About this apartment rental
Athens 360 Penthouse is unique for center of Athens. It is the penthouse of one of the four tall beautiful buildings that the center of Athens has, with a panoramic view from the patio and the private terrace above. The penthouse is 260m2, in excellent condition, renovated two years ago . It has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The place has a well designed and furnished interior with paintings and decorative objects. It has all the amenities you might need, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV etc.
It is in the city center, not in the touristic/noisy area, 5 min walking distance from the metro station three stops away from the Parliament .
In short it has it all for a relaxing, exclusive time. It is not hotel or a place to want to rush out. It is a place to stay, enjoy and spend time with the family or with friends in the full of light living room or the big veranda overseeing the city and the mountains or at the terrace, enjoying the panoramic view. It is a real relaxation vacation home, although in the center of Athens.
As a result, our home fits perfectly to upscale couples, to families or to friends of 3-9 people that want to share time together.
You’ll love the view, privacy, abundant light,, peaceful feeling while being in the center.

Beautiful views of the city. Uber ride to the center of town and shopping. Owner was very responsive when having an issue with one of the AC units.

This was a wonderful place for us to stay in Athens. We were a group of 8 friends traveling together and the penthouse was so spacious and comfortable, and ideally located just a couple blocks from the metro. I would stay there again, the host is very gracious and helpful.

Dimitris was a wonderful host. He ensured we had transportation from the airport and then again to the airport on our departure day. He greeted us with fruit and wine and was very enthusiastic to highlight areas of interest. His suggestions were wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Dimitris!

If you are looking for a spacious home, this is a great option. It is located in a quieter area, a 5 minute walk to the subway. The home is fully equipped and the communication from the owner was great!! He was very helpful giving us tips for the area and arranged transfer for us to the airport which was greatly appreciated. We loved the outdoor terrace and view!!! Thank you Dimitris :)

The Manager of the listing arranged van service, stayed in contact through delayed arrival, owner personally greeted us at 11pm to the property after extended delays to property, walked us through the amazing home explaining things!! The property was set up perfect for our multi-generational family! Overall amazing service, great place and family was together

The apartment was a spacious, well appointed and relaxing base for our days in Athens. Convenient location for the metro. Dmitris was a great host, taking time to show us around and his recommendations for places to go and restaurants were all wonderful. He organized airport and ferry transfers for all six of us in very comfortable vans that made everything very smooth. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in this home. It is a large space which gave us room to spread out after spending a week on a cruise ship. The views are unbeatable, and the breeze on the balcony, even in the heat of the day, was spectacular. It is located near a metro stop which allowed for easy access to the Plaka and other areas. The host was very knowledgeable about things to do and very kind and helpful in assisting us upon check-in. A driver was offered to pick us up from the port, and it was nice having this accommodation so we did not have to stress about how to get to the home. The only issue that arose was our transportation on the last day as the driver was delayed beyond our comfort level for airport check-in. We got taxis so we could reach the airport in a timely manner, as we are not comfortable rushing through the airport as airline employees. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this lovely home.

Amazing property and a fabulous Property Manager. Dimitris was fantastic and he arranged our transportation to the penthouse from the airport and from the penthouse to the port. Our group definitely recommends this property for your stay!!

We just returned from a lovely stay at the Penthouse. Spent each evening on the fabulous balcony, soaking in the area. Explored the shops the locals shop at in the neighborhood. Short distance to the metro. Lots of space for everyone to spread out in the unit and Dimitris is a very helpful host. He booked our return trip to the airport and was very welcoming. I would alsolutely recommend this rental and we hope to stay again sometime soon. In fact, my cousin and her friends will be staying in the near future.

We stayed 2 nights on the last leg of our Greece trip. The host helped us in arranging pick and drop off as well as a trip to Sounion which was very helpfull with a big group we had. Plaka is few minutes drive from here and convinent for dinning and walking around. Overall good place and experience.

The house is beautiful and large and had a beautiful veranda. Our host Dimitris was awesome and gave us so much information about the area and things to do. A great host.

Overall a charming apartment. Linens and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired.

Beautiful property on the top floor in a nice part of Athens. Our flight was pushed back to late at night but Dimitris was there to show us the property when we arrived. He setup a nice van for a good price for transport to/from the airport. He is very helpful and came by the next day when our wifi internet wasn’t functioning and helped sort it out for us. The place is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Full kitchen with a massive common area and a small balcony that connects 3 bedrooms on the back side. The master bedroom connects to the main balcony that is huge and has a great view of Athens. We had 7 people and, with the size of this place, we had no issues with finding room to relax. It’s close to markets and restaurants and the metro is only a few minute walk. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again or any other place that Dimitris has. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

The Athens 360 penthouse was perfect for our trip! My husband and I, brother and his wife and two Moms all had our own space. It was a quick walk to restaurants and mini marts and the subway. We had some travel issues and the host was so accommodating. He took away some of our stress by arranging rides from the airport, and to the port when it was time to board our cruise. He also provided valuable info. If you want a spacious rental with easy access to public transportation and a responsive host this is it!

Beautiful apartment with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a large balcony in front and a small one in the rear. Great views of Athens from both. A very large living room with easy chairs and couches makes for enjoyable relaxing. The owner met us when we arrived and explained how everything worked. The owner was very helpful in explaining sites to see and tours to take. He even presented us with a bottle of wine on arrival. The owner went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He also arranged transportation to and from the airport for us. This is a great place to stay.

Gorgeous views from all the decks, fully appointed with anything you’ll need and short walk to restaurants and grocery. Central Athens locations so short cab ride to anything. Dimitris is a sweetheart and makes sure you have all the help you’re need to go anywhere or find anything. Hands down the most spacious place we’ve stayed in Europe! Thank you for so much kindness

Huge property. Well equipped. Short walk to metro, restaurants and bakeries.
Owner really helpful from arranging an airport pick up, recommending a taxi app, and helping with all our questions. Also helped with our onwards travel when we changed our plans.

This property was amazing. Clean, well stocked, and enough space for us all. The property manager was amazing, he came in a few times to help us out with where to go and related fun things to do. His marking up of the map was the best! (Thank you!).
The property was in a great location, walkable to many attractions. We did not rent a car. We used the public transportation, which was clean and easy to use. (Right down the street were the stops). We all would stay again when back in Athens.

The host was the best we've ever had and we have traveled quite a bit. He cared about our atay, our needs and our comfort. This penthouse provided amenities that we've never had -- shampoo, coffee, wine! This was the best ever!!

We had a wonderful time in Athens. The apartment was in close walking distance to taverns, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies and grocery stores.
We were near, but outside of, the heavy tourist areas. For us, it was the perfect location. For two couples traveling together it provided ample room for privacy, as well as, comfortable areas to gather.
Dimitris was a very accommodating host. He was a great source of information, and no question was too small for him.

Location is excellent and close to metro station. Very spacious and well furnished. Only minor inconvenience, temperature in the master bedroom never got to a comfortable level, but it was unusually warm in Athens that time.
Dimitris was kind enough to arrange the transportation from the airport, the driver was extremely rude.

This place was so fun to stay at! The spiral staircase leading to the roof was very cool and the view was breathtaking. The hosts were very sweet and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again!

Dimitris was an excellent host and not only met us to check-in, but also made our transportation arrangements to and from the airport. The apartment is centrally located and an easy taxi ride to the Acropolis and other attractions. There was plenty of space, and we appreciated being able to wash and dry our clothes while in Athens.

The property was as advertised and much more. Granite floors, A/C in each room, beautiful and large balcony, minutes away from the metro and grocery store. Metro takes you anywhere you need to go. Dimitris scheduled car/van pick ups to and from the airport for us which took a lot of the worry away. We highly recommend this property if you are looking for a large, quiet place, with great views from the balcony!!!

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay in Athens, Greece in the Penthouse. It was located within 5-10 minutes of a metro stop which made sightseeing very convenient. It was very clean and spacious, and the 4 bedrooms were roomy with comfortable beds. Dimitris was easy to work with and replied in a timely manner if we had any issues. He even left a book in the house with ideas for restaurants and things to do. We enjoyed being "a little out of the center of town" away from the crowds and thought the location was perfect! The house is also near a grocery store and just minutes from several restaurants. You will enjoy your stay here!

Perfect place to stay closer to the airport on our last few nights in Greece. Dimitris was great with communication from booking to our stay, meeting us at the building.
Parking is very limited - we were in a 9-passenger van, and had a heck of a time finding a place close on the street. The parking lots/garages would not take us.

We were in Athens for a few days on our way to Lefkada for a sailing trip. The property was great in all respects. A good location, very comfortable and well equipped. There was convenient parking across the street which seems to be rare in this area. Thanks for a great experience!

Everything about this stay was fantastic and was a perfect start to our vacation in Greece. The owner and his assistant were tremendous. Communication was great and the property is even better than described. Huge, with room for everyone. Sparkling clean, and great location. Lots of nice personal touches from maps, and great advice and suggestions to complimentary fruit and wine, and even arranging for a van to transport us to and from the airport!! They were able to accommodate an early flight arrival.
The location itself is easy to get a taxi or the Metro which was more convenient for our family of 5. Kitchen with every appliance you could wish for, although with such wonderful food everywhere, we only made some espresso.
We would not hesitate to stay with Demitris again!

Excellent view, and the location is great. It is not in the noisy tourist neighborhood, but very close to it. The living room is spacious and comfortable. However, the third bathroom is an afterthought addition in the hallway. One can use it if you absolutely need to. I wouldn’t count it as a third bath. We only have 4 people, so there was no issue for us.

Beyond our expectations! With a few simple instructions on how to and where to, we were off. The large and spacious rooms are beautiful, however the terrace was where we spent our time, it is amazing!
