Property well located on island for shopping/restaurants/etc. Quiet neighborhood. Home layout nice for two or could well accomodate a larger group. Pool and lanai area are nice. Especially nice view from lanai overlooking wide canal. Saw the most spectacular sunset we ever saw on Marco.
4.0 / 5.0
Marco Island is definitely a resort/condo on the beach/boat friendly community. This is a beautiful, roomy and well-stocked home on a canal in the middle of the island. The house in a nice, quiet central location. It was very clean and comfortable for our group of six adults and our dog, with room to spare! The kitchen, laundry and storage areas had everything you could possibly need, so no need to pack all the extras! The dock with the covered tiki hut and grill was a great place to hang out and we spent most of our time under the lanai at the pool. Only two issues: The management team was very responsive, during office hours, however, those are limited and you risk a hefty fine if you contact them for non emergency issues outside of those hours. I understand the policy, but they are closed Sat/Sun (the day of check-in/check-outI) and only open 10-5 Mon-Fri. As a former property owner/renter myself, I can’t imagine being available to my guests during these two key times for guests, especially when paying a hefty management fee in addition to everything else (cleaning, pet, pool, using a credit card for payment, etc….) I highly recommend renting a golf cart! The beach is NOT a four min. drive/10 min. walk!! It is an 8 min drive (per Waze), 10 min. bike ride and closer to a 30 min walk. Public parking is $10-$15/per day, depending on which public lot you choose, it’s EXTREMELY limited and absolutely no parking on the streets. This was disappointing, especially since so many of

First visit to Marco. We loved the area. The house was perfect. The pool and the views were awesome. The house was clean and very nice. Had eveything you need. Loved the master bathroom! We enjoyed the bikes each day. We will be back.

The house is located is a beautiful neighborhood right on the canal. Plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and 2 toddlers.

Great location and convenient to all Marco attractions and shopping. Pleasant water view (probably one of the best inner canal locations) and a nice, warm pool. Well equipped kitchen. Plentiful towels and linens. Excellent TVs in all rooms. The bikes and beach and pool toys were a nice plus. Could use some mattress upgrades in a few of the rooms and was expecting to have some beach chairs for use but there were none. Overall a very good property with plenty of space for a big family or two couples.

The property is really good and in a central location near beaches and walking distance to shopping center and restaurants.
We had some issues and property management did not response as quick as you can expect .We arrived on a Saturday Labor Day weekend and the fridge was dirty and we had to clean it . Also the trash cans and recycling bins was full and smells horrible . Also the pool was not recycling the water as well as the heating was not working . After sent emails and called to the management company they called me back the day prior my check out to inform that you have to pay $150 for the heating pool . I have rented several properties in Marco Island and never has to pay a fee for the heating pool. They talked me that this was in the Contract ; but in my opinion this fee have to be disclosed in VRBO as well in the property detail. Also the AC was looked at 72 degrees . We are in Florida and summer temperature is really hot .
Anyway we have a great time and the property is well maintain as advertised in the webpage and has plenty space for a big family .
In general , I recommend this property and we enjoyed our stay.

This home location, condition and layout was nice. The kids room was awesome and we enjoyed our stay. Negatives to be aware of included the poor condition of the extras. (Grill, bikes, beach equipment, etc..). Also, it felt like there was always a threat/opportunity of being charged extra.

Overall the vacation home has a nice layout for our group of 8, location is good and fun to have the pool and the tiki hut by the dock. We did have a few hiccups with the pool not being heated (and we paid for it) right away and had to contact the rental agency who was very responsive. In general, some of the housewares need an upgrade - towels, kitchen amenities, etc. The grill on the deck had only partial burners working and the bikes needed some repair before they could be used. A bit disappointing. The management company is responsive, but I do see a couple of trends in the comments regarding the pool heat and the air conditioning working efficiently that would give me pause to return.

Our family rented a boat from a local marina for the week. This home had great dock space for us with a tiki and grill. 4 bed 2 bath comfort with salt water pool.
Couple of issues were AC was not well distributed through the house with one room not receiving any air. They did send a tech out the same day we called to fix the issue. Added pool heat at an additional charge, the heat is needed in December.
We had a great time and the property manager responded to our concern quickly. Yes, we would stay again. Loved the overall amenities.

We had a great week in Marco. We traveled with our older parents and getting around the house was easy. We rented a boat and used the dock to go fishing. The tiki hut is a nice feature and we enjoyed the pool. We did, however, pay to have the pool heated and it was not when we arrived. Also, there was an issue with the air conditioner that needed to be serviced during our visit. The bedrooms were not getting any cold air. Someone came to paint the house during our visit as well, which was a bit odd. Only one bedroom had a mirror too, which was a little frustrating.

Great Location
The house was perfectly located on the island for getting around and was close enough to walk to several bars. The inside was beautifully furnished to a high standard and was perfect for our needs.
The pool, dock and tiki hut were all wonderful and a great place to watch the spectacular sunsets with a glass of wine.
Our only recommendation would be to maybe renew the outdoor furnishings, as the cushions and outdoor rug were stained and the cushions themselves were a little flat and uncomfortable to sit on for long periods. We couldn’t get the fridge on the dock to work and when we opened it there was an overwhelming smell of fish or bait coming from it. Someone had left a box of bicarbonate of soda in there to try and absorb it but we had to deep clean it ourselves to get rid of the smell completely but still couldn’t use it as we couldn’t get it to work.
In summary I would say that if these small things were rectified, we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Paradise!
Stayed with family for the second time at this beautiful home. It’s such a pretty, spacious and comfortable home with all the necessary amenities. Very close to Publix for groceries and many restaurants. The only small situation we had was that the flow of the A/C in the master bedroom didn’t seem to cool as much as the rest of the house and would get a little warm sometimes. The pool is amazing and warm. Didn’t need the pool heat. Had plenty of beach towels, and the kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans for cooking and everything you could possibly need. Overall, excellent home which I would highly recommend.

Big house, nice pool, great view
Despite an overactive air conditioner, old soft beds, and a very steep walkway to the tiki hut on the canal, a good place for adults. Gorgeous view, well heated pool (extra money). Responsive property management! I think a little dangerous for young kids and non swimmers.

badly in need of update and cleaning
A lot of the property was as billed.. great location, well equipped & comfortable. The downside was the big need for updates and cleaning.. we found torn lamp shades, filthy throw rugs, really dirty patio area, rusty patio furniture, drawers with missing handles, clogged bathroom drains, and broken chairs. The pool was an ongoing 3 week saga, as the water level kept dropping, but the pool guy didn't want us to add water so he could check for a leak. wasn't resolved until 3 days before we left.. All in all I would give this house 2.5 stars out of 5. FIX AND CLEAN!!

Great home away from home.
We loved are week stay at this home. The home was very clean and spacious. We love the use of the patio with pool and the outdoor deck with grill. This home was close to all activities. The beds were a little soft but overall had a great night sleep. Plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. A small supply of trash bags and dish soap was supplied. It lasted us the entire week with careful use. Enjoyed having use of a washer and dryer. It would be beneficial to have a bottle of laundry soap available. The pool deck was spacious and had plenty of seating. There were pool toys such as floats available at the house. The pool deck could use a good power wash but overall it was fine for our week stay. We did see a dolphin in the canal and fish. Beach chairs and umbrella do need to be updated. Liked that there were lots of towels including beach towels. We would definitely stay here again!

Great House!
The house was in a great location on Marco. The pool was wonderful. The Tiki Hut was perfect to watch the sunsets. Katelyn from Marco Naples Vacation Rentals was very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed all the amenities. The bikes were a nice extra. We had fun biking to restaurants and shops.

The house that could great.
It was a interesting stay. Good attributes of the house showers, pool, appliances, bikes, and location.
Poor attributes beds, all furniture was old, stained, no support, one toilet rocked and too low, one vanity to low, no cable so no sports, WIFI went out for 2 days, and one bathroom fan did not work.

This is a three bedroom, two bathroom house
The location was very nice and the back area had a beautiful view. The pool was very nice but I had to pay extra for the heat and I had to call twice because it wasn't working properly. The water level was low. The management company was responsive and sent someone out right away about the pool which is another issue, I rented through VRBO but I was dealing with a management company and had to pay their fee too. The house did not have essentials, there were no trash bags, no laundry soap, no dishwashing and dishwasher detergent, no hand soap, no bath soap, no storage for food, ie. tin foil, plastic wrap. Also- there were no beach chairs as advertised. There were no beach toys except for some broken boogey boards in the pool area. Most importantly, this is a three bedroom home. The fourth "bedroom" was a converted garage with no closet. There was a storage closet but it had bikes and ladders in it and couldn't be used for clothing. It was difficult for eight people to stay comfortably in this house. The location was great and we had a very good time but I think the house could have been kept in better condition. Thank you

great location, ammenities and floor plan! the extra bedroom/family room was awesome for 2 teens. House can use some updating ie: paint, cushions, bedding, pool deck. Be aware of public beach lack of access and super long walks to just get to the sand.

Enjoyed our stay in Marco Island!
House was perfect for our family of 6. Very clean. Great location - easy to get to both ends of the island. Bikes were a nice surprise (didn’t know they were there). Enjoyed the pool and tiki hut on dock. Could use a blender and a few more pots/pans, but we made do. Would recommend to others!

Great Place for a Family Getaway
We had 3 adults and 3 children on the trip. The renovated garage that they turned into bunk beds was genius. We had a tiny hiccup in our stay as our door lock stopped working on our second night after hours. I was afraid we weren't going to get in or be stuck outside waiting for a call back. The emergency line called back within 10 minutes and had a solution and someone out immediately the next morning to resolve the issue. Location, house and customer service were all perfect.

Good location
Beach chairs were all about broke, no pictures on the walls made it feel unwelcoming. Other than that, it was a nice house with plenty of room.

Family Vacation
We found the listing online. Overall it was good. The grill doesn’t work and a burner in the kitchen doesn’t work. Wasn’t thrilled about vendors showing up unannounced.....was told they can’t control that but I know when my lawn and pool guys are showing up. Overall it’s nice. Boat lift was a huge help as we were able to bring our WaveRunners and keep them in the back.

Paradise!
The house was lovely, clean and it had everything we needed. My only recommendation is to make sure the pool area and steps to the tiki hut be slip resistant. My son slipped around the pool and my mother in-law had a horrible slipped on the white steps on her way to the tiki.
5.0 / 5.0
Fully Equipped, great layout and canal view
Home was clean, uncluttered, but with plenty of sitting areas to relax and dine. TVs in each room and living area so evenings were relaxing even though we were exhausted after the fishing in the mornings and beaching in the afternoon. Pool was perfect and grilling in the evenings in the tiki hut on the dock was very relaxing and fun... Will look forward to renting this property again...
