We had a fantastic time. The staff at the resort were very kind and helpful. It felt like home. Annette was a huge help and ensured we could explore as if we were locals. She gave valuable advice right from the start, and checked in on us from time to time to ensure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could think of some things we did not even think we needed but were nice. We really enjoyed our time there and would go back in a heartbeat. Wonderful host, wonderful property, wonderful time.

This property is wonderful with a awesome view of the water and St John. 5 places close by for food or a quick drive to Red Hook for many more choices. The condo has many amenities to use from all the cookware you might need to beach and snorkeling gear. Annette the owner was very helpful during the trip and helped us whenever we asked. The best location, and amenities. Annette was an amazing hostess that thoroughly explained the property and local culture. Gave lots of recommendations and suggestions to make the trip more enjoyable. Her unit is completely updated and gave the renter control over the AC. Some of the other members in the wedding party were not afforded that luxury. Their rooms were pretty miserable and almost unbearable to stay in. The property has everything you need, and I plan to come back soon. Did not want to leave. I can see how some people stay and never go back 😂.

We had such a wonderful time at Sapphire Beach, as usual. Annette was very communicative before and during our stay. The views are gorgeous, the property & amenities are updated and clean. We loved the pool, the beachfront access and of course, those beautiful blue waters where we snorkeled with colorful fish the reviving corals.

Amazing property, I highly recommend booking Annette’s property. The location is fantastic with amazing views. The property is clean and very comfortable.
Location is also good for supermarkets, local restaurants, ferry to St John’s all a short drive away. The complex has its own bar on the beach and restaurants which are a 5 minute walk.
Annette is a great host her communication, information about the property, island and complex was second to none.

This was a marvelous place to stay and had everything you could hope for in a quiet beach getaway. It was exactly as described, easy 5 minute ride to Red Hook and short ferry ride to St. John. Plan on returning as soon as possible and that says it all. Annette was great with all the information and allowed us to make the most of our time. Kudos to her.

Sapphire Beach is the prettiest beach on St Thomas. Condo’s are nice and have a home away from home vibe. The restaurants were good and beach bar was fun. We really loved it!

The place looks just like the photos and for the most part was great. Basic necessities are there including pantry staples like cooking spray, salt and pepper, cooking utensils of all kinds, ice cube trays etc.
Wifi was good. I was able to have both zoom and teams meetings via the wifi which made it great to work remotely.
This particular unit is located on the far end of the resort. Close to the marina. Just a building away from the pool, and about three buildings away from the beach/bar. So depending on how much you want to be close to either the pool or beach, keep that in mind. The water that is in front of the unit isn't so much for swimming, but it makes for nice views, especially in the morning watching the sunrise.
Tips for staying at this resort: make sure you bring cash (for the taxis), make a trip to the grocery store when you first arrive to get some basic food stuff so you are not always having to eat out. There are a few places that you can "walk to", but after you exhaust that, you'll have to get a taxi to Red Hook and other town centers. So I always had breakfast at the unit.
Annette, the owner, was wonderful. Never met her in person, but she was responsive to every message I sent and helped make sure my stay was to my satisfaction. Couldn't have asked for a better host.

Next to our honeymoon, 39 years ago, this was our favorite vacation. The location is perfect, the shopping and excursions were top notch. The best thing about this reservation was our host. Annette was right on spot with everything we needed. Coolers, plenty of fresh linens, floats, snorkeling equipment, even coffee! She gave us so much advice on things to do, I was shocked at how on-spot she was. The day at St. John’s definitely made us want to come back for more but the beach, bar and coffee shop at Sapphire Bay was enough in itself. Even the maintenance guys were welcoming and courteous. We highly recommend taking the Sunset Cruise with Captain Stewart and her first mate Kristen. Had a blast!! If you go, please visit St. John’s for a day, it’s beautiful but Sapphire Bay is the perfect place to call home for your stay in the islands.
Thank you Annette for your hospitality and we will be back. You and Sapphire Bay are the bomb.

Paradise
This condo was in the perfect spot on the beach. We had amazing views and just to be able to sit on the patio and listen to the ocean in the evenings was amazing. Sapphire Beach had alot right there, including the new pizza place that just opened when we got there, which was delicious 😋 The owner was very helpful with information and easy to communicate with. We are already planning our wedding anniversary trip in October!

Amazing Oceanfront Property
First of all, Annette is a wonderful host. I’ve never met her but I feel like she’s a friend. My husband and I were married at Pretty Klip Point and she sent a gift of champagne and a nice painting of Sapphire Beach for us to remember our incredible wedding and stay.
The property is steps from the water. We toured St Thomas and St John but really enjoyed mornings and evenings on the patio. The property is close the marina for excursions and the ferry to visit different islands. The condo also has everything you need and even extra touches like coffee, condiments, shampoo/conditioner, and body soap. The bed and linens were comfortable and the Wi-Fi works well.
The property and view is enough to book outright but I have to say that Annette would do anything to make sure her guests are comfortable and have an incredible stay. Overall, this was the best VRBO experience that I have ever had! Don’t wait….BOOK NOW!

Great location for our first trip
This was our first stay at VI and I must say we enjoyed the location we were at. Very quiet peaceful and the beach is easily accessible! Two of our tours we were picked up at the marina at the beach we were staying so very easy walk. The beach was gorgeous as well and getting a clear view of the sunrise.

Vacation in Paradise
Annette’s condo has one of the best views on the entire island. Ground floor unit twenty feet from the water’s edge on the quiet end of the resort. Unit was clean, comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could need including coffee. Air conditioning worked fantastic. Shower was wonderful. Minutes from Red Hook and the St John ferry. We’ll definitely be back.

Incredible trip on Sapphire Beach!
Our stay at Sapphire Beach unit E103 was absolutely incredible! Our hostess, Annette, was so helpful with recommendations for our 25th anniversary celebration dinner! Try the Oceana if you are in town. One of the best meals we have ever had. We had a lovely gift and bottle of bubbly waiting for us on arrival to the condo. The condo was immaculate and in a perfect location. Everything we needed was provided. I am going to miss waking up to the sound of the waves and beautiful beach each morning right outside the door. We highly recommend this property. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect Beachfront Condo
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Annette, the owner, proactively communicated with us and was always responsive. The condo was very well appointed, and had everything you could possibly need (beach towels/chairs, cooler, dishes, etc.).
The condo was literally feet away from the water and the complex had a lovely coffee shop and beach bar that we frequented daily. The location couldn't be more perfect, as we were a few minutes drive to some great restaurants in Red Hook.

Annette is hands down the best host we have ever had anywhere we have stayed! She had fresh flowers waiting on the patio when we arrived. She checked in on us the first night to make sure we got in and had what we needed. It was my 50th Birthday and Annette even surprised us with Champagne and a print from a local artist of Trunk Bay in honor of my big day! We ate dinner on our patio because the view surpasses any at a restaurant! This unit has everything you need including beach towels, snorkel gear, noodles, and kitchen items. Book with Annette! Well.... If you've gotten this far past all the wonderful reviews of this place, there's really not much more I can say. I always vacation at a beach, and I don't have to do much other than put my feet in the water, so being able to walk right out and do just that, there are no words to express my joy❣ I'm far from an aficionado in the kitchen, but every time I thought " It would be nice to have...." I looked and BAM! there it is. A review can only give you someone else's experience. Nuff said?

Most Unbelievable Vacation Experience Ever
This is the condo to book if you are heading to St. Thomas. It is absolutely unreal how close to the ocean this condo is. We enjoyed so many nights listening to the waves crash right outside. It is like a little piece of heaven. Oh and the view!!!
Annette is the most accommodating host that I have ever experienced. She leaves out no detail and makes sure that you have an awesome vacation with no complications. The condo is equipped with just about anything you could need and then some. She takes care of little luxuries like plush, over-sized towels and silky satin sheets. There are even soft robes for two. I love the little details.
St. Thomas is an awesome place and this condo is in a great location. Only 2-3 minutes away is the town of Red Hook with some great dining options and stores. Also you can take a ferry to St. John from right there.
Sapphire Beach is right outside the condo door, with a wonderful beach bar and grill and coffee place. All very good! The pools are clean and relaxing too. Just watch out for the iguanas that like to explore your snacks :)
Can't wait to go back...very, very soon. I would book with Annette again and again.

Great location
Loved the place. It has everything we needed during our stay. It was so close to Red Hook where there is a grocery, food, bars and the ferry to St. John. Best part was that it was walking distance to the marina where most of our excursions were like jet skiing, parasailing, and a sunset cruise. Location was great! When I had issues with the safe the response was very quick and both Annette and the property manager always made sure we had everything we needed.

Paradise on the Beach!
This Condo has everything we needed, including fresh beach and bath towels brought in to us daily. The view of the ocean, snorkeling right outside our door, and having the marina next door for jet skiing, fishing, or sailing excursions made this place the perfect location. Their beautiful pool made you feel like you were swimming in the ocean! With the Red Hook Ferry being only a mile away, we were able to eat dinner on St. John most evenings. Annette was so attentive to every need we had and took care of any request immediately. I would come here again in a heartbeat!

chose this unit over others based on so many positive reviews about the unit & the owners and they did not disappoint. most relaxing vacation we've had in a long time. perfect spot to just sit on the patio and watch the sunrise, felt private, not a lot of foot traffic. beach is beautiful, snorkeling was so much fun right out front of unit. pool and grounds all well kept. small restaurant/bar down the beach or short drive to red hook restaurants. we had everything we needed, no complaints here :)

Amazing!!
My husband and I rented this property for 8 days and it was the best decision ever! Annette was wonderful to work with, she even called the first night to make sure that everything was going well. The property is close to pretty much anything you could need and just steps from the beach! We rented a Jeep which I would highly recommend. I would also recommend taking the little ferry boat to Water Island. It’s the most beautiful beach ever, and you can snorkel with the sea turtles! We will definitely be coming back to Sapphire Beach!

Amazing view! The back porch is literally 20 feet from the water. The condo is clean and well supplied. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. The grounds are very well kept and staffed with very nice security and management. The owner of this property TRULY CARES about the people that stay here. Incredible location & ammenities
We could not have picked a better property to stay at for our time in St. Thomas. The location on Sapphire Beach is stunning, perfect for relaxing, snorkling and having drinks with freinds. The close proximity to Red Hook for a wide selection of bars and restaurants made it that much better. Plus we were only about a five minute drive to the ferry to St. John. Walking right out onto the beach gave us a sense of freedom while the gated community helped feel safe and sleep sound. Highly recommend booking this property.

The pics on the website is very close to what you’ll see at Blue Sapphire. We stayed in E 103 unit and it’s just perfect! It’s peaceful, quiet and picturesque views. The snorkeling is best just in front of the unit and near the marina rock walls to see colorful fishes.🐠�🐟�. We spent most of our time driving around the island in a JEEP and had a blast! Overall, it’s a great location to stay and see the (STJ)(STT) two islands .🌴�🌈�😎� Thanks so much Annette , you’re the best!

Great place to stay!
This Sapphire Beach rental was the perfect location for my stay. The direct view of the sea and St. John could not be more relaxing. In addition to the unit being well-appointed, clean, comfortable and charming, the best part about the stay was the host. Annette was attentive to any small issues that came up and had them resolved quickly.

OUR MOST INCREDIBLE VACATION
What can I say? It has been 8 months since we stayed at Annette's condo and we still talk warmly about our experience.. Just thinking about it relaxes us and generates deep sighs!
The beauty of the condo was only outdone by the beauty of the ocean literally 8-10 feet from your door.
EVERYTHING was wonderful, comfortable and completely clean. Bed was very comfortable and no problem with my back problems. Linens fresh and clean. More than enough pillows. Couches and chairs the same - clean and comfortable, and the same with the bathroom,.
We left the screened patio doors open at night to sleep with the calming ocean waves.. People were all friendly from the maids to the property manager, all who personally were available. We appreciate the special concern and arrangements to accommodate us somewhere at our very early arrival. The resorts location was close enough for a quick taxi ride to grocery stores and restaurants. There's a taxi stand on the property.
Annette was incredibly helpful with sending us more info and specifics than we expected and that helped us be assured of what to expect. And that info was accurate as well. The new bar at the resort had lite fare (burgers, sandwiches, etc.),
All I can say is it was the fantastically memorable vacation celebrating our anniversary that we had hoped for. Thank you Annette for making your condo available so we could share this most beautiful place on earth with you,

A relaxing place to stay
My wife and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. It is literally ON the ocean, but far enough away from the main beach that you don't get the constant foot-traffic of people walking by all the time. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay!
