Bozeman Spruce House is a beautifully renovated historic home located in the heart of Bozeman's Southside neighborhood. This Scandinavian inspired home offers a modern twist on classic architecture with four bedrooms and multiple "hang out zones" both inside and outside the house.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: Bozeman Spruce House has two master bedrooms on the main level. The first master bedroom features a king size bed and a walk-in shower, while the second master bedroom has a king size bed and a tub/shower combo in the bathroom off the hall. The lower level of the house has two additional bedrooms with daylight windows, which can be configured as either twins or king size beds. The first has four twins (can be set up as 1 king and 2 twins) and the second has three twins (can be set up as 1 king and 1 twin). These bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower.

KITCHEN/DINING: The kitchen is a focal point of this home with a breakfast nook that seats the whole group and a glass front Danish woodstove that swivels for warmth and ambiance. The kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner Thermador range, farmhouse sink, soapstone countertops, and every small appliance you could need. The dining area has a table for eight and a cozy reading corner with a large window seat, 40" TV, and stereo turntable. Doors open to the back deck, patio, and picnic table below.

LIVING ROOM: The living room is bright and cheery with modern seating around a wood burning fireplace. Books and games are provided for entertainment. On the lower level there is a cozy family room with a 55" smart TV and cable.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The backyard is a great space for outdoor entertaining with a large picnic table, gas barbecue grill, and a wood chimney to gather around. Off-street parking is available for up to three cars. Please note that the city requires a 10 pm cut off for outdoor entertaining to be considerate of the neighbors.

SETTING: Located in Bozeman's best historic neighborhood, just a short five block walk to Main Street. From the upper level of the house guests can enjoy views through the trees to the Bridger Mountains.

AIRPORT: You’re just 11 miles from Bozeman’s Gallatin Field Airport.

NEARBY ACTIVITIES: Besides hiking, biking, and trail running right from town, there is fishing on the nearby East Gallatin and main Gallatin Rivers, horseback riding, rafting, and everything that the fun town of Bozeman has to offer. You’re just 18 miles from Bridger Bowl Ski Area and a few more miles to Crosscut Mountain Sports Area. Yellowstone National Parks North Entrance is a scenic drive just 78 miles away.

We stayed in the home for our son’s graduation from MSU. It was such a wonderfully appointed place with plenty of areas for people to sit and visit and be outdoors. All of the furnishings were lovely. We had everything we needed for an exceptional stay in Bozeman. Highly recommend.

Our family of 5 and extended family of 6 found the Spruce house to be just perfect for our stay. With two bedrooms downstairs for the kids and 2 upstairs for the adults we had super sleeping arrangements. There was loads of room to spread out, with two dining tables, a gathering area in the basement and even a ping pong table in the garage. The kitchen was well stocked and beautiful. As a bonus, the owners share thier vynyl collection and we got to teach our kids how to (carefully) play albums. Location is awesome- walking distance to downtown and short drive to MSU. An hour to Big Sky for easy day trips and loads to do in Bozeman. Would love to stay here again!!!!

The Spruce House was awesome - gorgeous/high quality remodel that updated an old house (e.g. really nice new appliances, modern kitchen and bathrooms) while maintaining the charm (e.g. original windows, pocket doors). Very spacious and easily fit our large group, both inside and outside in the nice backyard. Loved the neighborhood - beautiful old and quiet part of town with huge trees, large yards, and grand old homes, but also a quick walk to downtown.

Our extended family of 11 stayed in this lovely home over MSU graduation weekend, and we loved it! There was room for kids, teens, and adults to be together--or have some space. The kitchen was wonderful, and we appreciated having all the amenities there for preparing a nice dinner. The weather was nice so we were able to enjoy the back patio, and walk to parks and downtown. Next time we need a place to stay in Bozeman, we will definitely be back!

Cute Bozeman home.

Location, location, location. The cutest tree lined street and a very nice home. It was clean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk to Main Street with our kids which was really nice. It suited our needs for our stay and was an easy drive to Yellowstone Park. The only recommendation I have was to update the towels. They seemed a little tired and ready to be replaced. We had a wonderful time in Bozeman.

Nice home on a tree lined street 1/2 mile south of downtown Bozeman (easy walk). We comfortably slept 7 in a clean, well equipped home. Property manager was responsive to our inquiries. Only suggestion would be for them to have folding luggage stands in the bedrooms, but that is a minor issue. All in all it was as advertised and we would stay there again!

This house is truly one of a kind! We absolutely loved staying there! We were a group of 10, in Bozeman for a wedding. The house fit all of us comfortably. The house itself is gorgeous - we all wished our own homes were as nicely and as thoughtfully furnished. The beds, linens, etc. are all very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could need. We enjoyed the record player in the living room and sitting outside in the lovely back yard. The house is also in a perfect location, just a short walk to town. We can’t recommend this property highly enough and are thinking of coming back for future trips!

We had a great time while visiting Bozeman and staying at the spruce house. Clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Very convenient to MSU and Main Street. Our only complaint was the Nest thermostat. It often reset itself to 60 or even 50 degrees and while we could override it, by the time we discovered it it took a while to warm the house back up. Other than that the house was great and met all our needs. We would stay again!

Awesome stay over Thanksgiving in the Spruce House. Easily and comfortably accommodated our Family of 11. Great wood stove in the kitchen area and fireplace in the living area on one big main floor. Record player was fun to use with a broad selections of albums to play. Kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving meal for all 11. Walking distance to downtown shopping, bars, brewers and restaurants. Easy parking and access to main streets. Loved our stay

This house was beautiful. It was perfectly decorated and clearly had experts preserve the historic nature of the house while decorating in a modern way. The kitchen was well stocked and easy for cooking some large meals. We had a great time. Thank you so much! Our only suggestion would be to add some full length mirrors in the bedrooms.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the Spruce House. Our family enjoyed this beautiful home. The large kitchen was fantastic. We enjoyed our coffee each morning in front of a roaring fire in the dining room. This was a highlight for us. The home was very clean and every item we needed to make our stay comfortable was available. We will definitely return the the Spruce House.
