Basso rapporto qualita prezzo

L’unica cosa positiva di questo B&B è la gentilezza della ragazza che ci ha accolti.

Il materasso era scomodissimo (stanza n.1), sembrava uno di quei materassi vecchi e duri in cui si sentono le molle nella schiena. Basterebbe metterci un topper dell’IKEA per renderlo sopportabile, non ci vuole tanto. Gli asciugamani erano durissimi e lisi e l’aria condizionata rumorosissima. Diversamente da quanto indicato su booking.com al momento non offrono colazione in hotel causa lutto in famiglia della proprietaria la cui “ultima preoccupazione è preparare le colazioni” nell’attività di sua proprietà, dunque consiglio di prenotare la tariffa senza colazione perché vi verrà dato un voucher con il quale al massimo potrete avere un caffè e una brioche, che vale al massimo 3,50€ e di certo non 10€ extra/persona che paghereste per avere la colazione inclusa. Abbiamo quindi richiesto rimborso del costo delle colazioni, richiesta che è stata accolta. Avrei trovato più corretto essere avvisata in anticipo che le colazioni non erano disponibili in struttura, avendo una persona anziana e con parziale cecità nel nostro gruppo che deve assumere medicine di prima mattina a stomaco pieno, a saperlo prima avremmo cancellato la prenotazione e scelto altro hotel che offre una colazione in struttura. In conclusione non abbiamo quasi dormito e ci sembra che il rapporto qualità-prezzo fosse molto basso.

Ideal um von dort einen Ausflug auf die Liparischen Inseln zu machen. Altstadt-Kern sehr nett.

Die Lage war Top und die Voucher für das Frühstück in der netten Frühstücksbar am Hafen (sehr guter Kaffee & Cornetto) waren super.

Check in automatico con codice. L’ingresso è condominiale. Stanza pulita e accogliente. Una grande doccia. Accappatoi. C’è la macchinetta del caffè e acqua fresca in frigo. Posizione ottima. Zona tranquilla. Colazione al bar.

Ottimo soggiorno

Camera molto pulita e spaziosa per un breve soggiorno. Personale molto gentile ed efficiente. Possibilità di effettuare tutte le operazioni di check-in/out in remoto e senza perdere tempo all'arrivo (che nel mio caso è stato in tarda notte).

Il letto non era comodissimo ma accettabile.

Cute little room, very clean, great location, highly recommended!

Location perfect. Close the port. Ver clean and well maintained. The Wi-Fi is very good as well. The staff hospitality was very welcoming. Breakfast was good, they need to add more vegetables.

Nice B&B!

Nice modern room and bathroom. Good value for the money! It’s close to the port for the boats to Stromboli which is nice! The staff is very friendly!

The bed is a bit hard and the breakfast could have been better.

A very modern room next to the harbor

Alessia was very nice and welcoming, she made us feel at home! The room was very modern, clean, of high quality we also appreciated the large terrace. The B&B is located very close, a 3-minute walk away, from the harbor which makes it very convenient if you plan to leave to the Eolian islands by ferry.

Exceptional

I had received an email with accurate details of the procedure of checking in and a what's up number to call in case of emergency. The staff replied immediately. There was a vending machine (snacks, beverages) and there were two bottles of cold water in the fridge of the room!

It took a long time to drop off our luggages before checking in. The receptionist was in the building but not in the reception desk.

Beautiful room in a good location.

Very clean and with all facilities. Very close to port especially to go to Aeolian islands. The Centre is 5-10 minutes away. Breakfast is simple, not many choices, but enough. The parking with whom the property has an affiliation , is close - one takes the car and leaves the key and the car is taken to an outside parking spot (unless one pays more for an enclosed parking).

The entrance is for a residence complex and, although clean, is not prepossessing. The gate on the outside, especially, is ugly and takes a long time to open (circa 20 seconds) when you press the button.

Comfortable B&B with great staff, good location and good value for money.

Lovely small B&B located in a residential apartment block. Staff were welcoming and generous in their offering of accurate local information wanting their guests to enjoy the visit to the optimum. Breakfast was good with exceptional coffee offered. The room and bathroom were a good size and very comfortable. Recommended parking was efficient and close to the B&B.

Superb

We as a small group were staying overnight for a trip to Aeolian islands. The location was perfect, port is just 5 minutes walk away. The room was perfectly fine with everything for one's need.

2 things were weird for me: first is the traffic noise in night. Scooters travel by with quite loud sound, although this room is a few stairs above street. Second was the front door in the yard. To go out one presses a button very hidden back in the building, like 10 meters away, which is quite confusing.

Gorgeous rooms, great staff

Great pre arrival communication, taxi booked for us from rail station, followed by a warm welcome and surprise room upgrade by Alessia who also provided lots of information about the town. The property itself is beautiful: well equipped, quiet, spacious and spotlessly clean. It’s in a great location for restaurants, bars and the ferry terminal. We had such a great sleep and a lovely breakfast. We were sorry our stay wasn’t longer.

Good clean and comfortable place in an excellent spot. Hosts were most helpful and friendly with some good local tips. I would recommend it.

Very close to the port. All needed information in advance in WhatsApp message. Free coffee/tea/water. We were welcomed by Daniela who povided us with more info about Milazzo. In the entrance is vending machine with beverages/snacks and info system about Milazzo.
