These spacious 3 Bed 2 Bath condos in the Vista Cay Resort are individually decorated and fully stocked with all the comforts of home. These beautiful units feature a full kitchen, living room, and washer/dryer. There is unlimited free parking, blazing fast Wi-Fi, and cable in your unit. Flat screen TV's are featured in every unit.

Vista Cay is gated and close to world famous Orlando outlet shopping and hundreds of restaurants. Located right off International Drive next to Sea World and Universal Studios, this location is second to none. It is also 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.

Renting this unit also grants you access to the clubhouse which has a resort style pool, fitness center, game room, concierge, 24 hour front desk, and business center. Vista Cay is unique because it is the only vacation rental resort in Orange County. All other vacation rentals are located in Kissimmee and Davenport, south of Disney and not as close to the attractions, shopping and dining.

Our units are standardized in terms of the bedding setup, linens, and amenities but are individually decorated. Our homeowners must meet strict quality standards to be in our rental pool and our reviews are from guests who all stayed in different units. The 3 Bedroom Standard apartments are located on Cayview Avenue and Breakview Drive within the resort.

My daughter had a cheer competition this weekend in Orlando and this was the best location! The Convention center was a 7 min drive and the rental is a great area for entertainment and food. We loved the place, very spacious, clean, check-in was easy, and instructions given were easy to follow to get in the gate and unit. Will definitely stay here again!

This was a nice place to stay. It was close to everything. The only issue we had was that there was only 1/2 roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper. and two trash bags. We were staying a week. So I feel like the place could be better stocked, but other than that everything was great.

My husband and teenage daughter and myself stayed in this condo during AAU volleyball nationals. This condo was great!! Very clean and modern. Had starter toiletries which was a bonus. Plenty of bath towels and pool towels. I loved having the kiosk on the wall. Very helpful information. Condo was clean and ready when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again upon returning to Orlando.

The property is beautiful and in a good location for many of the theme parks and entertainment. All the staff were very friendly. There are many choices in dining and grocery within walking distance. We enjoyed the condo and had plenty of room for our family of four. Would highly recommend!

Clean, beautifully decorated (calming and relaxing), and easy accessability to any activity would want to do in the Orlando area. This trip our goal was rest and relaxation with warmth and sun (escape Indiana winter). Our group has mobility issues- we requested first floor and the property manager gave us a first floor apartment with a patio (where we spent alot of time). Our biggest issue was that although the apartment was good location it didn't have any handicap mobility aids (ie grab bars) in the bathrooms or shower but we found ways to make it work. We had a good time , enjoyed the scenery, and the sun.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Vista Cay. The layout (3 bed/2 bath) and space was as described in the listing and worked well for our family. The property was clean and stocked with some nice extras (washer/dryer, extra towels, beach towels, stroller/pack & play) although we didn't utilize those items this visit. The unit we stayed in (4102, #410) was not one that was actually pictured in the listing and I will say, I was a bit disappointed in the decor/furnishings. It was plain with little character/color/warmth and a bit more worn compared to the pictures that were listed. The condo was very clean and it worked for us so it was fine. I like to get what I see in the pics or something comparable but I did know ahead of time that it was likely to be a different unit than pictured (since we booked lated and inventory was very low) so I wasn't shocked - guess I just expected a bit more. Location was excellent with access to I-Drive locations, 20 min or less drive to Disney/outlets and less than 30 min to Camping World Stadium. The Publix and NYDP Pizza were right around the corner. We didn't utilize the pool this trip (too cool on the day we had time) but they were conveniently located and looked nice. Daniel communicated with us well and getting access to the condo when we arrived at 2am was simple (much appreciated!) We would rent at Vista Cay again but would likely try a different unit in the future.
