This was our first time to New Orleans. Location was excellent, and host was very helpful with where to go for entertainment. House was close to restaurants and short distance from French Quarter.

The place was great. Thom was a outstanding host. He greeted upon arrival and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He was the best host I ever experienced through renting a property.

Generous host gave us an introductory tour of the property and let us check out late. Very comfortable beds, spacious kitchen and living room. Great outdoor space with plenty of seating with both shade and sun. Quiet neighborhood close to fun restaurants .
Lots of stairs could cause problems for mobility challenged

One of the main features that was listed about the house was the pool and patio area both were absolutely dirty and worn looking. Had to access the pool from the gate off the main road.
Inside the house looked like it hadn’t been dusted in months. Used personal hygiene products leftover in the bathrooms.

Pretty clean and very well decorated and located fairly close to Frenchman Street and the French Quarter

Booked this property at the last minute and were so glad we waited to find just the right spot! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived, and Thom gave us a warm welcome even at our late arrival time. He met us and spent a good amount of time explaining about various neighborhoods and gave great recommendations. The place was super cozy and had everything we needed. And the best part was the great location - walkable to French Quarter and other worthy spots. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Quirky house, typical of age and style in Marigny, walking distance to Trams, buses, French Quarter, Treme etc. Comfortable for our group of four older adults who wanted to do some self catering. Close to local bars and restaurants ( The Franklin was excellent ). Thom was a very communicative and helpful host.

The booking process was easy. Thom the property manager was very accommodating and informative about things to see and do. Our group of 6 absolutely loved the courtyard and had the great pleasure of experiencing an authentic New Orleans Jazz party there (a big thank you again to Thom for including our group). It was a lovely surprise bonus in our trip. The closeness to the supermarket made it easy for us to stock our fridge and our group enjoyed many meals at the property. Overall we had a fabulous time and would recommend it for others to enjoy. Thanks again Thom - you made our visit extra special.

Thom met us and got us acquainted with the property and area first thing. He was interesting and knowledgeable. Easy access via Uber to the French Quarter, Frenchman’s Street was a short walk. Neat neighborhood, local dive bars, etc. great trip overall❤️

5 adults stayed here for a long weekend to go to the Jazz Fest. The neighborhood was great for nice little restaurants to go to at night that we could easily walk to. We walked to Jackson Square, the French Quarter, Bourbon St, Frenchman St, and everywhere in between!
The check in process/ communication with Roger was excellent. The house has an information folder that was very helpful. The accommodations were good for what we needed. Beds/pillows were comfortable, plenty of towels, and air conditioning and fans throughout. We didn’t get to use the patio or pool because we were gone all day, but they looked good! My only complaint would be that the water pressure in the shower shared by 2 bedrooms was really weak. But, we still managed to wash all the jazz fest sweat away! The smaller bedroom with its own small bath could use a little table/desk for a gal to put her make up on.
Overall, the house totally met our needs for what we needed and close proximity to walk everywhere. Would stay there again.

Thom was very nice and helpful with our needs. The property is a little tired but we are aware it was purchased right before COVID hit. New Fresh comforters, blankets would do wonders. The house needs some painting done as there are areas that it is peeling, there is a tile broken on the kitchen floor that is now a hole and could be a fall or trip hazard, 2 out of 3 beds were great, but the back bed would be great for 1 person. The back bedroom w/attached bath needs storage options for at the very least the bathroom and bathmats would be very helpful for both bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed and the living room had plenty of comfortable seating. I would consider staying again if these areas were addressed. This doesn’t take away from how helpful and nice Thom was. We love NOLA. We have been many times and had a wonderful stay

Robert and Thom truly embody the welcoming and fun spirit of the city. The location of this property cannot be beat for anyone looking for proximity to great food and entertainment while also avoiding the noise and business of the Quarter. We had a great remote working experience and cannot wait to visit again.

I would book one of Robert's properties again. He was very prompt and informative upon our arrival. Plenty of needed linens and supplies in the house with a washer and dryer which is always a plus.

The property is in a great location, walking distance to Marigny, the French Quarter, and everything we needed for our stay was close by. The hosts were attentive and flexible and just generally lovely. We hope to come back!

The house is super cute and big! Plenty of room for three couples. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the street. The unit has two flights of stairs that would be an issue for folks with mobility concerns. The neighborhood is up and coming so there’s a collection of old and remodeled homes. We brought our bikes and had a blast! A great way to see Nola! We did a Banksy Graffiti tour on our own riding all over town looking for the murals. Robert and Tom made us feel welcome. They live close but give you privacy. Although we didn’t use the pool, it is a nice amenity. Although all the bars were closed due to COVID19- We were able to go to Pat O’Briens for the famous hurricanes, we also ate at Acme oyster bar -the grilled oysters are a must. Cafe Du Monde for beignets -get the iced cafe a lait. There’s fabulous live music on the sidewalk outside and we sat for over an hour listening to music. We also went to the Sazerac bar at the Roosevelt Hotel and had the Ramos Gin Fizz. Yum! Commanders palace was cool. Get the shrimp appetizer with the pepper jelly and the pear salad. And their famous bread pudding is a must. Skip the expensive entrees. An Iconic upscale restaurant (since the late 1800s) with a dress code. But it is a Nola landmark located in the beautiful Garden district. Bicycles, bicycles, bicycles is the way to go! Literally we saw all of The Marigny, French Quarter, and business district traveling over 5-6 miles stopping along the way to have a beverage and it was the highlight of our trip!
