Beds were very comfortable.

Nice condo on water with boat slip. Comfy couch, big screen tv with all the apps, just right size for two people. Granite tile and new paint in kitchen and appliances. Beds are full size and little soft for me as I prefer firmer. I love this location. Clean outdated bathroom. Great price for location. No Washe/dryer. Everything worked fine. No A/C. Fans provided. I would return here. I wished we had something we could move ice chest with on wheels; moving it from parking lot to kitchen was a chore.

Very nice location but needs to be cleaned better. The complex boiler makes a lot of noise, the interior chairs are old, worn out and need replaced.

Great little place on the water, and very close to downtown Sandpoint! The boat slip is on a dock right off of the back yard, and the dock is in very good condition. The unit is a little bit dated, but very, very clean and comfortable, and in a perfect location to enjoy all that Sandpoint has to offer!

This was my second trip to this waterfront home, and I already can't wait to go back! The location is 10/10, and you can't beat being able to park and tie up the boat on the docks right out in front. There is no AC in the home, as other reviewers have pointed out, but we have never had a problem with the house cooling off at night when the sun goes down.

What gets me the most is even after submitting pictures to vrbo they refused to make it right. We left after first night as we were soo grossed oot. Terrible service on vrbo s half!!

Great place

It was nice overall, but there was absolutely no where in the description of the condo that conveniently left out the fact there is NO airconditioning. Thank goodness the weather cooled off while we were there. But it could have been brutal if the weather hadn’t of cooled. I would never have rented it knowing it had no air conditioning.

Nice stay. Nothing too fancy. It was clean and close to downtown area, supermarket and parks.

The toilet paper roll holder is loose and did not stay in the wall. It would be nice to have a full length mirror as well. Location is great with proximity to the shopping district.
4.0 / 10.0
Easy to walk to downtown, grocery and restaurants as well as accessing the path near water. Lovely to look at the water and the geese. And the home was dirty, windows especially so, lights flickering and the cushions on the living room chairs need replacing. Odd mixture of dishes (no cereal bowls for instance) and servingware. Couch did not smell bad. Traffic noise and a loud pump noise within the building that goes off intermittently. Tub/shower does not drain well.

Excellent location! Nice little spot on the water. Two blocks to Safeway, coffee stand, liquor store. Only a few blocks from the town center. The building is a little run down as our unit was too but not a deal breaker. It was clean and functional for all purposes of exploring and visiting Sandpoint. It served us well.

Unfortunately our stay was not comfortable at all. The beds were old and uncomfortable and linens worn. Furniture was quite dated. The pots and pans in the kitchen were in poor condition; all nonstick coating worn off and the metal underneath sloughing off. The shower drain was very slow and the curtain had mold, as did portions of the grout. Lastly, this was a very noisy building. When toilets flushed upstairs the clanging and banging of the old plumbing woke us up all night. The location of the property was its only redeeming quality. Definitely do not recommend.

They have plenty of box fans and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms help keep the rooms a temp that isn't too bad.

+ Location close to town and easy to find
- would have been nice to have lockcode a liitle sooner then day of arrival.
- the condo pictures somewhat misleading as the condo furniture has alot of wear and tear
- under the beds were still dirty when arrived
- condo sits across from noisy highway and railroad
- ask about tv remote as there is only roku
- front door kind of awkward to open and close. Sticks a bit then slams shut
+ has boat dock and view of water

This condo is in a great location! It is on an inlet to the lake. The boat slip that was included in the rental was so convenient. We rented a boat for two days and kept it at the property. You are only a short walk away from the marina, grocery shopping, pharmacy, and great restaurants and bars that Sandpoint offers. The furniture in the condo is in desperate need of replacement, including the sofa, chairs, and beds. We visited on one of the hottest weeks of the summer, and there is no air conditioning at the condo. There were box fans and ceiling fans in each room but did not help much in cooling. It was 85 degrees inside, even at night. There are no blinds or curtains on the sliding glass door, which allows the sun directly in most of the day. Ultimately we enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

This property was awesome. The location alone was the cat's meow. Boat slip out front and a 5-minute walk to main drag downtown area or city beach. No air conditioning was the only bummer here.

Walking distance to downtown where all the action is. Comfortable clean place for 2-4 people.

Great location for walking to downtown, really convenient. The furniture does need to be updated in the living room, needs some patio furniture and tricky with everyone who stays downstairs walks up and down the stairs and can see in the condo. The best feature is the easy access to downtown.

Not quite what we hoped for but pretty darn good
Location, lots of space, plenty of hot water, good views… mesmerized by the freight trains!

Great Location
Great Location. Nice balcony. Convenient check in and out. A ton of amenities already provided in the room. The only reason for three stars instead of five is the outdated furniture and beds. They are both old and uncomfortable.

Great!

Good location, but Property in Need of Upkeep
The location is good as you can walk to town, and the dock is in good shape, but everything inside and out at this building is very worn out. Ice maker didn't work, and freezer door broken. No air conditioning (and it was brutally hot). Kitchen utensils broken or incomplete. Balcony deck boards were rotten and bbq rusted and disintegrated inside, also didn't light easily. Moldy grout in shower and years worth of dirt in every corner. The entire property is aging and not well-maintained: leaning front fences, poorly cared for landscape, worn flooring inside and out, very dirty in all common areas. This could be a great place if anyone cared to keep it up.

Beautiful Sandpoint Idaho
The location was awesome. Walking distance to all the shops in town. On the channel with beautiful views of the dock out the back door and a small private deck to sit on. Kitchen very nice and well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. The only thing we were unhappy about was the living room furniture was very uncomfortably worn out.

Sandpoint Condo
This unit is super cute! It's clean and it's in a great location! If you plan on sitting on the furniture to relax, that's not going to happen. The living room couch and chairs are in horrible shape and desperately need to be replaced. We were very disappointed in the furniture. Hopefully, the owner will address the furniture issue cuz it really is a nice place.

We stayed 5 nights. Overall a decent place to stay. The heater in one of the bedrooms was very loud when coming on throughout the night, but we got use to it. Great location. Would stay again

Great location
Location was great. Loved being close to the water. My only complaint is that it was definitely NOT the cleanest rental I have stayed in!

We chose this property because of the location and water access, as well as the updated interior in pictures. Overall, it was a fine place to sleep and use as a home base, but we wouldn’t have wanted to spend much time there (thankfully the weather was nice enough to be on the water most of our stay). We were disappointed when we walked in to find the condo more worn than pictured. Things I wish I would have known:1. There was no air conditioning - we made it work with the 3 box fans provided.2. Bring your own comforter - the bedspreads don’t have washable duvet covers. We were able to cover one with an extra sheet and use our own blankets for the other bed, which had yellow stains on the comforter. 3. We were glad we’d brought our own cleaning products. Especially considering that we traveled during a pandemic, the cleanliness was disappointing. Dust on countertops, mold in shower, yellow at base of toilet seat, toothpaste on side of bathroom counter, trash and hair under beds and furniture. We got by with disinfecting spray and Lysol wipes. We tried to vacuum halfway through and found the hose jammed, which is why the carpets looked dirty when we arrived. Ew.4. The furniture was horribly uncomfortable—all cushions were completely worn down on couch and chairs. The drawers under the second bed didn’t work and bedside lamp wouldn’t turn on.5. The kitchen was NOT gourmet. There were a minimal number of plates, bowls, and silverware. We bought paper plates so we wouldn’t have to run the dishwasher after every meal. The bottom element in the stove didn’t work, so we weren’t able to bake a birthday cake which was a bummer. The gas grill was rusted and we decided it wasn’t worth using. Bring your own necessities.6. The listing describes the condo location as waterfront on Lake Pend Oreille, but it’s actually on a river that feeds into Lake Pend Oreille, about a 10 to 15 minute boat ride through a no wake zone to the main lake. It wasn’t a big deal, but it would been helpful to know ahead of time.7. The property management was not easy to access. We chose not to bring up the above issues during our stay because it would’ve taken too much hunting to find a number to get a hold of anyone (and we were able to make due). There didn’t seem to be anyone locally to contact for help, just a property management company located out of town.Overall, it was a decent place to stay that is close to town, but we’ll probably look elsewhere.

Wanted a place close to down town with a boat slip!
Our place was clean and quiet, the kitchen very adequate, and still within walking distance to down town Sandpoint. But the big plus was the walk to the dock across the back yard and taking our boat out on the lake.

Good location bit needs better cleaning.
Really enjoyed having the dock for boat. Friendly atmosphere. My wife couldn’t relax in the apartment because of cobwebs and needs a deep clean.

House was very cute and homey. Access to everything couldn't have been better! Walking distance to Safeway and to downtown. We never used the car - just walked or went by boat! View is great!

This property was in a great location and was walking distance to town. The view out the back patio was beautiful

Pretty.... Dusty.
We stayed here for 3 nights. We couldn't find any parking when we first arrived and continually had problems during the whole stay. The front door is very loud when closing the door. We felt bad for our neighbors. Everything was dusty including the ceiling fans. I have bad allergies so we had to deep clean when we arrived. The livingroom furniture is very warm in. They look nice but are not very comfortable. The freezer door was stuck due to a water leak freezing it. We attempted to make dinner the first night and found out the oven doesn't work. Took over 2 hours to preheat to 275. We emailed the property and never got a response and still haven't. We had no blinds for the sliding glass door that people can see into from the walking path to the boat docks. There were no back deck chairs at all. The BBQ was very dirty. Bring your own towels and utensils. We barely had what we needed. Oh and if you find the air conditioner let us know, we couldn't find it. The kitchen was dirty. I found a used coffee cup in the microwave with coffee still in it. All these pots as pans had to be pre washed before we could use them. We also found someone else's sock under our bed. The public washer and dryer takes 2.5 hours to do 1 complete load and the door doesn't lock.
The location was great and the neighbors were friendly.

Easy access
The place was exactly what I was looking for. Easy walk to town and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. One of the only places so close to town, but still on the water. The property management company and local staff was impressive with immediate responses and help.

Nice property in a convenient location, however, it was not clean. There were dust bunnies under the bed when we had to move it out to plug in our phones. The deck had dirt and spiderwebs all over it. They did not have hand towels or wash cloths in the kitchen. Need to add outlets or extension cords at the bed stands for charging phones. The TV was too small for the room to watch football.
