortable. Amenities, more than we need. There is a kettle and coffee machine in each with free for use coffees and tea. Location is spot on, close to SM iloilo, and there are many restaurants nearby, as well as Starbucks just across the street. The best of everything is the staff, all of them speak English and they are very friendly and super helpful! Will definitely visit again when I am in iloilo. This is the place to be!

I know the entire world is trying to go green and be healthy and blah, blah, blah, but for me personally is a big minus and black dote the absence of smocking room/lounge! I don't smoke cigarettes, I only vape, but I needed to go out of the hotel and away from the entrance, all the way on the car park, so I can vape for a while. It's not nice when the outside is hot like a hell with 100% humidity or when it's raining (which are the 2 weather conditions in Philippines), so I will recommend to make one because they have the necessary place to do it!

A wonderful find

Everything was excellent. The food was plentyfull and An excellent quality. The staff were wonderful, extremely friendly and always ready to help and serve. The room was of the highest standard. You do not find many hotels as good as this either in the Philippines or elsewhere. And such great value for money.

Poor Quality Housekeeping and Breakfast.

Great Location and Helpful reception staff. Good Parking.

Housekeeping left a lot to be desired, only 2 grey bath towels provided for the 4 nights ... (Not ever replaced after 2 days and 3 days as requested) No hand towels ever..... Bathmat never replaced, floors not cleaned.. The Shampoo and Body Wash in dispensers, (both exactly the same!) No nice smell..(only cheap Industrial detergent you find in factories ..). I think that someone is substituting in order to pocket the difference... Toilet paper not renewed, Rubbish Slippers provided which broke the first use (refused replacement). Everything is cold at the breakfast buffet, food heaters not working/on... Only way is to ask for a fresh cooked Omelette. Disappointed that this class of hotel charges so much for a poor product... Presumably they don't care as they are mostly fully booked.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Die zentrale Lage zur Mall. Das Frühstück ist gut viel Auswahl. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Badezimmer ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Und die Zimmer könnten ein bisschen größer sein. Ausserdem hatten wir leider nur Duschhandtücher und keine für die Hände.

good location; professional staff. it’s a new hotel

the double beds are awfully small. perhaps 1m in width. the size is a joke! you turn and you’d fall. I don’t think it’s value for money. i had stayed at equally-priced hotels with better beds/rooms. also, the bathrooms products were difficult to dispense.

Stay was good since its near the mall excepptfor the last night were we wokeup due to smell of paint

We were awaken at past 3 in the morning due to the smell of paint thinner. Called front desk and complianed about the smell. It was found out that they were working /painting in one of the room below us.

great hotel

Only the breakfast in the restaurant are so common - corned beef, sausage, daing or dried something. I came from the US so i expect local food and fruits. I want to eat something that we do not have it here in the US.

I’d stay again

Room was lovely Great beds and shower. Clean and tv gas great channels

Jimmy on front desk never looked up. Had head down looking at computer. I had to get his attention to serve me. We had a few bags and we put them in a trolley. No staff offered any help. Cydric who was at the pool was AMAZING. Friendly and attentive. He deserves a pay increase!!!. Keep him as he’s a good team member!!

Mitten im Getümmel von Iloilo / SM City - sehr gutes Hotel

Sehr gute Lage, dennoch ruhig so das man gut schlafen kann. Die Suiten sind ok, aber die regulären Doppelzimmer empfehle ich nicht. Pool mit Bar ist sehr schön und alles sauber. Cafe im Erdgeschoss und Frühstück sind ebenfalls top.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

Good value for money, good techy hotel with super easy access to a large mall.

Location was great. And the easy access to SM City mall was a bonus. Also liked the water station and the proactiveness in removing single use plastic water bottles. I also liked the tv station offerings, lighting and the switches for do not disturb or attendance calls.

I asked for extra large bed and was given two singles. Front desk said they would get housekeeping to join the two and confirmed there’d be something on top of the beds because I was concerned that joining two would create a big gap in the middle and there’s no point combining it if it’s like that. Housekeeping didn’t come and I followed it up two hours later and I was told they’d be coming. I went out and came back four hours later, nobody’s fixed the bed so I called them again and finally someone came. But as I feared, there was no joining mattress topper after the two single beds were joined so I could not sleep in the middle of the bed because of a gap between them. I also found the food hit and miss. Either too salty or meat items were too tough or over cooked. Cakes or sweet slices during breakfast were also either dry or heavy.
