The house was charming! There were 11 of us and we had more than ample room for work and play.

Communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and well appointed. Lots of porches to relax on and plenty of room in the house for all of us to feel comfortable. Excellent location.

We had a great time staying at this house - it is close to everything and so cute! The amount of beds and rooms/bathrooms were perfect. We would definitely recommend!

This was a fantastic house for our group! Super cute rooms, bathrooms around every corner (3rd floor has a tub only: no shower), and tons of charm. Well stocked kitchen and you CANNOT beat the location. Quiet street, and around the corner from all the restaurants and shopping. 9 women ages 35-55 (who all have twins at home) had a great stay! ❤️

This historic house is huge. So many rooms! My self and my five children plus their spouses and five grandchildren under the age of 3. Plenty of room. Great location able to walk to the beach and mall. Kids had the added plus of watching the horse drawn carriages come down the street a couple times a day.

This was a big house in a great location. Communication was great and the amenities left by the owner were very nice (beach tags, coffee, paper products, toilet paper etc.) the house needed some repairs and the bathrooms and floors weren’t very clean. It would’ve also been nice to have locks on the bathroom doors; You never knew if someone would walk in on you. Other than that it was a great house.

Thank you Erin and Kevin for hosting our vacation! The house was the perfect size and location for our family of nine. We used the entire house, from third floor bedrooms, to the bedroom on the first floor.
The driveway accommodated all 4 of our cars, so no need for on street parking.
We enjoyed the front porch each morning and the backyard grill at night!
We absolutely loved the location! A choice approved by all our family, we’ve already booked for next year!

Could use some updating, problem with AC on the third floor. Good location to shopping and beach. Our family had a great time there .

This property was a great choice for our family to gather to celebrate and enjoy each other in a relaxing, comfortable place. It was a short walk to Congress Hall, restaurants and the open air mall. It was convenient for adults and teenagers to explore Cape May on their own. The house had plenty of room for small or large groups to gather and socialize!
Thanks to the hosts for their lovely property!

The house was amazing! Myself and 7 friends (women, 30s) stayed here for a weekend getaway. This huge house is a charming maze of rooms and stairwells, but with a kitchen, dining, and living room big enough for all of us. We enjoyed sitting in the various porches and sunrooms each morning and soaking in the multiple clawfoot tubs. The proximity to the main street and beach cannot be beat. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great great experience at Erin’s property. Location and proximity to beach and downtown was perfect for everyone. Spacious home, comfortable everything. Host was very communicative! Tv was broken and my dad wanted to watch the Mets game and they made every effort to fix it.

The house was great for a multi-family weekend gathering -- well-located near the beach and the Washington Street Mall. One of the bedrooms is only accessible through another bedroom, which was mildly inconvenient but not a big problem for us. The plentiful common areas -- two living rooms, two side porches, a breakfast nook, and a large dining room -- are all very comfortable and let our group spread out for multiple activities simultaneously .

Very nice spacious home, good amenities on property.. didn’t care for the plastic covers on the beds.. great location near town, the ocean and activities!

Erin’s home is wonderful! Our extended family of 12 fit easily in this large home with a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms. Sitting room, living area, porches - a place for everyone. We appreciated Erin’s responsiveness with some last minute questions, and took full advantage of the 5 beach badges that came with the house. The walk to the beach was an easy 3 blocks. Really perfect!

The house is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and mall, on a quiet street. House layout is very good with respect to number of bathrooms and bedroom layout.
The house is in serious need of interior and exterior paint. If you are expecting a place in excellent condition, this is not it. Nonetheless, the location and layout make it a good choice. If some money was invested it would be outstanding.

We had a great time! The house was fully stocked and had great spaces to gather all together (dining table, family room) or special nooks to separate (side porches, living room). For our large group of 16 family members, it was perfect with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms!

We had a family reunion with several families of young and older children. This house works very very well for the gathering. Ample space and well stocked kitchen that allow us to have most of the meals in. Everyone was delighted with the experience.

This house is just lovely. Very spacious, quiet street and friendly neighbors. But having said that it is the location that makes it amazing. Shopping is right around the corner. Congress Hall is a block away and the beach is 3 blocks away. I'm sorry to say we were not the best of renters for a variety of reasons. This is not our norm at all. I'm pretty sure we tried their patience, but Kevin and Erin hung in there with us. Anyway it is just a fabulous home.

Excellent Cape May location
Stayed at the house with my family and in-laws. 7 adults and 2 kids in total. This is our second year staying at the property and we hope to come back for 3rd year and more to come!
Located about 2 blocks from the beach, one block from Congress Hall and the mall. Rooms are very large with high ceilings. House is clean and kitchen is well equipped to cook for a large family. Some of the bathrooms were recently updated. Great front porch! The driveway fit 4 cars. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the Cape May area.

Wonderful Family Reunion Week
Our family has owned a house in Cape May for 65+ years. We needed additional places to stay for our large extended family reunion. Erin and Kevin’s home was perfect. Large enough for my immediate family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is very well maintained with everything you need for a great week at the shore. The owners and property manager were very responsive. Erin even had delicious chocolate chip cookies from our favorite bakery waiting for us on arrival. I highly recommend this beautiful home.

The house is huge with lots of charm. Comfortable for 10 women! Good location, walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Only criticism would be that the kitchen cabinet doors could use a good scrubbing! Sticky to the touch! Other than that, absolutely no complaints.

A Great House to Vacation In
The house was very comfortable. There were several rooms in which to find a quiet spot when desired as well as a comfortable living room for all nine of us to gather in for games or conversation. The dining room was ample, too.

Plenty of Room & great location
Lots of room for an extended family vacation! Plenty of sleeping & dining spaces. Big open spaces for gathering plus smaller porches for quieter times. The bedroom-bathroom connections needed to be worked through (based on individual family groupings) but there are plenty of each. A great historic Victorian home, in a fantastic location.
