Hotel is in excellent location to ferry and restaurants . We highly recommend

The Cassisi Hotel can be recommended for tourist and business travelers alike.

The hotel staff was very professional and accommodation to our needs. We arrived early in the morning and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and park the car in a paid garage to go on a boat tour. Retuning late in the evening our luggage was in the room and we are checked in. We chose the hotel because it is very conveniently located close to the harbor.

I cannot say anything we didn't like.

Good place to stay near the port if you plan a boat trip in the morning.

Very good location near the port. Staff very nice and helpful. Very good room with a small balcony to the street and partial view to the port. Breakfast was good including cheese, ham... I was possible to park at a remote private parking for 15 euro per day ( you give the car and they park it ). We parked in the street near by with a parking ticket 1 euro per hour, unlimited ).

It was noisy early in the morning - noise from the street.

Superb

Very nice hotel in the central part of the town in proximity to the Ferries. Very flexible service to help us parking the car for two days. Breakfast package prepared for us as we had to leave early in the morning. Can only recommend this hotel

Ok hotel, no breakfast

Stayed one night before a ferry to Panarea; location is great for the port (2min walk), rooms are fine - clean and comfortable.

The rate I paid included breakfast, which was stated to be served from 7:00. I never received it, as it still had not been prepared by the time I had to leave (at 7:30). I told reception what time I had to go when I ordered the food the night before and they did nothing to accommodate this. Really poor service - avoid.

Of course it is a great place, clean and neat with very efficient staff but I think it is a little bit expensive for what it is as the breakfast has really nothing exceptional.

Fabulous

Location was excellent. The hotel is a few meters from the town center and in walking distance from sightseeing, restaurants and cafes. The room was very clean and tidy. Staff was very polite and helpful.

In the 3rd floor the Internet was not stable. The breakfast was poor. Missing hot dishes such as any kind of eggs, bacon, sausages, et.c and salads.
