Welcome to MESA BOULDER CANYON, our 5 BR, 3 BA, two-story home in peaceful and gated community with a heated pool, spa, basketball court and exciting hiking/biking trails. Neighborhood is adjacent to the Las Sendas Golf Course and home boasts amazing fairway and mountain views as well as spectacular sunrise and sunset vantage points. Remodeling has transformed our home into a paradise with comfortable furnishings and resort amenities. There are 3 bikes at the home for guests to use for sightseeing within the community and beyond.

Well-appointed home has a formal living room with a TV and an elegant dining room with stellar outdoor views.
The great room is an ultra-comfortable place to enjoy the warmth from the gas fireplace and watch TV or admire amazing window views.
The fully stocked kitchen with eat-in area has new granite countertops, an island for serving food, high top table seating and window views that will prove distracting to the chef and helpers. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are ready to brew your favorite roast. The open floor plan and large windows lining the back of our home create bright and cheerful living spaces throughout. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. Cable TV and Wifi are complimentary.

ALL bedrooms have king beds, TVs and ceiling fans so arguing about sleeping arrangements is not necessary. Four bedrooms, including the primary suite, and two bathrooms are upstairs. A hair dryer and soap are stocked.
The primary suite features a deluxe king bed, ample closet space, a ceiling fan and a cozy reclining chair for viewing the TV. Enjoy morning coffee while admiring stunning sunrise and mountain views from the private balcony off primary suite. Primary en suite bath includes a divine garden tub, dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower.
Everyone's happy because the second, third and fourth bedrooms have king beds, televisions and ceiling fans. Bedrooms share a pretty second bath with dual vanity sinks and a tub/shower combo.

Deserves 5+ Stars! Home is extremely clean and comfortable and the amenities are exceptional. You could use this place as a base for exploring the area or just stay here at your own private resort. We especially loved the heated pool with golf and mountain views. The kids had a great time practicing their golf swings on the green when they weren't in the pool or spa. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Golf, stores and restaurants are super close. We plan to return next year. There’s so much to do and it's so comfortable - everyone will enjoy this fantastic home!

By far one of the best vacation homes we have stayed in! There were plenty of games to play, books to read, or poolside loungers to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need to make our meals. Five stars hands down!

The pool and backyard experience was amazing, and we were very comfortable relaxing in the warm Arizona sun! So many spacious bedrooms and such a clean property. Great for little ones - they loved the putting green and a great park/splash pad right across the street from the neighborhood. During nap and bedtime, us adults loved the fire pit, hot tub, and spacious hang out areas. The pool was really nice as well!

Overall, outstanding! We could not believe how clean and well stocked the property was. We had a little bit of a problem lighting the overhead space heater on the second evening, but no big thing overall.
One item that everyone commented on was the pillows. Very thin with little support and nobody was happy with them. Change the pillows to go from A+ to A++!
Wonderful in spite of that - we are looking to book for next year!

The house was perfect for our USTA tennis team to use while competing in a tournament. We loved the king beds in all 5 bedrooms. Pool was nice and hot tub worked great! A very well maintained property. In a good area as well!

Great house and very responsive propety mgmt team fixing small things such as a burned out light quickly. Great gated community with close proximity to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants.

There were a couple of items that could make the home better to stay in.
1 - Beautiful master bedroom has no curtains/shades on large 8' sliding door to balcony. bright sun in the room at 5:30 a.m.,
not to mention lack of privacy in the room as it looks straight onto a tee box.
2 - Strict noise rules: no loud noise from 10 pm til 8 am.
however yard maintenance at neighbors homes and on the golf course starts at 6 am. , Loud mowers and blowers to awaken you if you are not already awake from the sun.
Apparently they are exempt from the rules.
3 - Pool maintenance did not knock/notify that they were there to service the hot tub/pool. Just walked into the back yard.
Rectifying these few issues would have made the stay perfect.
All in all nice place, just a few hiccups/onconveniences.

I have family in the Phoenix area and we were looking for a relaxing home to get away and enjoy the outdoors. This place was perfect! A great view of the mountains from the back of the house; a great view of the beautiful LasSendas golf course (a must play); your own pool and hot tub. Our family came to visit and we had everything we needed right there. Another big plus is easy access to the highway (202) for those who aren't familiar with the area. We played golf, hiked, played tennis and enjoyed all there was right outside our door. We would definitely go back.

I have family in the Phoenix area and we were looking for a relaxing home to get away and enjoy the outdoors. This place was perfect! A great view of the mountains from the back of the house; a great view of the beautiful LasSendas golf course (a must play); your own pool and hot tub. Our family came to visit and we had everything we needed right there. Another big plus is easy access to the highway (202) for those who aren't familiar with the area. We played golf, hiked, played tennis and enjoyed all there was right outside our door. We would definitely go back.

Great time in the pool, putting green, and this beautiful and comfortable home. We loved the views from yhe balcony and all the wildlife! Would definitely stay again! Everything was very easy from checkin to checkout.

Beautiful home with lots of space for our family of 6 !! Loved the back yard get away with lots of hiking nearby. Rooms were clean adn beautifully decorated! We wanted to get out of MN but couldn't be out in public, so this had everything we needed. We had groceries delivered through Target shipt and then did pick up from Red White and Brew !! so good !! lots of other places around liek starbucks and chipotle

Las Sendas gem
We stayed in Mesa Arizona for 7 days in March. This house was everything we hoped it would be. I was able to play golf at the Las Sendas course. One of the best courses I have had the opportunity to play. The house was on the tee box of hole # 4. Was fun to watch all the players go by and wave. We would plan on staying in this house for our next visit to Arizona. The rental agency was the best we have ever dealt with. Communication was key.

This house was perfectly situated as our home base for a wedding at Las Sendas golf club. It had everything we needed, and a lot of things we didn’t need but greatly appreciated, like the snacks and the putting green. It was well worth the extra expense to heat the pool. The golf course view was lovely.

Fantastic vacation home!
This home is PERFECT for a family vacation! My family of 5 (including little boys aged 7, 3, and newborn) and my dad were so comfortable here the entire week. We used the heated pool every day even though temps were only in the 60s, and the hot tub was a huge hit, too. The home itself is wonderfully appointed, decor is beautiful, and the home was absolutely immaculate. Everything was in working order and seemed brand new. The beds and bedding were so comfortable, even my kids didn't complain about bedtime! We loved the fireplace as well--it was perfect for chilly evenings and mornings. There is nothing I would change or improve upon in this home. We absolutely loved it and will be back. Paul, Samantha, Sharon, and the rest of the team at Arizona Vacation Homes were awesome as well. So friendly, helpful, and responsive. Highly, highly recommend.

Great house for multiple families
The house is great for multiple families to stay in together. From the minute that you walk in you can tell that it has been newly remodeled and has that brand new house feeling to it. The furnishing are even all new. The pool is great and the kids loved the putting green way more than expected. The location is ideal since you can get to grocery stores, restaurants and the highway in less than 5 minutes minutes. There is a tremendous sense of privacy even though you are on a golf course. Plus you are on a court in a gated subdivision. The management company is one of the best that I have every worked with when renting a house. They were incredibly responsive to our questions and made us feel very welcome.
