About this house rental

Come and enjoy the beautiful sunsets on the east side of Seneca Lake. This 4-bedroom, 2 full bath modern lakefront home on a wooded lot at the end of a private road is sure to relax you. This house offers comfort and amenities to be desired; wraparound deck, fireplace, 2 living/family room areas each with a new large HD smart tv, hi speed secure internet and new mattresses in every bedroom. Enjoy breathtaking lake views from almost every room in the house or sit outside on the deck overlooking the water where you can grill and eat. You may even catch a glimpse of one of the several bald eagles that frequent the property.
The main level has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed facing the lake and the other with a queen and twin. The lower level has two additional bedrooms that both face the lake, one with a king size bed and sleeper sofa and the other with a queen bed and twin sized sleeper sofa. Each level also has a full bathroom. All towels and linens are provided and there is also a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The house has central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every bedroom but you may just want to open the windows and enjoy the breeze coming off the lake.
Take a short walk to the water where you can enjoy almost 200' of frontage on Seneca Lake with a permanent 100+ foot plus dock that’s perfect for lounging, swimming or fishing. The water depth increases gradually and is shallow enough to walk into. There is also a canoe to use at your leisure or bring your boat and tie it to our dock. (Must be launched from nearby state park)
We are within 2 miles of Three Brothers, Zugibee and Ventosa Wineries as well as War Horse Brewing and Bottomless Brewing.
A quick 12 minute drive will take you to the center of Geneva where you can enjoy wonderful restaurants and entertainment or a twenty minute drive to enjoy shopping at the Waterloo Premium Outlets.

The pictures of this home don’t do it the justice it deserves, it’s amazing! Extremely clean, stocked with everything you need from kitchen supplies, beach towels, kayaks to enjoy the lake, and other cool touches like binoculars to look at the bald eagles we were able to catch. The owners are extremely responsive and accommodating and were even willing to mail items back that our group forgot. We were here for a wedding weekend but definitely plan on returning for a regular vacation. Their dock provided a great setting for morning swims and afternoon lounge sessions to catch sunset. We will definitely be returning and recommend this house to any group.

The house and lake front were perfect for our extended family. The walk to the water was easy and the dock was perfect. The open concept floor plan allowed everyone to be together for meal prep.

Beautiful home with scenic lake views. Close to wineries, hiking and shopping. Our family of eight thoroughly enjoyed our stay & look forward to a return visit. The welcome basket & winery passes were such a nice touch. The hosts added so many little details that make their home unique. Thank You for a wonderful getaway : )

My family and I have never stayed in the finger lakes before, and this place was a PERFECT oasis! There was lots of room inside for different ages to explore and hang out (bonus kids toys, SONOS speakers, and board games).
The views are breathtaking!! We had amazing weather and enjoyed the complimentary 2 kayaks and 3 person canoe. They were even kind enough to let us lend their charger for our trolling motor.
The owner was very responsive to any questions and we loved hanging on the dock and enjoying the lake! A wonderful stay :)

The house and property was everything we could possibly want. It was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked with everything you could need. The kitchen was especially well equipped with a wide variety of utensils, dishes and cooking pots/pans. Communication with Paula was always prompt and thorough. The property is extremely private yet close to many wineries, restaurants and outdoor activities. We particularly enjoyed the use of the 2 kayaks on the property (which included a wide assortment of water shoes and life vests). In short, one of the best properties we have ever stayed at and would highly recommend this home for your next visit to the Finger Lakes region.

The house was perfect for our group of 7 life-long friends to gather and catch up. We had plenty of space, the house had all the amenities we were looking for (and then some), the views were amazing, and we loved being on the water. Paula was friendly and helpful, and we are already talking about going back next year!

Property is as advertised. Very nice inside and outside. Nice dock. House is well equipped. No neighbors on top of you. Checkout instructions were simple without a lot of nonsense you get in many vrbo properties. Overall peaceful and enjoyable. We have stayed in numerous vrbo properties and this one is a winner.

Property was perfect for a small get together with 6 friends. Close to local breweries, wineries and grocery stores. Also felt very private. Our favorite was sitting on the dock for sunset! It was a perfect view!

My family, 5 adults, rented the house to attend a wedding at the Belhurst Castle and Winery. We all loved our stay. The house was nicely decorated and comfortable. The view from the house and access to the lake was the best. The drive to downtown and the winery about 15 minutes. We want to go back!

This house has it all, amazing views of the lake and sunsets. The house lacks for nothing, as far as kitchen ware, and bed & bathroom supplies. The owner, hasn’t forgotten anything, the kitchen cabinets & all light switches are all labeled, for ease of use.
It was the perfect space and we all agreed the best house we’ve ever rented on the Finger Lakes!

Seneca Lake Staycation
We had 6 adult guests in all. House was extremely well stocked with every kitchen appliance you could need. Loved the crisp clean white sheets and towels. View from the deck was so nice. Loved the deck lighting, Tiki candles to help with bugs (house is in the woods), sturdy deck seating, quality picnic table on the deck, nice propane grill. The availability of kayaks was key for me. Owner offered "water shoes" if we didn't bring our own. Walking into the water can be rough if you don't have something on your feet. Also the week we went there was a lot of plant-life on the shore, so it was nicer to jump off the dock to swim. Taking the kayaks into the water was easy from the shore. Even though we were in a beautiful lake house, and should have been "unplugged" we did still watch a movie one night. The TV was massive and hooked up for streaming. The AC was great for those sleeping upstairs. The lower level was quite cool all the time.

Beautiful Lakefront Weekend!
We visited for a long weekend with family and friends and for a triathlon happening in Geneva. The location is super convenient, the lake views and sunsets were incredible. The house was a perfect setup for everyone to have enough space, and to have great spots to relax and visit together. Highly recommend for a Finger Lakes visit!

This house and location is fantastic! This is the best stocked house we have stayed at.... Kitchen gear, lake equipment, grill goodies, other necessities. Paula is a great host and we hope to return in the future.

Perfect lakefront house
We had a wonderful time at this house in early June. The location is just perfect being so close to lots of hiking trails, wineries and quaint little towns. And we truly enjoyed having breakfasts and dinners on the deck with a spectacular view of the lake!

Unbelievable
This was a lovely getaway for my wife and I. The place was very well kept, there was a nice welcome package to help us see what was around to enjoy, and the scenery is impossible to beat. Paula was extremely helpful and we are very excited to stay here again in the future!
