Situated directly on Lake Erie and located behind Eddie’s Grill, guests are in the heart of the Strip, within walking distance to local wineries and all Geneva-on-the-Lake attractions. The entire family, pets included, can enjoy stunning views and direct lake access from the home’s private back deck. The two-story Cottage has 4 bedrooms, 1 full sleeper sofa, and 2 bathrooms to accommodate up to 10 people. Spend a day on the Strip, then pour a glass of wine, sit by our inviting fire pit, and enjoy life by the lake at the Cottage.
Amenities offered by the pet friendly Lakefront Oasis include: A/C; Wi-Fi and cable; Fully stocked kitchen with cookware, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils; Fresh linens and towels are stocked in the bathroom. The Cottage’s outdoor entertainment space features a deck with an unbeatable view, wood burning fire pit, cozy seating, and stocked propane grill.
Check in is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 11:00 a.m. Parking for up to 4 vehicles is easily accessible just off North Warner Drive.

• Play a round of golf at one of Geneva’s in-town or area golf courses. For family fun try one of the many miniature golf courses.
• Explore more than 20 Northeast Ohio wineries just minutes from Lakefront Oasis. The Ashtabula and Lake County grape-growing regions produce most of Ohio’s wine grapes, giving our area the reputation as the state's finest. And don’t forget about our famous covered bridges.
• Arriving by boat? Dock within the safety of the harbor at nearby Geneva State Park. And Lake Erie itself has so much to offer: Book a sunset cruise or a fishing charter. Unfortunately, we picked a rainy weekend for our trip but we had some kids who were anxious to enjoy their vacation so we squeezed a lot of fun in between the rain/power outage/cool weather. The beach, Adventure Zone, golf carts on the trails, walking the strip all gave everyone a great time. The house was perfect. The remodeling was well thought out and everyone was comfortable. Speaking of which, the beds were great! Kudos from everyone -all said they had a really great sleep! Perfect location - walkable or short drive to restaurants and activities. So much to see and we had a blast.

Overall, the location was great if you want to be in the middle of the action. However, if you’re looking to get some sleep prior to 2 am I wouldn’t recommend. We could hear live music all night, but that is my fault for not doing my research. However, the house was not nearly as clean as I would expect. Bugs littered the ceiling, floors, and walls. There was no storage or closers in the bedrooms, and the linens were not great. The fire pit and chairs were lovely and they provided more than. Enough wood.

Great property. We really enjoyed the house and the lake view was awesome. We lost electricity due to bad weather but still had a great time. Contacted the manager about low propane tank and they were there within half an hour to refill. We will stay here again!

If you’re looking for a place to stay that’s close to all the action but has a view that makes it feel like you’re miles away from everything, this is the place to stay. Walk to any and all festivities in town and then retreat to your own oasis, where you can watch the sunset (and sunrise!) while reaxing on your deck.

The location of this home is perfect. Just steps from the GOTL strip. First floor is large and open - perfect for large groups. The bedrooms are small and there is not a lot of space, but manageable for just a few nights. There are no closets but there are dressers in 3 of the rooms. No dishwasher either - but we did not cook any meals. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not only was the house super clean it was so well stocked and the best view.My family and i stayed for 4 days and couldn't ask for a better place to stay.we all left relaxed. Will definitely go back to this house

It was a great location for relaxing with an incredible lake view or to explore GOTL. We hired a local private wine tour company ( Next Flight) and visited multiple local wineries. The only “ negative” regarding the property was that we didn’t know in advance it contains zero closets. If we book it again we will pack accordingly with clothes that aren’t intended to be hung on hangers. The streaming TV service was not very reliable, but we didn’t try to use it much at all anyway, and that seems to be an ongoing issue in all rentals that utilize Roku. Overall it was a solid, clean, pet friendly property in a great location that we would definitely return to.

A very well decorated and super clean house...one of the best VRBO properties that we have stayed at !!! The view is spectacular !!! Had it been a better time of year, being outside (which we always like to do) would have been amazing...the firepit area (with supplied firewood as a bonus) was outstandiing...and the waterfront area was beautiful (although a steep slope down to it). Alas, our weekend ended up being cold, rainy and windy but we enjoyed the place very much. The only downsides were the tight parking (but that is what the waterfront properties are all like) and the living room furniture just isn't very comfortable to sit on. But those were not enough to change the rating....a definite 5 STAR property !!!!!

Even though the weather wasn't the greatest, the lake was beautiful and the house was great! Very clean and room for all of us. Will definitely rent there again!!

While we enjoyed our stay, there were a few things that need attention. Something was spilled and burnt in the oven, so the smoke alarm went off any time we used it. The chandeliers were noticeably dusty, and there were bugs on the bathroom windowsill. The kitchen supplies were very basic - would recommend adding a pasta strainer. It was very cold while we were there and since the fireplace unit wasn’t functioning ( which had been mentioned in the renting info) wall heater couldn’t keep the living room warm. There were lots of towels, the beds were super comfy, and the view was spectacular! We enjoyed our stay.

I would highly recommend this property! The location was ideal within walking distance to all of the fun and activities. Home was very clean with so many amenities. Owner gave immediate responses to any questions we had. The home had amazing views of the lake!!

Very nice stay on Lake Erie. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the back porch and sat around the fire at night. The house is like the pictures and had everything we needed for a get away.

The view leaves you speechless. A great place for relaxtion during the off season. Walking distance from all of the shops when open. We loved the space and felt comfortable. At night you can see the lighthouses and the reflection of the moon on the lake was breath taking. The sound of the water will put you to sleep at night.

We really enjoyed being in such close proximity to the strip, but we’re mostly captivated by being right on the lake. This is a great home to witness beautiful sunsets and fall asleep to the Lake Erie waves

It was great!! Wish i would have booked wed- Sunday. More stores would have probably been open. Had a great time anyway. Pub crawl was fun. Can’t wait to come back… hopefully next year and try to book the same place.. very comfortable and great locations ,u can walk everywhere.

Has to be one of the best locations to stay in GOTL! Beautiful views of the lake, within walking distance of everything you need and want to do, the house was so cute with big windows, and the host was attentive and helpful. Really wonderful place for a family getaway!

This lakeside cottage was just as described. The direct lakefront view is gorgeous inside and outside the home. Lots of chairs that are easily accessible to enjoy the view or walk down the hill to the water. Close to so many local restaurants and activities for the kids. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a nice stay here.

The property was clean, decent location good view. Others we have stayed at were a little more stocked with kitchen items like, Saran wrap, foil, s&p shakers, ext. Over all it was fine.
