Place was just as described and is in a great location and in walking distance to everything!
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
Communication was great and Barbara provided a lot of information if the area and things to do.

Fabulous location, quiet, clean, well appointed. Our family loved this apt and would go back any time we are in the big easy!

Beautifully laid out. Excellent location. The view of the balcony is not the best but it doesn’t suck either! The place was spotless and we had everything in the way of towels, etc… it’s definitely on our shortlist for coming back. Which we hope will be soon!

My husband and I came with another couple- we are all in our 50’s, to visit the area for the first time. The property was beautiful and the location could not have been better.
We were close enough to walk to almost any neighborhood, take the st Charles streetcar to the Garden District, and it gave us peace and quiet at night.
Management was helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Also, the beds were so comfortable that my husband is trying to figure out what kind of mattress it is so we can get one for us at home!
We plan to come again and could not recommend this gorgeous, elegant and convenient property any more highly.

A beautiful condo that was well stocked and most comfortable for our long week-end in NOLA! A quiet and conveniently located place for all that we wanted to do during our stay. Great breakfast restaurants just down the street and easy walking to lots of good restaurants, bars. shopping and attractions. Barbara was great with all of our questions and making sure our stay went well. Just wish the weather had been a tad warmer so we could have enjoyed the lovely little balcony.

The Condo was amazing - the beds were so comfy! Everything was clean. It was a little bit of a walk to the French Quarter, however it was never a problem, even late at night. The walk was worth it due to how nice the condo was. We are planning an adult only trip for late summer and we are going to be staying at the same place when we return.

We chose this property for its proximity to the French Quarter, and it did not disappoint! Quick walk to restaurants, shopping, dining, and fast access to other parts of the city, like the Garden District, available through public transportation.

My boyfriend and I came to NOLA for a winter getaway and had the best time. The location was perfect for our trip. We wanted to be close to the action, but not stuck in it - this property nailed that. Secure, yet easy to access for guests. Super well kept with historic notes. We cannot wait for our next stay!

Quaint apartment steps from the French Market area. We had a wonderful stay and an exciting time in Nola!

This was a GREAT place for our party of four; two adult couples in town for the sun of Bourbon St. and a Saints game! We had originally booked another property and after speaking with the property manager, Barbara, was convinced to move over to this one due to the large, extra cool and cozy balcony. I am so grateful for her suggestion - we spent most mornings drinking our coffee out there and most evenings our wine. She was so helpful in getting us all the info we needed while in town and everything was absolutely perfect. A great little gem! Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at the Piacayune over Labor Day weekend. The space was perfect for ourselves and another couple and was very walkable to the French Quarter. It was great that we each had our own bathrooms. There was a little grocery store a block away that was super convenient to purchase water and snacks for the apartment. The host was very responsive. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would consider staying there again!

This is our second stay at this location. It won’t be our last. The booking, check in and communication are excellent. The location is within walking distance from most attractions and only a couple blocks from the St Charles Streetcar to go to farther areas. If your coming to NOLA, this is the place to stay.

This was such an amazing find and we will definitely be back to stay again. Not only are you close to everything, the condo is stunning and needs are surprisingly anticipated prior to arrival. We are already talking about our next trip to NOLA and will be back to this rental. Thank you so much!

Well-equipped condo, very comfortable and great location, two blocks from the French Quarter but far enough to be quiet. Communications were excellent, and with walls that are one foot thick brick you don't hear any possible parties going on in neighboring condos. The condo looks out onto an alleyway in back, which can get noisy at times, but that's minor. Would definitely stay here again!

Pictures were 100% accurate. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean and updated. Check out process was extremely simple. Just a 10 minute walk or so from all the action!

We have been to NOLA a bunch, and often stay in the CBD so we can walk to the French Quarter, but not feel stuck there. This is a great location, only 2ish blocks from Canal, and a very easy walk in. The amenities were ample, bedrooms were quiet and very far apart for privacy. Bathroom was clean and everything worked nicely. Communication was easy, and building access was simple too. We'd stay here again!

The condo was very updated and very clean. Very large bedrooms and a kitchen with everything you need. High end appliances and a handy washer and dryer. 15 minute walk to Bourbon Street for us but we are seniors. Enjoyed our stay!

This rental allowed us to spread out and recharge after days of meetings. It was a lovely conversion of an historic building, but with all the modern touches one could hope for. Communication with VacayNOLA was excellent. I recommend it!

Great experience. First got there had some questions about things and they were very responsive in helping us out. The condo is walking distance to every place you want to go and in safe location. Very spacious and they have a blowup matress there for you outside the 2 king beds. I would stay there again in a heart beat.
