Our family home away from home! "RiverSpruce" is perfect for your stay - summer or winter.
A convenient yet private location in the town of Telluride. The condo is a two level, 3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom property in an intimate building with only 5 other condos, overlooking the beaver pond, the San Miguel river and trail and has picture perfect mountain views with room for ONE car. Note there are 3 beds for a total of up to 6 people. Not suitable for 4- 6 people needing 4-6 separate beds.

In the coveted East end side of historic Telluride in the Gondola District
- 2 blocks from Colorado Ave (Main Street) shopping and dining
- 4 blocks from Town Park (Summer Festivals are held here)
- 4 blocks from the Gondola and Chair Lift 8 as well steps from hiking

- No Car Necessary - ONE parking spot provided in the garage, if more than one car there is paid overnight parking in Telluride pending availability. Note - do not block the shared driveway or park in another condo's slot or you will be towed.

Walk up a flight of stairs to the entry level of our sunny, spacious condo with radiant heated floors will keep you cozy. Keyless entry provides you with security and no key to keep up with. New Bosch and Viking high end appliances as of July 2023.

- Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed with en suite bathroom

- Main living area in an open space design with skylights, and vaulted pine ceilings:
- Guest Bedroom II with a queen bed
- Third bathroom, hall entry, shower
- Kitchen equipped with granite and butcher block countertops, Bosch refrigerator and microwave, viking gas cooktop, and stocked with standard appliances, dishes and cookware - new as of July 2023

- Small deck off the living room allows great views of Bear Creek Canyon, Ajax Peak, Ingram Falls, the Telluride Ski Area, the San Miguel River, Town Park, the Beaver Pond and summer festivals.
FREE Wifi Internet/Mesh network is available for Guest use.
Linens (towels, sheets) are also provided for your use.
Usually well stocked spices, etc as well as plenty of towels, fans, space heaters, humidifiers, books, Tv, Internet. Basic supplies such as tissues, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher pods are provided. The amount we provide "usually" is enough for a visit - but each persons/family usage is different so you may need to replenish - the store is a few blocks walking distance.
Please make sure you read our cancellation policy and required rental agreement. Travel insurance is your responsibility to avoid any unexpected situations out of our control.

Wool high end carpet throughout, neutral paint throughout, custom seating in the living area, lighting updates, designer master bed and other furniture accents, decor updates, linens, etc!
The radiant heat system provides toasty floors in the tiled and carpeted areas.....and should easily provide enough hot water to all shower at the same time at the end of a ski or hike day prior to the evening dinner outing. Note there is no air conditioning.
There is one covered, secure parking space always available for you located in the garage on the ground level of the building for your use. If you have more than one car, there is paid parking in Mtn Village as well as Telluride. But you won't need it! If you do not have a car, you can walk everywhere or the Galloping Goose town shuttle or the Gondola to Mountain Village and around town are both free of charge.
NOTE: *There are several large scale construction projects in the East End near the post office that are close but not directly adjacent to the condo.

- Bookings are refundable (except holidays and festivals) if cancelled 60 days or more before the rental begins.
-We cannot refund pre check in cleaning fees if the condo has already been set up for your stay.
- Bookings cancelled 31-59 days receive a 50% refund.
- Bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to stay are NON Refundable.
- In addition, Festival and Holiday bookings (Festivals: Bluegrass, Ride, Blues and Blues; Holidays: Christmas, New Year's, July 4th) require NON REFUNDABLE $1500 charge (or post stay refundable deposit) if booking is cancelled at any time as these dates typically book 6-12 months ahead of time.

This is the most well-stocked condo I have ever stayed in! Plenty of towels/soap/toilet paper and even q-tips and cotton balls! The kitchen had spices, zip locks, aluminum foil, etc.
Easy walk to the gondola. Definitely plan to come back!

The condo was perfect for my family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Views were excellent. Location to everything in town was great. Easy walk to the gondola. The host, Carol, was so nice and always responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely rent this unit again.

This was the perfect location for my wife and me to introduce our friends to B&B and Telluride! The condo layout gives privacy while also allowing great gathering in the large den/dining/kitchen. A nice deck overlooking nature preserve and box canyon/Apex mountain is perfect for first coffee. Enclosed parking space a bonus. And Carol is a perfect host who replies quickly...thank you!!

Perfect location & great property
Stayed here for a wedding with five total adults. Plenty of space and loved every bedroom having a designated bathroom. The views com the place are amazing and you simply cannot beat the location. Walking distance to all things Telluride. Would stay again if we get the chance!

Fantastic condo & location!
We had a marvelous stay and loved the condo! The pictures do not do it justice. Easy walk to the gondola (even in ski boots) and so close to town. Nicely appointed, plenty of flatware, towels, blankets and the like for our party of five adults. Lot of nice touches that we don’t see often and we rent on Vrbo a lot. Only downside is the kitchen is a bit small but definitely one of the best places we have stayed. Carol is wonderful and responds quickly to questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Terrific Stay
This was our first time in Telluride and couldn't be happier with the condo. From the start, the owner was very detailed and timely with her communications. The location of the condo is excellent - easy walk to the gondola, market, ski rental and a lot of great restaurants and bars. The condo itself was extremely clean and comfortable, plenty of space for 6 and exactly as described, with everything we could need. We will definitely be back to Telluride and hope to stay here again.
Couple of tips for future visitors -
When we ski, we normally walk our boots and carry gear back and forth. Based on owner recommendation, this trip we used the ski lockers at the top of gondola at Mountain Village. Very reasonable and guys there are great - it was some much nicer not to have to drag gear back and forth.
During covid, restaurants are obviously limiting seating, would suggest making dinner reservations as soon as you can - we did not do this and were still able to get into great restaurants, but it was a bit of a challenge couple night.

We had a great experience at this condo. 10 minute walk to gondola in town, quick walk to many restaurants for take out pick up. Super comfortable sectional. Kitchen was well equipped. We had a little glitch with heat, but owner was super responsive. Can’t wait to book again!

Beautiful Fall Weekend
The condo was perfect for our trip. It is very well equipped with everything we needed and was very clean. It’s so convenient for walking through town and hoping on the trails too. The views off the balcony are unbeatable ! Carol was also very helpful and quick to respond to our questions before the trip. Hope to get back soon.

Beautiful setting!
We picked this property because we wanted to enjoy the scenery. It was exactly as we had hoped! Overlooks beaver ponds, river, and walking path with a mountain backdrop. The inside was extremely clean and had every amenity. Well stocked kitchen for the meals we enjoyed in the condo. Very convenient location to walk to everything in town. The owner, Carol,, was very commutative, responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend this property for your next Telluride vacation!

A perfect Gay Ski Week home away from home!
Ideally located 3BR / 3Ba condo a 5 minute walk to the Gondola and one block from the Colorado Ave commercial strip. The unit is ideally laid out and decorated in a fresh restrained way. It provided privacy for two couples.. the second floor common area is comfortably laid out and all the technology was easy to use. Well appointed kitchen so you can cook in. A great value!

Our stay in Telluride at Riverview Condos was great. The owner of the property was very supportive and helpful with advance communication and information on area restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The home was in very good shape and was perfect for our family of 5. Thanks for a great vacation.

Location, location, location!
This newly renovated and very clean condo was perfect for our Christmas ski vacation, it's:
1. Two blocks from the gondola (free and runs til midnight).
2. One block from the post office.
3. Two blocks from the grocery store.
4. Five blocks from the ER clinic (which we visited twice during our stay) and a few blocks away from the pharmacy.
5. Surrounded by lots of fantastic restaurants and shops.
Prior to this trip, we had only stayed in Mountain Village and found ourselves coming into town just about every night for dinner. This time, we were a very short walk to all of our favorite restaurants. The condo is located off a major street, so it had all the conveniences without actually being right on a main street - we didn't notice any traffic noises. The river is just behind it, and my kids loved snow hiking to and along the river. The view off the balcony was incredible (29" of snow fell the week we were there, so just imagine!). The decor is very well appointed and the condo was fully stocked - we had everything we needed. The washer and dryer are full size (a huge plus for a family of 4 with 2 young kids) which is not common in the rentals we have stayed in Mountain Village, so it was a real treat. And, I can't forget the garage, it was extremely nice to be parked in the garage, rather than on the street in the said 29" snowfall! The owner was extremely responsive and went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant. Will definitely rent this property again!!
