Disappointing.

Check-in time took longer than dati. I understand naman because madami ang guests kasi holiday season, but nakaupo lang man sana while waiting for 15-20mins. Kaso andami-daming tao sa lobby and my back was killing me (may problema ako sa spine) kasi nakatayo lang kami hanggang mkacheck-in. Check-out time was even worse. Bumaba kami 12nn sa lobby and surrendered the pass keys tapos wait lang daw kasi ipapacheck pa sa housekeeping ang room. We waited 30mins. I didn't bother kasi sabi ko holidays, madami silang guests so baka busy din ang housekeeping sa daming room na ichecheck. Nagtaka lang ako bakit nauna pa checkout yung iba and naka-checkout agad yung nauna sa amin ng 2 seconds lg sa pgbigay ng pass keys sa front desk. But I didn't say anything; I just sat there and waited na tawagin room number namin. Maselan ang temper ko so ayokong lumabas na naman sya kung sakali. But nung kami na lang natira sa lobby, dun na talaga ako nainis. So I stood up and came towards the front desk and asked kung wala pa ba talaga yung sa amin. The lady asked me anong room number daw, so sinabi ko. Then she said she'll call housekeeping muna pacheck ng room. Sabi ko okay. I turned my back for about 3 seconds lang kasi babalik sana ako ng upo tapos biglang tinawag nya ako ulit, sabi nya okay na daw. So meaning, nakalimutan pala nila kami. Kung hindi pa pala ako nagtanong, tumunganga lang pala kami dun sa lobby thinking na hndi pa dn tapos icheck yung room. SMDH.

I really enjoyed my stay, staff always attentive to my needs

I had dinner with my nephew and i find it pretty decent specially the food we ordered and the staff attended us was very courteous.

Very comfortable and quiet

Its location is convenient. Walking distance from restaurants and the mall and some parks

One of the rooms we stayed at had smell coming out of the bathroom’s drainage, although it was kinda fixed with solution, it comes back not as strong as the first night.

Lovely staycation

Our stay was fantastic! The pool was sparkling clean, the customer service was outstanding, and the room had the perfect location with a breathtaking view. Highly recommend!

satisfaction guaranteed

Room was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was practical and we had options for heating left over food and making coffee. The room amenities were up to par. Housekeeping was also super! Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Maybe more options for the breakfast buffet. There was an espresso maker but it wasn't available. The muffins were a bit dry and too floury for me.

Great location, efficient staff, comfortable bed

Location is pretty good. Staff was professional, polite and efficient. The bed was very comfortable.

Small kitchen in my room was good but no kitchen tools… We wanted to go for a little swim at the pool, it was crowded with families and children. So we ended up not going. I had to wait 30 mins for my room to be ready when I arrived (around 2h pm ) but it’s okay at least it was clean when it was time to get inside.

The property needs to reclaim its old standard through staff training & good maintenance management

The staff is polite. Bed is clean.

Room details: - Ac is noisy, doesn't look clean. - Shower head is clogged, unchecked for maintenance. - Toilet exhaust fan is so noisy and dirty. - Glass window is dusty. - TV cable is dusty. - The complimentary hair conditioner smells spoiled. - General housekeeping is poor. - Restaurant/Breakfast place is not properly managed. Sub-standard service operation though staff are nice. There's a tall division in one part of the cafe that blocks a good view of the city. It's also not hygienic to store trays of clean drinking glasses almost on the floor, not even 4 inches elevated. - Breakfast's limited choice of fruit, only one kind. - Safety on elevator restriction does not function. Any stranger can access all floors without tapping key cards. I love Injap that's why I'm detailing all this. I love the old Injap. I'm a regular returning guest.

Locafion was nice. Near to the business district.

Room needs.maintenance. Door was not closing well. Parking space was limiited with a very narrow uphill way.

A good hotel that I wish to book again when I return to Iloilo in the future.

Mostly everything. Staff in the cafe was great. Great city view, too. Swimming pool and the gym are a plus.

Elevator. Two instances that it went down instead of going up. Long waiting time too.

The location was perfect, just one turn from the tram stop and you can see the place. The lobby smells good and the personnel was very helpful to us. We will definitely use the hotel when we return to Incheon.

it was a very good one, good value for money.

location polite staff especially the bell man Jose( the housekeeper on the 15th floor named Sacred.

initial cleaning on check in was not thorough but when the housekeeper was alerted, the 3 rooms we lived in smelled good and were clean very well daily. thumbs up to the lady named Sacred.
