This was a great location with views of the mountains, elks grazing daily in the nearby pond, and easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park. It was very clean and well equipped for our family—including a toddler, parents, and grandparents. I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great time! It was our first actual family vacation on my dad's side. I am almost 40 years old. It was the first time my dad my brother and myself have ever been anywhere outside of the Midwest together. It was so nice to show them and my own family the area as well as explore the National Park

This was a fantastic house to accommodate my family. The house was very well furnished and centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We loved sitting out on the deck watching the wildlife. Can’t wait to come back!

Convenient location—close to Visitors Center, Safeway, and Antonio’s Pizza. Elk lounged in back yard just below deck both nights—really fun. Could have used screen in screen door with 90 degree days and no AC, but plenty of fans to make it OK. Comfortable accommodations. We had four adults and 3 very young kids—just big enough. Accommodating host/owner.

We loved our stay in this comfortable home. The elks swimming in the pond behind the house were really fun to see. And it was really close to town - a short drive (or walk) to the Stanley, the shopping center with Safeway and the visitor center.
For anyone visiting Rocky Mountain National Park, I highly recommend getting tickets for the shuttle that picks up at the visitor center right down the road. We got shuttle tickets at 7 PM the night before instead of a timed entry pass and it made our visit so easy!

Our stay was wonderful. Check in experience was seamless. The beds were comfortable. The house was clean. The best part was the location. Since it was the fourth of July traffic was congested but we were able to walk downtown to eat or shop. The highlight was walking out onto the deck to a herd of Elk drinking and grazing before heading to the golf course to watch a spectacular fireworks display.

We loved our stay in this home. Plenty of room for our group of 5 and the location is perfect.

We were in Estes for my brother’s wedding. Loved the property, with the exception of missing screen door. That would have been very nice to have since the property didn’t have AC. Master bedroom screen was ripped

This house was perfect for our family. Everything was comfortable and spacious, and just a short drive from Rocky Mountain National Park. The house is also near shops and grocery stores.
Elk came to the yard with their babies, which was fun to watch.
We were very happy with our stay!

This place was awesome great location to where we could walk everywhere in the city. And great views.

The location was close enough to central downtown for a long walk or very short drive to everything. Quiet neighborhood backed up to golf course and pond. Elk at the door was a treat.

We stayed in this home during May 2023 and really loved it. The 3 bedrooms were very convenient, it was great to be able to use the garage as it rained one night, and the views were spectacular. Best of all, the home was walkable to downtown, which really helps with trying to find parking in the downtown area. Having Safeway so close was also a major plus, we grilled steaks and veggies one night and ate on the back deck, very enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Peaceful and relaxing! Enjoyed watching the elk swim in the pond behind the house and taking in the views of the continental divide. House is very comfortable and close to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Second time staying here and we will definitely be back!

The place to stay - can walk to the golf course, fishing, town with shops and restaurants, elk viewing, hiking trails, biking, the lake - all activities without having to hustle everyone in a car and park. Beautiful deck on the back of the home were we spent most of our time. The home is modern with top notch amenities. Owners were gracious as we made an error in our booking and they were flexible with our changes. Thank you and we hope to return soon.

Very nice property
The other reviews say most of the positive things we’d relate, nice home with many amenities already there. We enjoyed how spacious it was and the back deck. Walking to town was very easy and we were located within a very easy drive to the town center and Rocky Mountain national park. Neighborhood was quiet. The view from the back is very nice mountain wise though there is a golf course and lodge directly behind the house so it’s not like a completely forested view. But the listing showed that. Overall great property and we’d recommend it.

Nice but not perfect
This house was as advertised and had many pros including great location, and plenty of sleeping room for everyone. Our girls had a great time playing out back in the snow by the little pond. However, the house was not clean when we arrived. The floors and bathrooms had not been cleaned thoroughly. As well as trash in the front yard. After calling our contact, the cleaners did come out the next morning so the issues were resolved. This property could also use a little attention to detail. More eating utensils and dishes in the kitchen. There were enough for one meal so we ran the dishwasher often. Sheets were worn and had pilling in the front bedroom. We had to hunt for sheets for the sofa bed. So overall, it was not horrible but for the price, we expected a bit more.

Guys Weekend
This property was GREAT! This was a dad’s getaway to the mountains and it did not disappoint at all. The house was very roomy, clean and exactly as its described. It was very close to downtown and RMNP. On a scale of 1-10 it was absolutely a 10! Not to mention that view of Long’s Peak and RMNP off the back porch was amazing! I’ll definitely try to book this place again for any future trips to Estes Park!

Beautiful home with beautiful views
This house was as advertised and depicted in the listing. Spacious rooms and tasteful decor. But there were little things missing or not working and because they added up, I couldn’t give a 5 star rating. I contacted the individual who was listed as the house contact but did not receive a reply in the five days we were there.
There was no bath soap or shower gel in the master bath. There were about five kinds of shampoo probably left by previous guests but no soap. The hair dryer in the master bath did not work. The TV remote in the master bedroom needs a new battery. The shower drain in the second bath was very slow to drain.
The house itself has a wonderful location and we enjoyed watching the elk outside the back deck. The town is close, even a walkable distance, so no complaints about the location.
It was just these little annoyances made more so because I didn’t get a reply to my email that prevents me from rating the property higher. I did think the check out requirements were excessive given the hefty cleaning fee we paid.

Disappointed with the issues below and the lack of response from the person we were given as contact
There was two very full trash cans that smelled terrible in the garage. No place for us to put our trash. The drier had wet towels that were partly dried. Both hair dryers were broken. Sent a couple of messages to the email contact but to no avail. We didn’t get a reply back and it’s been several days.

Great location, great house!
This is our second time staying here. The house is very comfortable and you quickly settle in. The deck views are excellent - mountains, pond and golf course! Elk come through the back yard daily. Quick walk to visitors center and downtown. Highly recommend!

Great spot for enjoying RMNP
Great place - very spacious, higher end finishes, comfortable furniture. Great location - close to downtown Estes Park (1 minute from Starbucks/McDonalds/Safeway) and 10 minute drive to RMNP. We saw elk from the deck most days. Close to main road but road noise was not a problem. Internet was slow - wouldn’t rely on it for Zoom, etc. but streaming still worked.
Would stay here again!

Estes park weekend
We had a great stay. Loved the property. We really liked that it was all one level. Kitchen was well supplied . The location was very handy. Was an easy walk to downtown. Grocery store was handy.. The location next to the golf course was handy for my golfer husband.

Amazing!
This house is exactly as described! The view was amazing, house was spacious, and had all amenities we needed. It was very close to restaurants and shops. One evening we even had elk in the front yard by the street. We saw deer, elk, and moose at RMNP. Water pressure was good, water temperature was hot, place was clean, and beds were comfy. The only down side was there were only 4 washcloths in the house so we had to do laundry every day, which wasn't a big deal to us. I highly recommend staying here. The owner had come by and introduced himself to us, extremely nice guy. I even invited him down to louisiana to come fishing! Hope this review helps someone else and we cant wait to come back!

It was QUICKLY resolved! Very nicely located close to a grocery store and shops. We really enjoyed staying in this cozy home! We will certainly recommend to friends.

Perfect location
Our family of three enjoyed walking into town while also being a short drive from Rocky Mountain National Park. It was easy to get in and out of town. The home is perfectly set up for sunrises and sunsets as well as viewing the dozens of elk preparing for mating season. We had a fantastic, relaxing getaway in this lovely home!

Perfect for our family
It was a great place to stay with easy access to downtown Estes and RMNP. The view off the back deck of the mountains was fantastic. Plenty of space to move for our family of six as well. We had an issue with the WiFi when we arrived, but it was promptly fixed once we contacted the owners.
