About this apartment rental
Take advantage of all Spring Run has to offer including a par 72 championship Audubon Certified Golf Course that winds through beautiful landscaping and scenic views of native wildlife. The course offers six sets of tees, generous fairways and challenging greens allowing for an enjoyable golf experience for all levels of play.
To customize your stay, you have options to choose from. The golf membership transfer option will include privileges for two, full use of the recently renovated clubhouse, fitness facility, tennis (4 Har-Tru lighted courts), 2 pools, bocce (2 Clay-Tec courts) , and other activities. The social membership transfer option includes all of the above excluding golf. You can also choose not to transfer membership for a fee. Please see below with more information regarding costs of these options.
Our condo is within walking distance to the community pool and a short distance from the clubhouse where the larger pool is located. Coconut Point Mall, a picturesque outdoor mall featuring over 140 shops, a movie theater, restaurants, and more is located only minutes away. You can also enjoy outlet shopping at Miromar Outlet Mall and more upscale shopping at the Mercato in Naples.
Beautiful Barefoot and Bonita beaches are close by.
Our condo is 1333 square feet and has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, the master bedroom contains a king size bed with all new bedding, a spacious master bath with walk-in shower, double sink vanity, private water closet and large walk in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds updated with new bedding, a dresser and good sized closet with a full bathroom next to it. There is also a queen sized pull out sofa bed in the living room. The living room has been updated with a new 65” flat screen TV.
The spacious eat in kitchen has a table for four, a breakfast bar with 3 chairs, pantry, new french door refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric range, and washer/dryer. Its fully equipped with everything you'll need including plenty of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, and small appliances including a Keurig.
Also included are free high speed internet access, 3 flat screen TV's (one in living room, and one in each bedroom) DVD player, books and games. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, and cooler for your use.
There is one assigned covered parking space and guest spaces available.
Spring Run is in a convenient central location giving you the opportunity to experience and explore beautiful southwest Florida!
