My friend and I took a “moms and kids” Spring Break trip together and stayed at Seibal. Our condo was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The internet / amenities worked well. Having stayed at Vidanta in a time share in years past, I was expecting a similar kitchen set up. It was SUCH a pleasant surprise to arrive to a well stocked kitchen (ie: good knives, plenty of plates/dishes/pots/pans to use). We actually used our kitchen MUCH more than we did at our Vidanta stays, which was especially helpful since the prices / quality of Vidanta food have changed over time (and our kids are picky eaters!). Sophie was a very communicative, informative, and accommodating host. We really enjoyed having the conveniences of being near Vidanta (and using their amenities all week for a nominal fee) while also enjoying the peace, quiet, and comfort of being ever so slightly removed from the center of Vidanta activities. We ended up using the pool at Seibal most days for at least part of the day (often at the start or end of the day), while also spending a portion of our days at the Vidanta pools, shopping, kids’ club, etc. We would definitely love to stay here again! Many thanks, Sophie!!

This condo was wonderful for our family of five. The rooms were spacious and had fans and air conditioning available throughout the condo.
Getting to and from the Grand Mayan did take time with several shuttles involved but it was worth it. The pool at the Siebel tower is magnificent and so peaceful for those quiet days.
The downside is that there is quite a bit of construction going on behind the Siebel Tower that starts very early and did interrupt the guests who had bedrooms on that side of the condo, but that won’t last forever !! Cutlery and coffee mugs could be upgraded to fit such a lovely condo., but this is minor.
Thank you for sharing your condo with us.
Our visit was lots of fun and enjoyed by all of us ! We have plenty of family memories and photos to bring home.

We had a great time staying at this condo. It was as advertised: clean, spacious, well equipped. We rented for 37 nights with our son, DIL, and grandson joining us for a week. It was very quiet here and we enjoyed some days relaxing by the pool in peace and quiet. Other days, with the Vidanta privileges, we enjoyed the pools and beach there. We never had a problem getting a palapa on the beach. Our son and family loved the Grand Mayan amenities especially the water slide, lazy river, pools and building sand castles. We played the Lakes course challenging our iron short game. The concierges/ security at the condo were very good at driving us on the golf cart to and from Vidanta, bringing up water, calling taxis and helping with luggage. Thanks to Hugo, Jorge and Evan for your hard work. The pool is a bit on the cold side but feels cooling on a plus 30 day and the king bed is on the firm side. We would gladly rent this condo again if available. The owner is a prompt excellent communicator. Thanks for renting to us.

Sophie was very a responsive host. The unit is exactly as described/pictured. Very large 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, kitchen, all amenities. The pool at Seibal is gorgeous and quiet. Access to Vidanta resort by golf cart was easy, but Vidanta is huge, so there are more golf carts once you get there. You need to bring everything with you for the day as it is not convenient to go back and forth. Vidanta is amazing, great service, beautiful, fun lazy river, wave pool, beaches.

Quiet Seibal
This is a quiet property on the 9th floor with great views. The space is open and allows for quiet relaxation while looking at the sunset or for a place for friends to gather. On location staff were very accommodating as was the host.

Mostly a comfortable stay
This condo is clean, well equipped and mostly comfortable. The washer, dryer and dishwasher worked well. The pool outside the condo is huge and a good temperature. Being able to buy bracelets at Vidanta and use the Grand Mayan facilities was wonderful and affordable; our granddaughters had so much fun! Communication with the owner was excellent. Air conditioning kept the unit cool when it was hot outside. There was an abundance of towels and bedding.
On the negative side, the wifi kicked out often. There was no hand soap when we arrived. The showers had low water pressure. The biggest drawback for my husband and I (although our other family members weren’t bothered) was the extremely firm bed. Our sleep was disrupted because of this. If we stayed here again, I’d Invest in a good-quality foamie to put on top of the mattress.

Seibal Stay
We had a nice time. All things were included that were stated. It was great to have enough space and a washer and dryer. Sophie was easy to work with and helped us with any questions we had prior and during. I would stay there again.

Great place
We stayed at the Seibal condo a week in April and we’re a family of 5 (kids : 12,9,1 yo). The condo was clean, with large rooms and perfectly well arranged. There was a crib for our infant. The kitchen is well equipped. Downstairs is a huge pool, not crowded (we were often the only one using it) and perfect for all ages.
Taxi and buses are very easy to use. There are plenty of grocery shops and restaurants around accessible by walking. You can also access all the commodities of the Vidanta Resort. You just need to ask for a bracelet in the ressort (Santurio’s entrance). You can also open an account or just pay with a credit card. There are a lot of pools (wave pools, lazy river, aquatic park … pools for every tastes), restaurants (the French crêperie is perfect anytime of the day !), and a small mall. You can walk from the condo or ask for a carito (golf cart). In the ressort, there are also golf carts to transport you but we decided to walk all the time and it was very nice (the vidanta app with a map is useful).
We really appreciate to be able to enjoy the ressort whenever we wanted but also to stay relax in the calm of the Seibal tower and their pool. It has the perks of the ressort without the crowd and the noise at night.
We love our stay there !

It was great having access to the Grand Mayan property.
It was a clean condo. We had all we needed. We could have used some hand dish soap and laundry soap. The pool was beautiful. We loved the play by the staff—The Wizard of Oz!

Beautiful, relaxing, safe and large apartment
We spent a week there and were 5 adults and one child. Lots of space, apartment is well equipped, modern, downstairs is a huge pool and you can also access the Vidanta resort. It’s a small golf cart ride away however the gold carts don’t drive after 9 PM, so you need to take a cab. Walking is possible, but a bit tricky. Other than that, you open an account at the resort and have the same access than every body else. We liked it a lot and would go back anytime.

Couldn't have asked for a better place
I am significantly delayed in writing this review (my apologies). We stayed at this property in April 2017 and we could not have had a more wonderful time. The property is clean, well maintained, well stocked, and provided enough room for our group of 8! You can tell the owners take pride in their property and are very responsive to questions or concerns. We ran into a slight problem (microwave decided to die) but the owners resolved the problem for us instantly. They were so good to work with!
The property itself is very quiet and we liked knowing someone was on hand in the lobby 24 hours a day. It is a fenced property so you'll need to sign in with the guard in order to pass through. Great safety feature. The balcony of the property overlooks the beautiful pool and golf course. The on-site pool is large and very relaxing. Not sure if it was just while we were there or if it's permanent but the poolside bar/snack shop was closed - which wasn't really an issue when your kitchen is just a few floors up. The property provides a shuttle to the Grand Mayan property and we never had to wait more than 5 minutes. They were also great about arranging for taxi's if you are not bringing your own car. Taxi's arrived quickly. The lobby guard/assistant was always pleasant. They were super helpful in bringing groceries, luggage, large items up to the property.
Things to consider: if you look at the pictures there's one with a property layout and it makes it look like there is a 4th bedroom off the kitchen. The listing clearly states it is not a bedroom so don't let that fool you. It is a nice sized room for storing your luggage etc. and is also stocked with some pool toys which was a nice surprise. Also, please note if you plan to cook that the kitchen does not have an oven. The balcony does not have any lounge chairs anything to sit on so we had to bring kitchen chairs out. I noticed most of the balconies of the property also did not have chairs so this might be a property rule for safety reasons or something. Not a huge deal though.
In all the property owners have excellent communication, an excellent property that is well maintained and well appointed, and provides a great mix of relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the large groups of tourists and easy access to the Grand Mayan property and towns. I will absolutely be booking this location again the next time I head to Puerto Vallarta.

Relaxing
Had a great time in the Nuevo Vallarta. There was plenty a room for whole family. Loved that when I needed to catch a taxi I didn’t have to walk and wait forever, like you have to at the GM resort. If you wanted to take the bus the bus stop was a 5 min walk away. This is big because if you wanted to go to downtown PV it was as little as 36 paso back and forth.
Every morning workers stayed busy cleaning the pool area and maintaining the grounds. If you wanted to get some exercise the miles of wood walking path was a great way to start our morning. Unfortunately our early walk to the sauna the first few days was unsuccessful do to maintenance.
Having the opportunity to use the GM pools are great. Spending time in the lazy river is a must, but the pool right outside your doors is just fine. I look forward to visiting in the near future.

Lovely condo with lots of room....quieter side of the Mayan Properties
Wonderful stay at the Seibal condo where we gathered for a family reunion. Perfect floor plan which allowed lots of space (DR/LR/kitchen open area), as well as incredible views of the pool, grounds, and ocean. We were able to have "Bootcamp" workouts at the pool area and took advantage of the Grand Mayan fitness center's cardio equipment. Easy access to local bus; and walking distance to several restaurants. Fun to explore the various Mayan boardwalks/paths....and learned lots of short-cuts during our stay. Friendly and courteous staff; owner was always available for any questions. We plan to return in 2018.

Great place! 100% satisfaction
We had a fantastic time! The owner was very kind, always making sure everything run smoothly for us. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained, it had everything we needed in great conditions. It's great to enjoy all the facilities at the Mayan Palace resort while staying at a very nice apartment, still the pool they have in the condo is great. Absolutely recommend it!

Awesome Vacation Condo
If you read all the previous reviews, everything about this place is as described! I had a hard time coming up with things to add. My family and I had a great time here and you will too. A word that comes to mind is flexibility. You can hang out at the Grand Mayan resort, or if you want the peace and quiet, lounge at the Seibel pool. You practically have it all to yourselves. I'm looking forward to coming back here in the future. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Beautiful condo and with amazing views
We took our four teenage kids plus a friend for a total of seven people for Spring Break. The condo was very roomy and had everything we needed. Plenty of beds for everyone. Three bathrooms with showers which was very convenient. We had views of the ocean, the Grand Mayan resort, and the golf course, not to mention the beautiful pool down below that is well maintained by the property management. We were busy most of the time at the resort or off exploring Puerto Vallarta and other nearby towns, but we did spend our last full day at the condo pool, practically all to ourselves. The guys at the front desk were great! Whenever we needed a ride to and from the resort, they were always available. It was a very fun and relaxing family trip and we will definitely be back. I have highly recommended this condo to family and friends.

Exceptional Seibal Surpise!!
My family of four and mom and dad absolutely loved the 2 weeks we spent in this amazing spacious 3 bed 3 full bath condo. The Seibal is a beautiful 10 storey condo on the back of the Mayan mega resort property right overlooking the golf course, resort, ocean and paradise village Marina. Spectacular view and sunsets from the master bed, living and dining rooms. Large spacious open floor plan for all 6 of us. Tile, granite throughout the unit with a fully stocked unit with all the comforts of home including dishwasher, washer and dryer. The swimming pool is gigantic at the Seibal and the staff are all amazingly helpful. They have a golf cart to whip is back and forth to the resort which we enjoyed every day thanks to Sophie's membership which allows us to buy a wristband and enjoy the incredible mega resort in front of the condos as well. We had breakfast and lunch in the units and dinners at the Mayan resort or in Nuevo and Bucerios close by when the staff quickly called a cab for us to the front door. Walmart is only a short cab ride away to get all your food. The entrance to the Seibal was under construction (old grand Mayan entrance, they are tearing it all down) while we were there so make sure you get directions to the condo to explain to the cab drivers how they get there and they don't take you to the mega resort entrance when you arrive. I told the cab drivers balancan and seibal condos and they figured it out. Their is so much space, so much to do and see at the Mayan resort and the Seibal condos you will never be bored!! We can't wait to go back in December. Thank you Sophie for sharing your piece of Nuevo paradise with our family.

GREAT condo!
This condo is everything described here. It really is the best of both worlds, having access to the Grand Mayan pools if you want to head there (and with kids, you will want to!), but also having the comforts of home in a spacious condo with W/D and dishwasher. The pool at Seibal is absolutely amazing, and almost no one was there, so it was truly relaxing. A big contrast from the Grand Mayan, and a nice break. Really, this is such a comfortable way to visit the Grand Mayan!

Safe, fun and relaxing week
Great week at Siebal in April where we spend a relaxing week with friends and our 2 teenagers.
The condo is really nice with 3 bedrooms and a large living area with an open kitchen. The huge pool that you can see on the picture, is right by the condo, just take the elevator!
For a small price (something like 10$ per person for the whole week) you can access to the Grand Mayan, a luxury resort with restaurant, pools including a "lazy river", a long slide, wave pools and the beach. You will also find, at the Plaza in the Grand Mayan, delicious pastries (croissant, chocolate croissant, cakes) and fine chocolates that you need to try.
If you want to visit the Village (walking distance) you will find lots of restaurants and if you like fishing, the arbor is right there (again walking distance), you can rent a boat for the time we want, we chose 4 hours, we had a great time and came back with a 50lbs red snapper, delicious !
And finally the owner provided us with all the information needed to enjoy our trip, saving us the time that would be needed figure out how things work.
I would definitely recommend, its safe, clean, with all the amenities to enjoy.

Fun, easy and relaxing
We had an absolutely wonderful week at Seibal. The condo is beautiful, with a spacious living area, well-equipped kitchen (there's even an orange juicer!), three bathrooms, a gorgeous master bedroom with a view, and two smaller bedrooms. We stayed there with my parents and our two children. The pool is huge, warm, and has a couple of shallower areas that are great for small kids. It was never very busy. Grand Mayan is quite a place - restaurants, pools, an awesome water slide and lazy river, delicious croissants at the Plaza, anything you want! - and was easy to access from Seibal with transportation from security. It's a bit of a schlepp to the beach but well worth the journey. My partner and I had a couple of wonderful day trips to nearby towns such as Bucerias while the kids stayed closer to 'home' with their grandparents, which was a wonderful way to experience the place. Taxis were easy and affordable and there was no need to rent a car for a short trip anyway. Highly recommended.

An Excellent Vacation
We had a wonderful 4 weeks at the Seibal, arriving a week into January with a total of 2 couples. The condo was spacious and sunny with an open floor plan. It had a view of the pool and the golf course and in the distance you could see the ocean. We had a wonderful time with access to the all of the Mayan amenities. The Grand Mayan property is huge, with incredible gardens. Security drove us on a golf cart anywhere on the property and the staff were all great. The lazy river was great and the main pool at the Grand Mayan was a lot of fun with an incredible activities staff, with activities like water volley ball, water aerobics and dance lessons. On days that we felt like something quieter we would stay at the huge pool at the Seibal. We also enjoyed the entertainment at the Sanitorio in the centre of the Mayan Property, the setting was spectacular and the entertainment was wonderful. There are many good restaurants just a 10 minute walk outside of the Mayan gates such as Eddies, Guidos, and Eight Tostadas. Overall we had an incredible time and we would definitely go back.

Perfect Vacation. Absolutely will be coming back
We just spend Thanksgiving at Seibal with a total of 7 people. My wife and I, our 3 children and the grandparents. Everyone had a wonderful time. We rented a car but it was un-necessary as everything you need is right there or a short taxi ride away. The Grand Mayan is almost too big to navigate, but the property is awesome. The security gave us their phone number so we could call them anytime for a ride to the rest of the property. They really went above and beyond for us and everyone was so helpful. Property has a wonderful view, and plenty of room. A couple of tips are: Get the Crepes at sweet paris, they are awesome. Use the Market at Paradise Plaza. It is a bit more expensive than Wal-Mart but they have tons of imported items so you can get USA brands you are familiar with. While you are there, use the ATM by McDonalds at Paradize Plaza Mall as the exchange rate was very good comparatively. Sign up early for the Turtle release it was very cool! Jesus and Hugo at Security are very good guys, so take care of them when you leave. They deserve it!
I will definitely be coming back!

Perfect Location!
A close friend was getting married at the Grand Mayan Resort so I looked into staying at a rental nearby and found this property. It worked out perfectly. The condo was spacious and slept all 6 of us very comfortably. We got access to the resorts by getting a wristband and got rides to the Grand Mayan almost anytime we needed it. The swimming pool was HUGE and gave us a great place to hang out at. Took a cab to the local grocery store to stock up on food and used the grill offered pool side to grill out a couple of nights. Everyone was very friendly and would do it all the same if we went back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Property with access to the BEST resort amenities in Nuevo Vallarta
Just returned from our 2 week stay at the Seibal. We had a fabulous time. This was a family vacation for my parents 40th anniversary and it included my family with a 4 & 2 yr. old along with my parents and my sister. There was literally something for everyone here.
The Seibal is a condo complex that sits inside the grounds to the Grand Mayan/Grand Bliss...properties. While the unit is not directly on the beach, the staff which is on duty 24 hours, took us via golf cart over to the Santaurio (name of the place everyone gets dropped off upon arrival to the Grand Mayan property). From there it was an easy walk to the beach. For a very small fee for the stay, we bought bracelets which gave us access to the Grand Mayan amenities which included the golf course (did not play so cannot comment) pools, long lazy river, water slide, entertainment (water aerobics, dance lessons, Spanish lessons, ping pong, beach VB...) kids zone, kids wave pool,...If you have kids, there is no better place to stay in NV than here, there is sooooo much to do. At night, many restaurants on property along with free entertainment for adults at the Santaurio. Again, I cannot emphasize enough the amount to do here.
We enjoyed the Seibal as while it had access to all this, it was a quiet property. No one hitting you up for tours or timeshare presentations like we had when we stayed at the Grand Bliss the previous year. Seibal has a HUGE and I mean HUGE pool just out the back that we had to ourselves the entire time. One of the areas of the pool is ankle deep and then drops off to knee deep water so perfect for our little ones to play in safely.
The Unit: 9th floor with amazing views. Elevator access. Unit was very spacious and it came with own W&D which came in handy with our big group. Ceiling fans as well as individual AC to each room cooled us down when we needed it. Master bdrm has floor to ceiling windows, so when you wake up, you are greeted with a wonderful view to start the day. TV in master and living room that had plenty of channels although we never used it. Unit was very modern and updated from granite countertops, nice tile floors, and beautifully tiled showers.
Easy to get around from the resort to other areas as can take taxi or can take the bus (ez & safe) which stops just outside the main gate ($2/PP to get downtown PV. Take bus that says Directo).
Owner was quick and great with communication via e-mail, resort was awesome, and WOW views. Loved it.

Dawn
The condo was beautiful! Very clean and comfortable. The grounds and pool were impeccable; view of the golf course was stunning! We were shuttled daily by the condo manager free of charge to the Grand Mayan, for the use of the pools and restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo.
