I only go to the beach for the beach and a few days of "disconnecting". Okaloosa Island is our favorite place. It usually does not matter where I stay since I am only there basically for a place to sleep and love the convenience of cooking meals in if we want to. This unit is ok. Could really use some updating, paint, update some furniture, etc. A few minor things could make a huge difference. And really needs a deep cleaning. Had one problem and it was handled very quickly! But the view is fantastic. And the guys with the chairs and umbrellas are awesome! Chairs were set up early. Beach is clean and beautiful. You do need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels though!

Good stay overall. The unit is a bit dated and it had a musty odor (especially when coming in for the first time) and so did the elevators. The rates were comparable to other units that looked a little better around the area, so if you find that disappointing then you may want to shop around. I think the many scuffs from the walls would come off if they were cleaned with a damp cloth and a bit of comet powder. The bathrooms were very clean and so was the kitchen. It did not have a k-cup machine, hair dryer, dish soap detergent, extra pods for the dishwasher, or extra toilet paper, so plan accordingly. The area is quiet and safe. We had bad weather during our stay, so we were glad to find card games tucked away in coffee table that we could play together. The mattress in the sofa bed is very thin and requires extra padding for a good night sleep. The pool and jacuzzi were great. The building is supposed to be non-smoking, but many disregarded this and drove us away from the balcony many times day and night. If you have respiratory issues, you may want to consider this as you plan your trip.

Very nice for a small family. Kitchen is very neat and clean . Rooms are clean as well but little worn out. Beds are good and clean. Carpet and couches are worn out which is not uncommon. Balcony is great with both sunrise and sunset views during thanksgiving time. Liked it very much.

The view was the best part. The condo is in a nice building and location is great. Very close to beach access. The furnishings are a bit dated and not very comfortable, but if you spend all your time at the beach it doesn't really matter. Bed in room was comfortable, bunks not so much and pull out couch is just that, a pull out couch with a thin mattress. It was tricky finding the Wi-Fi password. Host responded with instructions. Top bunk TV didn't work and host never responded to that request. Other than the top bunk TV everything else worked well. I might stay here again if I couldn't find something a bit more updated. Location was great! View from patio was great!

The location and outside property was great. Garage area was closed but plenty of parking. The unit we had needs some updates and paint. Contacted the owner of one bulb in kitchen was out on the overhead lighting. We did not report that one bulb was out in the hall bathroom and the commode would occasionally run. The master bathroom tub needs a washer and dripped all the time. Just small things but it needs repairs.

This unit was not that clean. Potato chips on the floor, unflushed toilet when we arrived, partial bottle of water left on bathroom sink, and lots of dust on picture frames, towels bars, etc.

beautiful view from the balcony. Beach was awesome and clean . Chair and umbrellas set up every morning around 7 it’s first come. So make sure you are ready and walk out there with your towels set them on the chairs you want and go back to your room if your not ready for the beach yet. Our dishwasher did not work that is the only con to this beautiful condo.

The room was nice & loved how easy it was to get to beach & check was easy. My only suggestion would be to have more essentials like trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc. We ran out of toilet paper, paper towels. Oh more bedding would have been nice as well. My daughter likes sleeping on the pullout & there was not any sheets to put on it & there was only one spare blanket. But other than that we enjoyed the unit & accessibility to everything.

This was a great condo facing the beach and the perfect location for my Army reunion which is held every year in Ft. Walton. Condo was very clean and check out was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. Owner was great to work with. Great for 2-4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). Sofa bed was horrible so don’t plan on that unless you get a foam topper at Walmart. Otherwise perfect location.

Nice stay. May need a deep cleaning. I dropped the remote, and had to search for batteries that rolled, and there was an old banana peel, and and Oreo under the tv cabinet. But it was a nice place and the bed was nice. Plenty of towels. Washer and dryer great too.

Nice, clean Condo. Didn’t have any extra blankets at all, so the person we had planned to be on the sleeper sofa had to improvise quite a bit. Also, bring your own trash bags because they only give 1 extra under the sink. We found out the hard way. Building doesn’t have any amenities as other places we’ve stayed so if you want a cafe, beach bar, etc. this place isn’t for you. Nice pool and it was clean. Had plenty of luggage carts so we never had to wait around for one. That was very nice. The little TVs on the bunk bed were so convenient and so was the washer and dryer. Thank you!

This place accommodates 6 comfortably with 2 full baths. The location of the condo is right by the stairs for easy beach access! Parking is a breeze. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is good. Place is very clean. The beach is everything! So beautiful. The two chairs/umbrella that come with condo are a very nice perk. Will be returning!

The sofa and chairs in living room…so uncomfortable. Not a big fan of balcony furniture. You need to add a whisk to your kitchen utensils. Not really any interaction with the host/owner. Had to ask for code to door on the way down at the day of check-in. Brenda, the lady who cleans was wonderful!! I texted her that we checked out a few minutes early. She sent the nicest text back. The hot tub was closed the entire time we were there. Very disappointed. Other than that it was good.

Pros: comfy bed, many nice bath towels, nice kitchen with awesome pots, pans, knives. Comfy balcony furniture.Cons: Unit in need of deep clean. (Behind furniture, under pedestal table, wash walls, sliding door track.) Couch/sleeper is worse than terrible even to just sit on, much less sleep on. Replace it! Paint.

A few Items to note: The dial for the dryer was missing the part that indicated what setting you wanted to select.For us old folks, comfort height toilets would be very nice, along with couch and living room chairs that sat a little bit higher. We still had a wonderful time. We pretty much had the beautiful beach to ourselves all week and the weather was very pleasant.

My 3 children (21, 22, & 15) and I, stayed at this wonderful condo over Thanksgiving. It was perfect for us, not too big and not too small. It was very clean, in a great location, and the view was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.
