We really enjoyed our stay and Casa Mawi was in a great location for us.

Comfortable apartment, well equipped with a nice outdoor area and great pool. The location was perfect for us as Tonel and Maretta beaches are only a short walk away. The host very kindly provided a travel cot and highchair for my grandson. Helpful for us to be on the ground floor with easy access to the garden. Very responsive host.

There were only two fans and as my daughter was sleeping on the sofa bed we could have done with another. Only one tea towel. We didn't want to bother with washing during our stay so a couple more would have been useful. Also an anti bacterial spray for daily wiping of kitchen surfaces and dining table.

Very home alike stay

We loved the place as it was spacious and home alike. The apartment is in the walking distance from restaurants and beaches. Communication with Nieves was very fluent and easy. Thanks for the great times!😊

Lot of fruit flys in the kitchen which obviously can't be avoided anywhere during summer.

loved the apartment, loved the area, and loved the bakery and coffee shop across the road, perfect.

Wonderful apartment, super clean, very well maintained. loved the little touches really made it feel like home from home. Loved the outside area to chill in, the pool, overall an excellent location to explore the area of Sagres.

a little piece of paradise

This apartment really exceeded our expectations and we would love love LOVE to do it all again. It really was the perfect place to stay and we can't wait to return. Nieves the host was amazing and was always on hand to help. Given the current circumstances, the check in is done remotely, but Nieves made a brill video to show you how to get in and showed you where everything is which was a really special touch. It also really helped our taxi driver help us to find the apartment. This is a ground floor apartment (we thought it was a duplex with a private pool but we were not disappointed) and is 5-10 mins walk from the relaxed centre of Sagres. It is in walking distance of 3 beautiful beaches, Beleeira, Tonel and Mareta. It is in a residential apartment block, with parking, access to a huge garden with patio furniture, outdoor shower and access to a shared pool. We never had any trouble with noise. It is beautifully decorated with a relaxed bohemian vibe and is very spacious. What made the stay for us was the little touches in the apartment, which you normally don't get in a basic apartment. Things like, a variety of different style pillows to suit your needs (my fav was the foam ones!), hand soap and extra toilet paper, shower gel, parasol and boogie boards for the beach, and a really extensive selection of kitchen equipment for all your self catering needs, including a food processer, tupperware, blender, ice packs and cool box, kitchen essentials like oil, salt and pepper etc. It was things like this that made our stay really comfortable. We loved everything and would defo recommend a stay here but if we had to offer advice for future guests, we would advise Nieves it would be cool to get Netflix on the tv (we only really would have liked this when we had one rainy day, but it easy to do relatively cheaply with a chromecast for example), flat sheets instead of duvets for the warmer nights and maybe some board games for family nights?

It is really hard to say what we didn't like, it was a great place to stay. If I had to be picky, whilst comfy, the sofa is getting a little tired and the leather is flaking off but no biggy!

Location is excellent within walking distance of beach

Bit over priced. If you pay EUR 1000 for three nights one would expect a higher overall quality of the apartment. Kitchen was basic with for example no wine glasses, limited amount of cups etc. Bathrooms were ok but also not of a very high quality. Same applies for the sleeping couch.

Nice location in Sagres village, very attentive host, well equipped house. Decorated with love.

Virtual check-in was a nice experience. The host, Nieves, did a nice self-explicatory video to collect the keys and find the apartment. That was a plus during arrival. Location is quite nice, 5 minutes walking from Sagres center where the restaurants and shops are located. The house is full of sun light, turning it very comfortable. It was very well equipped, with everything we needed to stay for 5 days.

The swimming pool is shared by the other condominium tenants and it wasn't totally clear for me in the description. But is wasn't a big problem, since there weren't many neighbours using the pool.
