This property is in a great location right by San Tan mall. Tons of shopping and places to eat very close by. Tina was very responsive and easy to work with. Lots of space and beds were comfortable. Kids loved the pool table and other games. The park is a quick walk with a very large grass area, playground, volleyball and basketball. The only thing that would make this property better is an extra fridge/freezer and some heavier drapes/window coverings in the bedrooms. Definitely recommend for your stay in Gilbert.

My wife & I stay for almost a month & enjoyed the huge 4500sf of living space! A little cold in February, but I still used the pool & the backyard kitchen set up. Property was professionally clean before we arrived. House if fully furnished right down to coffee & cooking spices! We had a Super Bowl party & all enjoyed the extra TV’s & pool table. If go back to AZ & need a large home we would voice to stay there again!

We had several issues that needed to be addressed during our 3 month stay.
1) The master tub leaked to the room below. Things happen. The worst part was dealing with the property manager, Tina. After several weeks of it not being repaired, she said "well you have other bathtubs in the house just use those." Long story short, the tub was never fixed and in disrepair for the entire 3 months and her response was always the above. We asked for a discount on the rent and she declined, just stating, "sorry just use another tub." Additionally, they left a hole in the ceiling of the bedroom below for the entire 3 months. She didn't care. She said "Just us another room." Her standard response to every issue.
2) The couch was horrible and we asked for it to be replaced. Tina's response, "just use another couch upstairs". Ha. So I asked if we could move the good couch down to the family room. Her response,"we don't allow furniture to be moved." So, we stuffed the couch with towels and other pillows, so it was usable. Only when my wife showed her the pictures and asked her to come sit on the couch, was the couch repaired.

Perfect Holiday in Vincenz!
This was a very positive experience from the booking process to the check out.
Tina was very responsive to any questions and started our vacation with a welcoming sign and refreshments.
Comfortable beds, large well equipped kitchen, amazing backyard and heated pool were some of the things we loved most about the property. It is located in a really nice quiet neighbourhood, close to a couple parks, good biking trails, grocery stores and a big shopping center.
It is perfect for a large family or groups of friends.
The house was even more than advertised and we loved our month there.

Perfect for families
The house was amazing! Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing but still come together as a family. Backyard was great and it’s a nice location near the neighborhood park for the kids to play. Also very close to local amenities and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Fantastic house, great location!
We had 4 families coming together for spring break and this house was perfect! The layout of the house gives everyone their own separate spaces, but plenty of room for all of us to get together and gather as well. The outside area is an oasis! From the oversized comfy couch and chairs, the amazing bar/grill area to the pool, we spent most of our time outside. The location is so close to everything! We will definitely be back next year!

We were very impressed with this property. It was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed at. The park is also a very short walk away and was nice for the kids to walk over and play. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Arizona Getaway
Me and my family needed to get away from the craziness on the East Coast and reached out regarding a monthly rental. Tina worked out a great deal for us and we even extended 2x!
The house was amazing! My 3 grown children, as well as me am my husband (also kids at heart) enjoyed the game room amenities and we LOVED the pool. The house was close to everything and we enjoyed being able to hop on the 202 quickly to visit our friends in Scottsdale as well as my daughters alma mater, ASU. I swear we would have bought this house if it were available! Tina was amazing. She was always available if there was anything we needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this house as well as management company. We enjoyed our time in Arizona, the house is a large house with lots of spaces to spread out so that you never feel like you are on top of each other or can't get away. House was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked, beds comfortable, and we enjoyed the outdoor pool and outdoor living.
